4. adding diluted white granulated sugar solution:
weighing: weighing white granulated sugar by using an electronic scale;
heating: adding distilled water into a beaker, placing the beaker on a preheated asbestos net, and heating until bubbles emerge; adding white sugar, heating to 75 deg.C while stirring until white sugar is completely dissolved, and stopping heating; the concentration of the diluted white sugar solution at this time was 0.62 g/mL.
Soaking: putting the jute fabric soaked with the saturated solution into a white granulated sugar solution at the temperature of 100 ℃, and taking out after soaking for 5 minutes; wringing the redundant solution on the surface;
and (3) fixing: fully pulling open the jute fabric and then placing the jute fabric on a mould to fix the shape;
5. and (3) drying: placing the jute woven fabric and the mould into a constant temperature blast drier for drying for 5 minutes at a constant temperature of 100 ℃.
The fixed jute knit was evaluated for appearance effect and stiffening effect, and the results are shown in table 1. Table 1 setting effect of jute fabrics in examples according to the present invention and comparative examples.
Comparative example 3
The jute yarn is adopted to weave an artwork.
1. And (3) drying: placing the braided jute fabric into a constant temperature blast drying oven to be dried for 5 minutes at the constant temperature of 100 ℃;

weighing: adding distilled water into a small beaker, weighing starch by using an electronic scale, and putting the starch into the small beaker;
dissolving: stirring the starch solution in the small beaker by using a glass rod until the starch solution is completely dissolved;
heating: taking a beaker as a beaker, adding distilled water, placing the beaker on a preheated asbestos net, and heating until bubbles emerge; adding starch solution (adding while stirring), heating while stirring until the starch solution becomes pasty, and stopping heating; at this time, the concentration of the starch solution was 0.07 g/mL;
soaking: drying the pre-woven jute fabric, quickly putting the jute fabric into starch paste at 90 ℃, soaking for 15 minutes, and taking out; wringing out the redundant starch paste on the surface;
3. adding a saturated white sugar solution:
solution preparation: adding 500ml of distilled water into a 1000ml beaker, heating to slightly boil, adding white granulated sugar, stirring with a glass rod, and heating to 90 ℃ (crystal precipitation is saturated solution);
soaking: putting the jute fabric soaked with the starch solution into a saturated white granulated sugar solution at 90 ℃, soaking for 8 minutes, taking out, and wringing redundant solution on the surface;
4. adding diluted white granulated sugar solution:

Soaking: putting the jute fabric soaked with the saturated solution into a white granulated sugar solution at the temperature of 100 ℃, and taking out after soaking for 5 minutes; wringing the redundant solution on the surface;
and (3) fixing: fully pulling open the jute fabric and then placing the jute fabric on a mould to fix the shape;
5. and (3) drying: placing the jute woven fabric and the mould into a constant temperature blast drier for drying for 5 minutes at a constant temperature of 100 ℃.

1. A jute yarn and a setting agent composition of a woven product thereof are characterized by comprising:
a first sizing solution, a second sizing solution and a third sizing solution;
the first shaping solution is a starch solution with the concentration of 0.08-0.1 g/mL; the second shaping solution is a saturated white granulated sugar solution; the third shaping solution is a diluted white granulated sugar solution with the concentration of 0.45-0.54 g/mL.
2. The fixative composition of claim 1, wherein the starch in the starch solution is selected from one or more of corn starch, tapioca starch, water caltrop starch, lotus root starch, water chestnut starch, potato starch and wheat starch.
3. A jute yarn and a method for setting a woven product thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps:
A) drying the jute yarns and woven products thereof, and soaking the jute yarns and the woven products in a first shaping solution at the temperature of 90-100 ℃; the first shaping solution is a starch solution with the concentration of 0.08-0.1 g/mL;
B) soaking the jute yarn soaked with the starch and a woven product thereof in a second shaping solution at the temperature of 90-100 ℃; the second shaping solution is a saturated white granulated sugar solution;
C) soaking the jute yarn and the woven product thereof soaked in the saturated white granulated sugar solution in a third shaping solution at the temperature of 60-80 ℃; the third shaping solution is a diluted white granulated sugar solution with the concentration of 0.45-0.54 g/mL.
4. The sizing method according to claim 3, wherein the concentration of the starch solution is 0.09-0.1 g/mL; the concentration of the diluted white granulated sugar solution is 0.51-0.54 g/mL.
5. The sizing method according to claim 3, wherein the drying temperature in the step A) is 100-110 ℃; the drying time is 5-10 min.
6. The sizing method according to claim 3, wherein the soaking temperature in the step A) is 92-100 ℃; the soaking time is 8-15 min; the soaking temperature in the step B) is 92-100 ℃; the soaking time is 8-15 min.
7. The sizing method according to claim 3, wherein the step A) further comprises wringing out the starch solution on the surfaces of the jute yarn and the woven fabric thereof after soaking.
8. The sizing method according to claim 3, wherein the step B) of soaking further comprises wringing out a saturated white granulated sugar solution on the surfaces of the jute yarn and the woven fabric thereof.
9. The method of claim 3, wherein said soaking in step C) further comprises wringing, setting, and drying.
10. The sizing method according to claim 9, wherein the drying temperature is 100-110 ℃; the drying time is 5-20 min.
