本发明涉及热镀锌技术领域,尤其是一种热镀锌装置上沉没辊辊轴。
背景技术
现有热镀锌装置上的沉没辊一般包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套,连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘,辊筒两端止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套小端套装在辊轴一端,并固定连接,这种沉没辊辊轴的主要缺陷在于:使用时分别连接在辊筒两端,一是结构强度、刚性低,二是分布在两端的辊轴难以保证组装同轴度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使用时能显著提高沉没辊结构强度、刚性低和组装同轴度的整体式沉没辊辊轴。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
整体式沉没辊辊轴,其改进之处在于:轴向间隔设置与辊筒两端结合的轴肩。
上述结构中,间隔设置的轴肩之间轴段直径小于轴肩直径。
上述结构中,两端端面设有中心孔。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明为使用时轴向贯穿辊筒两端且与辊筒两端连接的整体式结构,显著提高使用时沉没辊的强度和刚性;另一方面,整体式结构,容易保证与辊筒两端结合轴肩的同轴度,因而显著提高组装同轴度。
2、间隔设置的轴肩之间轴段直径小于轴肩直径,只要保证与辊筒两端结合轴肩的加工精度,加工成本低。
3、两端端面设有中心孔,留着以后修复用。
