Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of deep processing of molasses in the sugar industry, in particular to a preparation method for converting liquid molasses into solid molasses feed.
Background
Molasses is a by-product of the sugar industry and is a viscous, dark brown, semi-fluid object. The cane molasses contains 24-36% of cane sugar, and other sugar accounts for 12-24%; the beet molasses contains about 47% of cane sugar, and soluble colloids (mainly protein, xylan, glucan, pectin and the like) account for 3-5%; the mineral substance accounts for 8-10%.
At present, molasses is often used as a raw material to produce alcohol, glutamic acid, yeast, antibiotics, feed, surfactant and the like at home and abroad.
As a feed raw material, the molasses is not only an energy raw material, but also has the advantages of fast digestion and absorption, palatability improvement, dust reduction, granule quality improvement and the like. But simultaneously has the following disadvantages: (1) the liquid molasses has high viscosity and poor fluidity, is difficult to mix uniformly, and influences the uniformity of the feed. (2) The liquid molasses is not easy to store under high temperature condition, is easy to go moldy and deteriorate due to containing nutrient components required by microorganism growth, and the quality (fermentable sugar/non-fermentable sugar) of the cane molasses is reduced along with the prolonging of the storage life. (3) The liquid molasses needs to be transported by using a special tank car, and the transportation cost is high.
The method for converting the liquid molasses into the solid molasses is an effective way for solving the problems, but most of the existing conversion methods have the defects of high energy consumption, low efficiency, high cost and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The biggest problems of the application of the liquid molasses to the feed are that the liquid molasses has high viscosity and poor fluidity and is difficult to be uniformly mixed with other feed raw materials. The biggest problem in the conversion into solid is that molasses is easily adsorbed and adhered to equipment and scorched at high temperature, thereby affecting the continuous operation of equipment and the quality of solid molasses. The invention aims to provide a preparation method of solid molasses feed, which can reduce the viscosity of molasses and improve the feeding value of molasses.
A preparation method of solid molasses feed comprises the following steps:
(1) heating molasses to 40-60 ℃, then adding 0.05-0.1% of a complex enzyme preparation (based on the weight of the molasses), uniformly stirring, and reacting for 2-5 h, wherein the complex enzyme preparation comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-40% of sucrase, 5-10% of protease, 10-20% of pectinase, 10-20% of xylanase and 20-30% of glucanase;
(2) mixing molasses and bagasse after enzyme treatment according to the proportion of 1: 0.5-1, and stirring for 15-30 min to enable molasses to be uniformly adsorbed on sugarcane fibers;
(3) scattering the molasses bagasse mixture, drying the mixture by using a fluidized bed, controlling the air inlet temperature to be 70-90 ℃, and controlling the water content of the dried molasses bagasse mixture to be 3-8%;
(4) and crushing the dried molasses bagasse mixture to obtain the solid molasses feed.
In one embodiment, the complex enzyme preparation in the step (1) comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of sucrase, 10% of protease, 10% of pectinase, 20% of xylanase and 30% of glucanase.
In one embodiment, the molasses and bagasse in step (2) are mixed by mixing liquid molasses and bagasse in the form of mist with a high-pressure mist spray head.
In one embodiment, the molasses bagasse mixture after drying in step (3) can be used directly for feeding to ruminants.
According to the preparation method of the solid molasses, the viscosity of the molasses is reduced through the action of the complex enzyme, so that the molasses is easier to be uniformly adsorbed on the bagasse, and meanwhile, the drying efficiency can be improved due to the fluffy structure of the bagasse, the molasses is dried at a lower temperature, and the caramel smell of the molasses at a high temperature is prevented.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments in order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather should be construed as broadly as the present invention is capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The preparation method of the solid molasses feed comprises the following steps:
step S100, heating molasses to 40-60 ℃, then adding 0.05-0.1% of a complex enzyme preparation (based on the weight of the molasses), uniformly stirring, and reacting for 2-5 hours, wherein the complex enzyme preparation comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-40% of sucrase, 5-10% of protease, 10-20% of pectinase, 10-20% of xylanase and 20-30% of glucanase;
preferably, the complex enzyme preparation consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 30% sucrase, 10% protease, 10% pectinase, 20% xylanase, 30% glucanase;
after heating, the viscosity of molasses is reduced, which is beneficial to the uniform dispersion and action of complex enzyme. Pectin, xylan and glucan not only increase the viscosity of molasses, but also influence the absorption and utilization of other nutrient components when entering animal bodies, and through the degradation of pectinase, xylanase and glucanase, the viscosity of molasses can be reduced, and the utilization rate of other nutrient components can be improved.
The protease can degrade the protein into polypeptide and amino acid, which is more beneficial to the absorption and utilization of animals.
The sucrase can convert sucrose into glucose and fructose, on one hand, the viscosity of the glucose and the fructose is lower than that of the sucrose, the viscosity of molasses can be reduced, on the other hand, the special flavor of the fructose and the synergistic effect of the sucrase, the glucose and the sucrose can further improve the palatability of molasses and increase the feed intake. In addition, compared with sucrose, glucose and fructose can be directly absorbed and utilized by animals, and the sucrose can be utilized only after being metabolized and converted into glucose and fructose in the bodies of the animals.
The change of the viscosity and the contents of sucrose, glucose and fructose before and after the sugar cane molasses is treated by the compound enzyme is shown in the following table:
before treatment | After treatment | |
Sucrose (%) | 28 | 12 |
Glucose (%) | 12 | 20 |
Fructose (%) | 10 | 18 |
Viscosity (cp) | 4920 | 1829 |
Step S200, mixing the molasses and bagasse after enzyme treatment according to the proportion of 1: 0.5-1, and stirring for 15-30 min to enable molasses to be uniformly adsorbed on sugarcane fibers;
preferably, the molasses and the bagasse are mixed in a mode that liquid molasses is mixed with the bagasse in a mist form by using a high-pressure mist spray nozzle;
the bagasse has fluffy structure, large gaps and strong sugar adsorption, but is still difficult to be uniformly mixed and easy to agglomerate when being mixed with molasses treated by a common method. The viscosity of the molasses treated by the enzyme is obviously reduced, so that the molasses is easier to be uniformly mixed with bagasse fibers. The molasses is converted into mist by a high-pressure mist spray nozzle, so that the molasses can be well and uniformly contacted with bagasse fibers, and the mixing efficiency is improved. Ensures a certain stirring time, can transfer part of water in molasses to bagasse fibers, and is beneficial to subsequent drying.
S300, scattering the molasses and bagasse mixture, drying the mixture by using a fluidized bed, controlling the air inlet temperature to be 70-90 ℃, and controlling the water content of the dried molasses and bagasse mixture to be 3-8%;
preferably, the dried molasses bagasse mixture can be directly used for feeding ruminants;
after the mixture of the partially agglomerated molasses bagasse is scattered, the contact area of hot air can be increased, and the drying efficiency is improved, so that the drying can be finished at a lower temperature, and the sugar is prevented from being coked in the drying process to generate a caramel taste.
S400, crushing the dried molasses bagasse mixture to obtain a solid molasses feed;
the main advantages of the invention are:
1. the sugar, pectin, xylan, glucan and protein are degraded, the viscosity of molasses is effectively reduced, and the subsequent mixing of molasses and bagasse is facilitated.
2. Reduce the adverse effect of pectin, xylan and glucan on the absorption and utilization of animal nutrition.
3. The fructose content is increased, the palatability of the molasses is further improved, and the feed intake is increased.
4. The drying temperature is low, and the generation of burnt flavor is reduced.
