Description

Substrate glass packaging device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of substrate glass manufacturing, in particular to a substrate glass packaging device, and also relates to a packaging frame base, an inclined packaging frame platform and a horizontal packaging frame platform of the substrate glass packaging device.
Background
Currently, there are two types of packaging boxes for packaging base glass: the first is a horizontal packing frame, the packing plane of the horizontal packing frame is horizontal, and the substrate glass is horizontally arranged on the horizontal packing frame; the second type is an inclined packaging frame with an inclined angle, the inclined angle of the inclined packaging frame and the direction vertical to the ground is 8-12 degrees, and the substrate glass is obliquely arranged on the inclined packaging frame.
Since some of the equipment of the sheet feeding link of the production line of the downstream panel factories are applicable to the horizontal packing frame, and some are applicable to the inclined packing frame, but cannot be compatible with two kinds of packing frames, the substrate glass production factories need to consider the adaptation with the downstream panel factories when packing the substrate glass. However, since the substrate glass production factory generally needs to supply goods to a plurality of panel factories, and the packaging frames required by the panel factories are not uniform, the substrate glass production factory needs to change the packaging mode from time to time.
An inclined packing rack used in a base plate glass production factory is carried on the turntable. Because the size of the horizontal packing rack is larger, the horizontal packing rack is borne on a fixed platform, and the fixed platform is simply fixed on the ground. The fixed platform is required to meet the requirement of being capable of being moved out and switched into the rotary table, so that the fixing precision of the horizontal packing frame is insufficient. Moreover, because the turntable and the fixed platform are switched, the packaging mode is difficult to replace, and the machine is required to be stopped and adjusted for a long time, so that the production efficiency is reduced.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present application and should not be construed as limiting the application.
A substrate glass packaging apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a substrate glass packaging apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a package tray base 10 and a package tray assembly.
The package tray base 10 includes a base 110, a first positioning member 120, a second positioning member 130, a third positioning member 140, and a fourth positioning member 150. Each of the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 is movably provided on the base 110 in a first direction in which the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 are spaced apart. The fourth positioning member 150 is movably provided on the base 110 in each of the first and second directions, the fourth positioning member 150 being spaced apart from the third positioning member 140 in the second direction, the first direction being perpendicular to the second direction.
The packaging rack assembly comprises an inclined packaging rack assembly and a horizontal packaging rack assembly, and the inclined packaging rack assembly and the horizontal packaging rack assembly are alternatively arranged on the packaging rack base. The tilt frame assembly includes a tilt frame platform 20 and a tilt frame disposed on the tilt frame platform 20. The horizontal packing rack assembly comprises a horizontal packing rack platform 30 and a horizontal packing rack arranged on the horizontal packing rack platform 30. Wherein one of the tilt Bao Zhuangjia platform 20 and the horizontal packing rack platform 30 is engaged with each of the first to fourth locators 120 to 150.
The operation of the substrate glass packaging apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present application is briefly described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
When it is desired to package the substrate glass using the inclined packing frame assembly, at least one of the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 and the fourth positioning member 150 may be moved in the first direction such that a distance between the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 is greater than a dimension of the inclined packing frame platform 20 in the first direction and the fourth positioning member 150 does not block the inclined packing frame platform 20, and at least one of the third and fourth positioning members 140 and 150 may be moved in the second direction such that a distance between the third and fourth positioning members 140 and 150 is greater than a dimension of the inclined packing frame platform 20 in the second direction. The tilt frame assembly is then placed within a predetermined area of the base 110.
Next, the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 are moved in the first direction so that the first and second positioning members 120 and 130 abut against the inclined packing frame platform 20 of the inclined packing frame assembly, and the third positioning member 140 is moved in the second direction and the fourth positioning member 150 is moved in the first and second directions so that the fourth positioning member 150 and 150 abut against the inclined packing frame platform 20 of the inclined packing frame assembly.
The oblique packaging frame assembly can be positioned in the first direction and the second direction, so that the oblique packaging frame assembly can be positioned and installed, and the oblique packaging frame assembly can be put into use.
The process of removing the inclined packaging rack assembly from the packaging rack base 10 is the reverse of the process described above and will not be described in detail. The process of positioning and installing the horizontal packing rack assembly is substantially the same as the process of positioning and installing the inclined packing rack assembly, and thus will not be described in detail. The process of removing the horizontal package shelf assembly from the package shelf base 10 is substantially the same as the process of removing the inclined package shelf assembly from the package shelf base 10 and will not be described in detail.
As can be seen from the above description, the cooperation of one of the inclined packing rack platform 20 and the horizontal packing rack platform 30 with each of the first to fourth locators 120 to 150 means that: both the inclined packing frame platform 20 and the horizontal packing frame platform 30 can be engaged with each of the first to fourth locators 120 to 150, and the inclined packing frame platform 20 and the horizontal packing frame platform 30 cannot be engaged with each of the first to fourth locators 120 to 150 at the same time, and the inclined Bao Zhuangjia platform 20 and the horizontal packing frame platform 30 can be engaged with each of the first to fourth locators 120 to 150 alternatively. When it is desired to change the packaging mode of the base glass, the one of the inclined packing rack assembly and the horizontal packing rack assembly may be removed from the packing rack base 10, and the other of the inclined packing rack assembly and the horizontal packing rack assembly may be provided on the packing rack base 10.
The substrate glass packing device 1 and the packing frame base 10 according to the embodiment of the present application can not only conveniently, rapidly and precisely locate and install the inclined packing frame assembly and the horizontal packing frame assembly, but also conveniently and rapidly remove one of the inclined packing frame assembly and the horizontal packing frame assembly from the packing frame base 10 and the other of the inclined packing frame assembly and the horizontal packing frame assembly is provided on the packing frame base 10 by providing the first to fourth locating members 120 to 150, so that rapid replacement of the inclined packing frame assembly and the horizontal packing frame assembly can be achieved.
