Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料填加剂碳酸钙,把大理
岩、石灰岩白垩,经物理方法、化学方法制成粉末。再
经过表面处理,即可以根据具体要求按1—80%的比
例填加到塑料中去。这种填加剂能提高塑料的耐热
性,硬度,降低收缩率,降低塑料成本。并具有易于生
产,造价低,粒度分布广的特性,并具有抗结片的作
用。
Description
本发明涉及一种塑料填加剂,该填加剂具有提高塑料性能、降低塑料造价的效果。
目前生产塑料制品所用的原料多为不含填加剂的塑料。即浪费塑料原料,又不能使塑料具有某些特性,同时提高了塑料的价格。
本发明的目的是提供一种塑料填加剂碳酸钙。
碳酸钙的矿物形式为大理岩、灰岩和白垩。经过物理方法化学方法加工成粉末状,根据要求可进行表面处理,做为塑料填加剂的碳酸钙的化学物理指标如下。
1).CaCO3含量≥95%、Fe2O3≤0.2%.灼烧失重43.3-43.8%酸不溶物<0.50%
2).密度:2.7-2.95g/cm3,硬度:3,比表面积1-15m2/g,吸油值:9-21g/100g粉末,粒径:0.02-44μm,白度:85-95%。填加剂本身无毒、无味、白色、折光率低、易于着色,不含结晶水,原料来源广、粒度分布广。
塑料中碳酸钙的填加量:1-80%
使用这种塑料填加剂能取得如下有益的效果:1、能提高塑料的耐热性、硬度、降低收缩率,降低塑料成造价。
2.容易与其它组分混合、且具有抗结片作用。
3.因填加剂粒度分布是可控制的,在各种混合物体系中,可以达到最佳堆砌状态。
4.这种填加剂易于生产,造价低。
下面将根据实例进行详细描述:
1、物理方法加工的填加剂碳酸钙
矿石(大理石、灰岩、白垩)经选矿、粉碎、分级、旋分离而制得。再经过表面处理,以提高碳酸钙填充时的分散性能。
要求CaCO3含量≥95%,Fe2O3≤0.2%,盐酸不溶物≤0.5%,粒度:325目通过99.9%。
2.化学方法制造的碳酸钙
用高纯度致密的矿石和煤按一定比例混配,经高温锻烧产生二氧化碳气体和生石灰,生石灰经过精制再添加水制成石灰乳,然后再通入二氧化碳气体,即制造完毕,再经表面处理。这种方法制得的碳酸钙技术要求:
CaCO3含量≥98.2%,盐酸不溶物≤0.10%,Fe2O3≤0.20%,水份≤0.3,锰≤0.0045%,游离硷(以CaO计)≤0.10%,120目筛余物为零。经上述两种方法制得的碳酸钙经表面处理,使其表面吸附一层脂肪酸皂以使碳酸钙具有胶体活化性能。经处理后,比重为1.9~2.01。CaCO3≥97%,盐酸不溶物≤0.3%、含脂量≤0.5%,水份≤0.3%。粒度120目全通过。
作为塑料的填加剂碳酸钙,填加量在软质聚氯乙烯电线、鞋底中碳酸钙重量占10-30%;在硬质聚氯乙稀管材、板材异型材中碳酸钙重量可占1-40%;在聚氯乙稀、地板砖中,碳酸钙占40-80%;在聚乙稀、聚丙稀包装材料、汽车零部件、天花板中碳酸钙占20-60%。
Claims (4)
1、塑料填加剂碳酸钙,其特征是:碳酸钙含量为95%以上;
2、根据权利要求1的塑料填加剂碳酸钙,其特征是碳酸钙表面经过处理;
3、根据权利要求1的塑料填加剂碳酸钙,其特征是占塑料比例(重量)的1-80%;
4、根据权利要求1的塑料填加剂碳酸钙,其特征是含有三氧化铁≤0.2%,灼烧失重43-44%,盐酸不溶物<0.2%、密度2.7g/cm3,硬度3,比表面积1-15m2/g,吸油值9-21/100g粉末,粒度0.02-44μm。
