Abstract
本发明公开一种LNG填充站和LNG填充方法,LNG填充站包括:设置部,用于设置LNG罐状集装箱;供应部,将从设在设置部的LNG罐状集装箱接收的液化天然气LNG供应至用于供应的对象物;以及升降部,用于移动LNG罐状集装箱;LNG罐状集装箱能够以储存有液化天然气的状态被运输及设置,LNG罐状集装箱在被运输至设置部之后设在设置部,设置部包括基底,为了装载LNG罐状集装箱而设在地面上;垂直框架,垂直设置在基底;以及水平框架,水平框架得到垂直框架的支撑并水平设置,并且升降部将运输至设置部的LNG罐状集装箱举起并在升降部支撑LNG罐状集装箱的状态下沿着水平框架移动。

本申请是于2016年1月21日进入中国国家阶段、PCT国际申请号为PCT/KR2013/010891、申请日为2013年11月28日、中国申请号为201380078409.9、发明名称为“利用LNG罐状集装箱的LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法”的专利申请的分案申请,其全部内容结合于此作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法,具体地,能够更加方便且安全地向偏远地区供应液化天然气的LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法。
背景技术
通常,向用户供应天然气的方法有以下两种。第一种方法是通过管道网直接向用户供应天然气的方法,第二种方法是通过罐车(tank lorry)向用户供应液化天然气(LNG)的方法。随着进行与之有关的LNG车辆或LNG燃料船舶的开发,目前LNG的供应也得到很多重视,但是,到目前为止,一般情况下对于LNG的供应还是主要研究利用罐车的第二种方法。
只是,第二种方法中存在以下说明的各种问题。首先,根据第二种方法,为了储存和供应LNG,需要在偏远地区单独设置固定式储存罐。但是,设置固定式储存罐需要的耗费很大。并且,在需要临时供应LNG时或者需要供应更多的LNG时,固定式储存罐难以有效地应付这一状况。进一步地,在向固定式储存罐填充液化天然气时,还存在火灾危险。甚至,在向LNG车辆或LNG燃料船舶供应LNG时,需要另外设置填充设备,由此导致与单独设置固定式储存罐时相同的问题。
发明内容
发明要解决的课题
为此,本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供能够更加方便且安全地向偏远地区供应液化天然气的LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法。
解决课题的手段
根据本发明的LNG填充站包括:用于设置LNG罐状集装箱的设置部;以及,从设在设置部的LNG罐状集装箱向供应对象物供应液化天然气的供应部,其中,LNG罐状集装箱能够以储存有液化天然气的状态被运输及设置,并在被运输至设置部之后设在设置部。
并且,根据本发明的LNG填充方法包括:通过运输单元(或运输装置)将LNG罐状集装箱运输至用于设置LNG罐状集装箱的设置部的步骤;将LNG罐状集装箱从运输单元卸载至设置部,并设在设置部的步骤;以及从设在设置部的LNG罐状集装箱向供应对象物供应液化天然气的步骤。
发明效果
根据本发明的LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法,只是将LNG罐状集装箱运输至设置部,并设在设置部,即可方便且安全地直接向偏远地区的用户供应液化天然气。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。但是,本发明并不受限或限定于下面的实施例。
实施例1
图1是示出根据本发明的实施例1的LNG填充站的主视图,图2是示出图1所示的LNG填充站的立体图。如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的实施例1的LNG填充站大致包括设置部110和供应部150。
首先,说明设置部110。设置部110是指为了装载运输至设置部110的LNG罐状集装箱T而设在地面上的构成。即,LNG罐状集装箱T在被运输至设置部110之后,设在设置部110,这样设在设置部110上之后,以设在设置部110的状态通过后面说明的供应部向LNG燃料船舶或LNG车辆供应液化天然气。
这样的设置部110只是为了设置LNG罐状集装箱T而仅仅装载LNG罐状集装箱T,所以结构非常简单。从而,能够以较低费用在需要的位置设置设置部110,能够简单地拆除所设置的设置部110,而且,还可以简单地将设置部110重新设在其他位置上。
需要说明的是,为了将LNG罐状集装箱T设在设置部110,还可以将LNG罐状集装箱T只是叠放在设置部110上。即,还可以通过拖挂式卡车(或拖车)等运输单元(或运输装置)V将LNG罐状集装箱T运输至设置部110之后,只是将LNG罐状集装箱T叠放在设置部110上。
另外,LNG罐状集装箱T在通过运输单元V运输至设置部110之后,可以通过升降部130搬运至设置部110。升降部130举起运输至设置部110的LNG罐状集装箱T后搬运至设置部110。这样,可以通过升降部130搬运LNG罐状集装箱T来将LNG罐状集装箱T设在设置部110。
这样的升降部130可以设在设置部110。为此,设置部110可以具备为了装载LNG罐状集装箱T而设在地面上的基底112、从基底112垂直设置的垂直框架114、以及得到垂直框架114的支撑并水平设置的水平框架116。这时,升降部130可以设在设置部110的水平框架116上,并沿水平框架116移动。
但是,如图1所示,优选地,水平框架116向基底112的外侧延伸。即,优选地,水平框架116包括向基底116的外侧延伸的延伸部分118。这样,如果水平框架116包括延伸部分118,则升降部130沿着水平框架116的延伸部分118移动到基底112的外侧,能够简单地将运输至延伸部分118下面的LNG罐状集装箱T搬运至设置部110。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,可通过设在设置部110的LNG罐状集装箱T的数量来调整液化天然气的供应量。例如,在基底112上沿水平方向叠放多个LNG罐状集装箱T或者在LNG罐状集装箱T上反复叠放LNG罐状集装箱T,则能够增加液化天然气的供应量。可通过升降部130来实现这样的沿水平方向或者垂直方向叠放LNG罐状集装箱T的动作。在如上所述设有多个LNG罐状集装箱T时,可通过管道152来彼此连接各LNG罐状集装箱T。
其次,说明供应部150。供应部150是指从设在设置部110的LNG罐状集装箱T向供应对象物供应液化天然气的结构。其中,供应对象物是指供应液化天然气的对象,可以是例如作为燃料使用液化天然气的LNG燃料船舶或LNG车辆。
更加具体地,供应部150大致可以包括连接于LNG罐状集装箱T的主管道152。LNG罐状集装箱T的液化天然气可通过主管道152被供应至供应对象物。如图1和图2所示,该主管道152可分支为多个。
另外,供应部150还可以包括设在主管道152上且用于开关主管道152的主阀门154。并且,供应部150还可以包括连接于主管道152且用于向供应对象物填充液化天然气的填充部156。其中,填充部156还可以包括用于加压输送液化天然气的LNG泵(未图示)以及用于计量液化天然气的流量计(未图示)。只是,在利用压力差来供应液化天然气时,无需设置LNG泵。
这样的供应部150可以与设置部110一体形成。如果形成为一体,只是通过设置设置部110,即可在需要的位置设置用于供应液化天然气的所有结构。从而可以通过设置设置部110简单地在需要的位置设置填充系统,而且在不再需要时,通过拆卸设置部110来简单地从需要的位置去除填充系统。
另外,供应部150还可以包括从LNG罐状集装箱T接收液化天然气后进行气化从而生成天然气的气化器(未图示)以及从气化器接收天然气后进行压缩从而生成压缩天然气(CNG)的压缩机(未图示)。在这种情况下,供应部150还可以向供应对象物供应压缩天然气。这时,供应对象物可以是使用压缩天然气作为燃料的CNG车辆。
需要说明的是,供应部150可以另外设置有供应液化天然气的管道和供应压缩天然气的管道。即,将主管道152分为两个部分,其中的一部分用作供应液化天然气的管道,另一部分用作将液化天然气气化并压缩后供应压缩天然气的管道。
如上所述,根据本实施例的LNG填充站的基本特征在于,以储存有液化天然气的状态将LNG罐状集装箱T运输至设置部110之后,将其设在设置部110,在如上所述将LNG罐状集装箱T设在设置部110之后,以LNG罐状集装箱T设在设置部110的状态,从LNG罐状集装箱T向供应对象物供应液化天然气。
由于根据本实施例的LNG填充站具有上述特征,所以能够方便地向没有连接管道网或者难以连接管道网的地区供应液化天然气。即,在没有连接管道网或者难以连接管道网的地区设置根据本实施例的LNG填充站,则只通过将LNG罐状集装箱T运输至设置部110并将其设在设置部110,即可方便地向上述地区供应液化天然气。
并且,根据本实施例的LNG填充站使用能够以储存有液化天然气的状态进行设置的LNG罐状集装箱T,所以能够将LNG罐状集装箱T本身用作储存装置,结果,无需单独设置固定式储存罐作为储存装置。例如,根据本实施例的LNG填充站使用按照ISO罐状集装箱等相关规定制造成一定规格的LNG罐状集装箱T,这样的LNG罐状集装箱T能够直接用作储存装置,因此,无需如目前这样另外设置固定式储存罐。(设置部仅装载LNG罐状集装箱即可。)
进一步地,根据本实施例的LNG填充站并不是利用罐车来向储存装置填充液化天然气,所以不会出现填充导致的损失或危险。即,目前的罐车只是将液化天然气运输到需要位置,与此相比,本实施例的LNG罐状集装箱T不仅将液化天然气运输至需要位置,还设在位于需要位置上的设置部110,并参与液化天然气的供应,因此,根本不可能发生目前的填充方法导致的损失或危险。
另外,利用上述的LNG填充站,能够更加方便且安全地向供应对象物供应液化天然气。即,首先通过运输单元V将LNG罐状集装箱T运输至用于设置LNG罐状集装箱T的设置部110,之后,将LNG罐状集装箱T从运输单元V卸载至设置部110,并设在设置部110,最后,从设在设置部110的LNG罐状集装箱T向供应对象物供应液化天然气,则能够更加方便且安全地向供应对象物供应液化天然气。
实施例2
图3是概略示出根据本发明的实施例2的LNG填充站的概念图,图4是具体示出图3所示的LNG填充站的立体图。需要说明的是,对于与上述的构成相同或者相当的部分标注相同或者相当的附图标记,并省略其详细说明。
根据本实施例的LNG填充站的基本特征在于,通过滑动方式卸载LNG罐状集装箱T。即,根据本实施例的LNG填充站,牵引LNG罐状集装箱T从而从运输单元V卸载至设置部210,或者从设置部210推向运输单元V,从而装载LNG罐状集装箱T。更加具体地,如图3所示,根据本实施例的LNG填充站的基本特征在于,通过滑动方式从运输单元V向设置部210卸载LNG罐状集装箱T,之后,通过设在设置部210的供应部220,从LNG罐状集装箱T直接向供应对象物供应液化天然气(参照附图标记156的填充部)或者供应压缩天然气(参照附图标记157的气化器和158的压缩机)。
下面,参照图4重点说明用于实现上述滑动方式的构成。
根据本实施例的LNG填充站包括移动部220,用于以滑动方式卸载LNG罐状集装箱T。移动部220在从运输单元V卸载LNG罐状集装箱T的方向D进行往返移动。并且,移动部220可拆卸地固定于LNG罐状集装箱T,与LNG罐状集装箱T一同移动。从而移动部220能够将装载在运输单元V的LNG罐状集装箱T移动到设置部210或者将装载于设置部210的LNG罐状集装箱T移动到运输单元V。
在本实施例中,设置部210包括为了装载LNG罐状集装箱T而设在地面上的基底212以及形成在基底212并用于在上述方向D引导移动部220的导向件214。其中,如图4所示,导向件214可以是一种槽。即,导向件214可以是通过插入移动部220来引导的一种槽。
更加具体地,移动部220可以包括移动基底222以及设在移动基底222上的移动升降机224。移动部220以可移动方式设在设置部210,并沿着导向件214在上述方向D往返移动。另外,移动升降机224可拆卸地固定在LNG罐状集装箱T,实现LNG罐状集装箱T的升降。从而,LNG罐状集装箱T以被移动升降机224举起的状态通过移动基底222在上述方向D移动。这样,以举起LNG罐状集装箱T的状态进行移动,能够更加简单地以滑动方式移动LNG罐状集装箱T。需要说明的是,移动升降机224可通过液压装置实现。后面说明的支撑升降机234也与其相同。
根据本实施例的LNG填充站,除了移动部220之外,还可以包括支撑部230。支撑部230可拆卸地固定在LNG罐状集装箱T,以支撑LNG罐状集装箱T的状态,在设置部210的外部与移动部220一起移动。与仅通过移动部220来移动LNG罐状集装箱T相比,通过移动部220和支撑部230一起支撑并移动LNG罐状集装箱T更加稳定。更加具体地,考虑到重量安排问题,优选地,如图4所示,移动部220固定在LNG罐状集装箱T的一侧端部,在设置部210内部移动LNG罐状集装箱T,而支撑部230固定在LNG罐状集装箱T的另一侧端部,在设置部210的外部与移动部220一起移动LNG罐状集装箱T。
这样的支撑部230可以包括在设置部210的外部(以LNG罐状集装箱为媒介)与移动部220一起移动的支撑基底232以及设在支撑基底232上且可拆卸地固定在LNG罐状集装箱T从而实现LNG罐状集装箱T的升降的支撑升降机234。通过这样的结构,可以通过移动部220和支撑部230一起举起LNG罐状集装箱T,在这样的一起举起的状态下移动LNG罐状集装箱T,则能够更加稳定地移动LNG罐状集装箱T。
另外,在本实施例中,LNG罐状集装箱T基本通过移动部220来移动。相反,支撑部230只是支撑LNG罐状集装箱T。即,支撑部230在支撑LNG罐状集装箱T的状态通过移动部220移动。从而,移动部220需要具备马达等驱动单元,而支撑部230并不是一定要具备驱动单元。只是,有时支撑部230也可以具备驱动单元,自行移动LNG罐状集装箱T。
在本实施例中,可通过设置部210的数量来调整液化天然气的供应量。例如,如图5所示,设置多个设置部210,并在每个设置部210设置LNG罐状集装箱T,则可以增加液化天然气的供应量。在设有多个LNG罐状集装箱T时,通过管道152彼此连接各LNG罐状集装箱T。
另外,在本实施例中,供应部150具备主管道152、主阀门154以及填充部156,从而能够向供应对象物供应液化天然气,这与上述的实施例相同。并且,如图6所示,在本实施例中,供应部150还包括气化器157和压缩机158从而能够向供应对象物供应压缩天然气,这也与上述的实施例相同。
下面,参照图7至图10,详细说明根据本实施例的LNG填充站的操作。首先,通过拖挂式卡车等运输单元V,将LNG罐状集装箱T运输至位于需要位置的设置部210。之后,如图7所示,通过倒车将拖挂式卡车V移动到设置部210。这时,可通过导向件260来引导拖挂式卡车V的倒车。
之后,如图8所示,将移动部220固定在LNG罐状集装箱T的后方,并将支撑部230固定在LNG罐状集装箱T的前方。另外,这样的固定利用形成在LNG罐状集装箱T的孔来实现。更加具体地,一般情况下,LNG罐状集装箱T上事先形成有用于固定的指定的孔。根据本实施例的LNG填充站在这样的LNG罐状集装箱T的孔中分别插入设在移动部220的升降机224上的销226和设在支撑部230的升降机234上的销236,从而将移动部220和支撑部230固定在LNG罐状集装箱T。
之后,如图9所示,驱动移动部220的升降机224和支撑部230的升降机234,将LNG罐状集装箱T举到一定的高度h。之后,向移动部220的基底222牵引LNG罐状集装箱T,如图10所示,将LNG罐状集装箱T设在设置部210的基底212上。
更加具体地,在将LNG罐状集装箱T牵引至设置部210的基底212之后,驱动移动部220的升降机224和支撑部230的升降机234,将LNG罐状集装箱T安放在设置部210的基底212上。这时,通过设置部210的导向件214引导移动部220的基底222的移动,并且通过支撑部的导向件238来引导支撑部230的基底232的移动。
之后,通过管道152将LNG罐状集装箱T连接于填充部156。(填充部可以与设置部一体形成。)之后,按照用户的请求,打开主阀门154之后,通过填充部156从LNG罐状集装箱T向供应对象物供应液化天然气。最后,在LNG罐状集装箱T消耗完液化天然气时,通过与上述流程相反的流程,将LNG罐状集装箱T从设置部210装载于运输单元V上。重复这样的卸载和装载过程,能够向供应对象物连续供应液化天然气。
实施例3
图11是示出根据本发明的实施例3的LNG填充站的立体图。需要说明的是,对于与上述的构成相同或者相应的部分标注相同或者相应的附图标记,并省略其详细说明。
根据本实施例的LNG填充站也具备移动部320以及支撑部330。更加具体地,移动部320具备基底322以及升降机324,支撑部330也具备基底332以及升降机334。这时,移动部320和支撑部330通过连接部370连接。通过这样连接,移动部320和支撑部330能够更加稳定地移动。
工业可利用性
本发明涉及能够更加方便且安全地向偏远地区供应液化天然气的LNG填充站以及LNG填充方法,具有工业可利用性。
Claims (9)
1.一种LNG填充站,其特征在于,包括:
设置部,用于设置LNG罐状集装箱;
供应部,将从设在所述设置部的LNG罐状集装箱接收的LNG供应至用于供应的对象物;以及
升降部,用于移动所述LNG罐状集装箱;
其中,所述LNG罐状集装箱能够以储存有液化天然气的状态被运输及设置,从而,所述LNG罐状集装箱在被运输至所述设置部之后设在所述设置部,
所述设置部包括:基底,为了装载所述LNG罐状集装箱而设在地面上;垂直框架,垂直设置在所述基底;以及水平框架,所述水平框架得到所述垂直框架的支撑并水平设置,
所述升降部设在所述水平框架上,所述升降部将运输至所述设置部的LNG罐状集装箱举起并在所述升降部支撑所述LNG罐状集装箱的状态下沿着所述水平框架移动,
所述基底被构造成使得多个所述LNG罐状集装箱沿水平方向和垂直方向安装在所述基底上,以便增加液化天然气的供应量,并且
所述供应部构造成与所述设置部一体形成,以便与所述设置部一起设置在需要位置以及与所述设置部一起从所述需要位置去除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,通过所述升降部将所述LNG罐状集装箱设置在所述设置部上并通过所述供应部供应所述液化天然气而将所述液化天然气供应到位于所述需要位置的对象物上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,
所述水平框架比所述基底更向外侧延伸,从而将所述升降部引导至所述基底的外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,
所述供应部包括:
主管道,与所述LNG罐状集装箱连接;
主阀门,设在所述主管道,用于开/关所述主管道;以及
填充部,连接于所述主管道,以向所述对象物填充所述液化天然气。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,
所述供应部还包括:
气化器,从所述LNG罐状集装箱接收所述液化天然气并将所述液化天然气气化以生成天然气;以及
压缩机,从所述气化器接收天然气并将所述天然气进行压缩以生成压缩天然气。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,
所述对象物是作为燃料使用所述液化天然气的LNG燃料船舶或LNG车辆。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LNG填充站,其特征在于,
所述LNG罐状集装箱是ISO罐状集装箱。
8.一种LNG填充方法,其特征在于,包括:
通过运输单元将LNG罐状集装箱运输至用于设置LNG罐状集装箱的设置部;
通过将所述LNG罐状集装箱从所述运输单元卸载至所述设置部而将所述LNG罐状集装箱设置在所述设置部;以及
通过供应部从设在所述设置部的所述LNG罐状集装箱向用于供应的对象物供应液化天然气,
其中,设置所述LNG罐状集装箱包括通过升降部举起运输至所述设置部的所述LNG罐状集装箱,
所述设置部包括:基底,为了装载所述LNG罐状集装箱而设在地面上;垂直框架,垂直设置在所述基底;以及水平框架,所述水平框架得到所述垂直框架的支撑并水平设置,
所述升降部设在所述水平框架上,所述升降部将运输至所述设置部的LNG罐状集装箱举起并在所述升降部支撑所述LNG罐状集装箱的状态下沿着所述水平框架移动,
所述基底被构造成使得多个所述LNG罐状集装箱沿水平方向和垂直方向安装在所述基底上,以便增加液化天然气的供应量,并且
所述供应部构造成与所述设置部一体形成,以便与所述设置部一起设置在需要位置以及与所述设置部一起从所述需要位置去除。
9.根据权利要求8所述的LNG填充方法,其特征在于,还包括
所述LNG罐状集装箱的液化天然气消耗完时,将所述LNG罐状集装箱装载于所述运输单元。
