Further preferably, the using amount ratio of the costustoot to the water is 1g: 12-15 mL.
Preferably, the giant knotweed rhizome extract is prepared by a method comprising the following steps:
adding water into rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, steam distilling to obtain oil-water mixture, separating the oil-water mixture, and collecting water phase to obtain rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extract; the dosage ratio of the giant knotweed rhizome to the water is 1g: 10-20 mL.
More preferably, the dosage ratio of the giant knotweed rhizome to the water is 1g: 12-15 mL.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the costustoot extract to the giant knotweed extract in the composition is 1-3: 1.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the costus root extract to the giant knotweed rhizome extract in the composition is 2: 1.
Through a large amount of experimental researches, the inventor discovers that the costustoot extract and the giant knotweed extract prepared by the method have very good antibacterial effect, and especially after the costustoot extract and the giant knotweed extract are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1-3: 1, the antibacterial effect is more obvious, and a synergistic antibacterial effect can be generated.
In addition, the costustoot extract and the giant knotweed rhizome extract are water-soluble components prepared by a steam distillation method, and have good solubility when added into wet tissue liquid medicine.
A wet tissue, which comprises the composition with the antibacterial effect.
Preferably, the wet tissue takes spunlace non-woven fabrics as a base material, the spunlace non-woven fabrics are placed in the liquid medicine for soaking for 1-3 hours, and the spunlace non-woven fabrics are taken out to obtain the wet tissue with the antibacterial effect;
the liquid medicine comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1-3 parts of dodecyl glucoside; 5-10 parts of glycerol; 80-100 parts of the composition with the antibacterial effect.
Further preferably, the liquid medicine comprises the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of dodecyl glucoside; 8 parts of glycerol; 90 parts of the composition with the antibacterial effect.
Because the composition with the antibacterial effect has a very good antibacterial effect, when the composition is added into wet tissues, the wet tissues can have the antibacterial effect.

Example 4 antimicrobial test
0.1mL of a 1X 10 concentration medium was added7The bacterial liquid per mL (the specific strains are shown in Table 1) is evenly smeared by a sterilized L-shaped smearing rod, dried for 15min at room temperature, an oxford cup is placed into a culture dish by using a sterile forceps, then 100 mu L of test drug is added into the oxford cup, the culture dish is placed into an incubator and cultured for 24h at 37 ℃, the diameter of a bacteriostatic circle is measured, and a control group (the drug is ampicillin) is also arranged. The results are shown in Table 1.
The test drugs were: example 1 compositions (aucklandia root extract: polygonum cuspidatum extract =2: 1), aucklandia root extract (prepared according to the method of example 1), polygonum cuspidatum extract (prepared according to the method of example 1) were prepared.
