A preparation method of lavender fragrance decorative mortar comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, adding the lavender extract into water according to the proportion of 1:5, fully stirring to form a solution, adding the solution into powder cement mortar, and then forming the cement mortar;
(2) adding polyacrylamide into water according to a proportion of five per thousand, standing for 24 hours, stirring uniformly to form a flocculent state, continuously adding the lavender microcapsules, and stopping adding the solution after the solution reaches a saturated state;
(3) uniformly coating the solution obtained in the step (2) on the surface of the slurry formed by the cement mortar in the step (1) to form a film; and finishing the preparation of the lavender fragrance decorative mortar.
In the preparation method of the lavender-scented decorative mortar, preferably, the cement mortar is steam cured for 24 hours after being formed for 12 hours.
In the preparation method of the lavender-scented decorative mortar, preferably, the lavender extract is prepared by the following steps: mixing lavender and water according to a mass ratio of 1:5 adding the mixture, boiling to form an azeotrope of oil and water, and cooling to obtain the lavender extracting solution.
In the preparation method of the lavender-scented decorative mortar, preferably, in the step (2), the dosage of the polyacrylamide is 5 per mill of the mass of the added water, and the dosage of the lavender microcapsules is 10% of the mass of the added water.

Fig. 1 shows a structure diagram of the lavender-scented decorative mortar of the present invention, wherein 1 is a uniform coating of the lavender microcapsule polyacrylamide solution on the surface layer, 2 is a bottom layer of the decorative mortar, 3 is a uniform distribution of lavender extract molecules inside the mortar structure, and 4 is a scent emission.
The invention is illustrated below by means of specific examples.
Example 1 preparation of Lavender microcapsules
a) Putting Arabic gum and water with the mass ratio of 1:6 into a container, heating to the temperature of about 80 ℃, continuously stirring to dissolve the Arabic gum,
b) then adding maltodextrin to continue stirring, stopping heating after complete dissolution, naturally cooling to 40-50 ℃,
c) adding soybean protein, stirring, cooling to room temperature, and adding lavender essential oil;
d) adopting high-pressure homogenizing equipment to stir the mixture added with the lavender essential oil at 9000r/min for 2-3 min, homogenizing for three times, and cooling the homogenized mixed liquid;
e) and then carrying out spray drying on the lavender essential oil capsule solid powder in an atomizer with the air inlet temperature of 140-150 ℃ and the air outlet temperature of 70-80 ℃, thus forming the lavender microcapsule.
The lavender microcapsules prepared according to the temperature and the time are mixed in the mortar, and the fragrance retention time can be kept for at least 10-12 months.
Wherein the amount of maltodextrin is 15-20% of the total mass of Arabic gum and water, the amount of soybean protein is 20-25% of the total mass of Arabic gum and water, after the soybean protein is added, the solid form content of the soybean protein reaches 25%, the lavender essential oil is 250-260% of the total mass of Arabic gum and water, the soybean protein is composed of 11S globulin (soluble protein), 7S globulin (β 2 concentrated globulin and gamma 2 concentrated globulin), and 2S and 15S, wherein the 7S and 11S globulin accounts for 70-80% of the total protein, the 11S contains more sulfur-containing amino acids than the 7S, in the content of tryptophan, methionine and cysteine, the 7S is 5-6 times of the 11S, and the 7S globulin is glycoprotein.
According to the properties of the lavender essential oil, the wall material is selected to be water-soluble, safe and nontoxic, and the wall-coating material does not react with the lavender essential oil, and simultaneously, the permeability, the hygroscopicity and the solubility are considered. A large number of experiments prove that Arabic gum is selected as a wall material, and lavender essential oil can be purchased from the market.
Example 2 preparation method of lavender-scented decorative mortar
The method comprises the following steps: the amount of the additive is calculated according to the preparation of each 0.1 square of mortar
Material consumption: 15kg of water, 29kg of cement, 120kg of sand and 3kg of lavender extract.
Adding the lavender extract into water according to the mass ratio of 1:5, fully stirring to form a solution, adding the solution into powder cement mortar, forming the cement mortar, performing steam curing after 12 hours, and curing for 24 hours.
Wherein, the preparation of the lavender extracting solution adopts a distillation method: placing lavender plant in a distillation container, boiling the lavender and water at a weight ratio of 1:5, wherein essential oil containing aromatic components in the lavender plant body is diffused into water vapor to form an azeotrope of the oil and the water; thereafter, the azeotrope is cooled, thereby obtaining a lavender extract.

Wherein, the selected polyacrylamide is anionic polyacrylamide with the molecular weight of 800 ten thousand.
Step three: and (4) uniformly coating the solution obtained in the step two on the surface of the slurry of the cement mortar obtained in the step one to form a film, thus finishing the preparation of the lavender fragrance decorative mortar.
The prepared lavender fragrance decorative mortar is subjected to a fragrance retention time test by adopting an automatic attraction type fragrance detector of a Nippon Xinyu portable instrument (model number is XP-329 IIIR), and the result is as follows:

The result shows that the lavender fragrance decorative mortar effectively retains the effective components of the lavender fragrance decorative mortar, slowly releases the lavender fragrance, has the release amount suitable for the acceptance of fragrance of people, is an environment in which people can stay with the lavender fragrance for a long time, is pleasant in mood, safe and environment-friendly, and is beneficial to the body health of the masses.
The fragrant decorative mortar in the market is not mature enough relative to research and development technology, and the fragrant additive is added on the basis of the stirring of the original mortar and is stored in a special tank for standby engineering materials according to the material mixing ratio. The retention time of the fragrance of the mortar is shorter, and is generally 3-6-months, and the use rate is low. However, the lavender fragrance decorative mortar prepared by the invention is added according to the matching adjustment of the lavender microcapsules which are added scientifically and reasonably, the fragrance is more durable and can reach more than 1 year at least, and the utilization rate of the fragrance decorative mortar is greatly improved.
Claims (7)
1. The lavender-fragrance decorative mortar is characterized in that lavender extract is added into powder cement mortar, and the cement mortar is molded; a film coated with lavender microcapsules and polyacrylamide on the outer surface;
the lavender extracting solution is prepared from lavender and water in a weight ratio of 1:5, boiling the solution;
the lavender microcapsule is prepared by heating arabic gum and water to a certain temperature, continuously stirring to dissolve the arabic gum, adding maltodextrin, continuously stirring, naturally cooling after the maltodextrin is completely dissolved, adding soybean protein, uniformly stirring, adding lavender essential oil when the temperature is reduced to room temperature, homogenizing for three times by using a high-pressure homogenizing device, cooling the homogenized mixed liquid, performing spray drying, and processing into the lavender microcapsule.
2. The preparation method of the lavender fragrance decorative mortar is characterized by comprising the following steps:
