技术领域
本发明涉及适于装配有手自一体变速器(AMT,Automated Manual Transmission)的车辆的变速器装置、装配有所述变速器装置的动力单元和相关车辆。具体地,车辆可能是装配有内燃发动机和电动马达的混合动力车辆(HEV)或者电池电动车辆(BEV)。
背景技术
如已知的那样,装配有手自一体变速器的变速器装置具有一些缺点和限制。
具体地,换挡阶段未被优化,因为用户能明显地感觉到由于变速器的脱离接合和随后接合导致的扭矩间隙。
为了克服该缺点,本领域内已知的是提供具有辅助电机的变速器,所述辅助电机将扭矩提供给车轮以便填补扭矩间隙,否则的话在手自一体变速器中的换挡阶段过程中将感觉到扭矩间隙。上述辅助电机还可用于其它目的。
例如,如果连接在变速器的下游,则该辅助电机可用于给车辆的电池包充电,例如通过再生制动给车辆的电池包充电。此外,在已经首先断开内燃发动机之后,辅助电机可允许车辆完全在电动模式中运行,或者甚至只在倒车时完全在电动模式中运行。
同一辅助电机可适当地连接在变速器的上游,以便当断开变速器时启用内燃发动机的起动功能,并且在换挡阶段(具体参考降挡阶段)过程中实现变速器的快速同步。
此外,辅助电机可用来协助内燃发动机的操作,例如在加速器的释放阶段过程中协助内燃发动机的操作,以降低燃料消耗或者甚至提高其性能,或者例如克服延迟响应,即所谓的“涡轮迟滞”,这是增压式发动机的典型现象。
为了优化变速器和内燃发动机的总体操作,辅助单元置必须经常并且反复地在变速器的上游和下游连接,这取决于车辆的要被执行的功能和可能的操作条件,其可取决于车辆的路线以及驾驶和交通状况两者。
在本领域内已知的解决方案可将辅助电机交替地连接到变速器的上游和/或下游,以便执行所述功能。
然而已知的技术解决方案十分复杂、笨重并且实现成本高,因为它们所用的致动器显著增加车辆变速器的质量和体积。
从而质量和成本的增加带来的风险是抵消通过使用辅助电机所获得的燃料消耗和污染物排放方面的益处。
此外,由于相对的机械复杂性,已知的解决方案可能需要频繁的维护并且可能过早出现故障。
发明内容
因此需要解决参考已知技术所述的缺点和限制。
由根据权利要求1所述的变速器装置来满足这一要求,其适于装配有手自一体变速器的车辆。

参考前面所提到的附图,统一地以附图标记4指示动力单元的示意性总体视图,其包括变速器装置8,该变速器装置适于装配有手自一体变速器12(AMT)和内燃发动机16的车辆。
为了本发明的目的,不指定在动力单元中使用的内燃发动机的类型,这意味着在奥托循环过程中和在柴油机循环过程中的任何类型的内燃发动机。
内燃发动机16具有驱动轴,其可通过离合器20以已知的方式机械连接到变速器装置8的输入轴。

如有必要,取决于车辆的操作条件,其可进入第三上游接合位置(图5),其中在辅助电机36的辅助轴40和输出轴28之间进行机械连接。这样的状态通过致动变速器选择器48获得,该变速器选择器48在轴向致动行程52内平移以通过齿轮60和第二机械元件68之间的机械耦联而在辅助电机36和输出轴28之间进行机械连接。以这种方式,能够在手自一体变速器12的输出处提供扭矩,例如,以便填补扭矩间隙,或者实现再生制动或者给内燃发动机16提供附加的扭矩。
如从上述内容可理解的那样,根据本发明的适于装配有手自一体变速器的车辆的变速器装置允许克服现有技术中存在的缺点。
有利地,根据本发明的变速器装置允许辅助电机以快速、有效和可靠的方式反复和交替地连接到变速器。
与已知的解决方案不同,本发明的变速器装置不导致变速器的质量和体积显著增加。
本发明允许获得优化变速器的操作、燃料消耗和借助于其而提供的车辆驾驶感觉所需的全部功能,例如:只在电动模式下的变速、内燃发动机的起动、在换挡期间的扭矩间隙的填补、在扭矩释放阶段(巡航)中的能量节约、用于给电池包充电的再生制动、为了总体上提高性能并且补偿内燃发动机的可能过充的涡轮迟滞而进行的超增压(overboost)。
所有这些功能都可通过合适和连续的策略获得,以便以快速和可靠的方式将辅助单元连接到变速器装置以及将辅助单元从变速器装置断开连接。
这样的策略包括当不需要辅助单元的介入来避免拖曳惯性时将辅助单元从变速器机械地断开连接,以及根据驾驶员的需要、电池包的充电状态,和车辆行进路线的状态将辅助单元机械连接到变速器上游或者下游。
通过使用单个选择器进行连接和断开连接是特别快速、准确和可靠的。这也简化变速器的管理和控制,因为单个变速器选择器的每个位置,即变速器的脱离接合、上游接合和下游接合,允许单个可能的操作条件而自动地排除其它操作条件。
换言之,当变速器选择器处于上游接合位置时,它自动停止下游的脱离接合和接合等等。
因此,下述复杂性得以消除:即为了总是确保变速器的正确操作而必须通过专用的控制单元来协调并且同步多个致动装置的复杂性得以消除。
以这种方式,下述风险得以消除:即在系统管理和控制过程中的故障导致各种致动器的迟滞和可能破坏的风险得以消除。
也应该考虑到,在城市交通驾驶的状态下,致动器的操作也可能在每分钟数十次的量级上,并且总是需要确保变速器管理的可靠性。
此外,在致动器数量方面的减少使得变速器装置的总体积、重量和总体成本方面减小。
此外,部件数量的减少也降低装置出故障的可能性。
本发明特别适合于通过自动地适应车辆所行进的路线来优化,这取决于车辆本身的可能位置。
具体而言,如果车辆正沿着预定的路线行进,例如,沿着在任何时刻和提前设定在车辆所装配的卫星导航仪内的一条路线行进,则可知晓并且预测车辆将必须遵循的路线的类型,估计速度以及扭矩需求,例如由于路段的可能坡度所产生的扭矩需求。以这种方式,能够通过选择辅助电机的适当操作逻辑来提前控制变速器装置以及要接合的手自一体变速器的挡位。显然,这类变速器装置管理也可以没有要遵循的预定路线,因为由于GPS,能够知晓车辆的瞬时位置和正在其上行进的路段坡度或者推测要面临的路段坡度等等。
变速器装置的该优化管理允许车辆燃料消耗的降低具体根据所采取的路线来校准,例如,以便在释放和/或制动阶段期间优选电力牵引和动能回收。
在满足可能的和具体的要求的目的方面,本领域技术人员可对适于装配有如上所述的手自一体变速器的车辆的变速器装置做出许多修改和变化,所有这些都在如以下权利要求所限定的本发明的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.变速器装置(8),其适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆,该变速器装置包括:
-手自一体变速器(12),其设有输入轴(24)和输出轴(28);
-其中输入轴(24)配置成选择性地连接到内燃发动机(16);
-其中输出轴(28)配置成机械连接到车辆的至少一个驱动轮(32);
-辅助电机(36),其具有选择性地连接到手自一体变速器(12)的输入轴(24)和/或输出轴(28)的辅助轴(40)和辅助变速器(44);
-其中辅助变速器(44)包括能够在三个位置移动的单个变速器选择器(48),其中所述单个变速器选择器(48):
-在第一上游接合位置,在辅助电机(36)的辅助轴(40)和所述输入轴(24)之间进行机械连接;
-在第二脱离接合位置,辅助电机(36)的辅助轴(40)从所述输入轴(24)和输出轴(28)机械地断开连接;
-在第三下游接合位置,在辅助电机(36)的辅助轴(40)和所述输出轴(28)之间进行机械连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,所述单个变速器选择器(48)能够沿着包括所述第一位置、第二位置和第三位置的致动行程移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,所述单个变速器选择器(48)能够沿着轴向致动行程(52)移动,其中所述第一位置和第三位置位于轴向致动行程(52)的相应行程末端处,而其中所述第二位置在所述行程末端中间或者介于所述行程末端之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,所述单个变速器选择器(48)包括滑动器(56),该滑动器能够在所述第一位置、第二位置和第三位置之间移动,该滑动器(56)装配有一对齿轮(60),所述齿轮适于分别与可操作地连接到输入轴(24)和输出轴(28)的相应第一机械元件(64)和第二机械元件(68)接合和脱离接合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,所述齿轮(60)包括前部接合齿轮,所述前部接合齿轮分别在第一接合位置和第三接合位置与可操作地连接到输入轴(24)和输出轴(28)的相应第一机械元件(64)和第二机械元件(68)啮合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,辅助变速器(44)包括至少第一辅助轴(72)和第二辅助轴(76),其中第一辅助轴(72)与第一机械元件(64)一体地旋转,以及第二辅助轴(76)与第二机械元件(68)一体地旋转。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8),其特征在于,所述单个变速器选择器(48)包括使其移动到所述三个位置的致动器,该变速器装置(8)包括处理和控制单元,所述处理和控制单元控制变速器选择器(48)的致动器和手自一体变速器(12)。
8.动力单元(4),其包括:根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的适于装配有手自一体变速器(12)的车辆的变速器装置(8);和内燃发动机(16),该内燃发动机具有驱动轴,所述驱动轴能够通过离合器(20)机械连接到变速器装置(8)的输入轴(24)。
