It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Please refer to FIG. 1-FIG. 6. The invention provides a rotating mechanism with a controllable rotating angle, which comprises two arch bridges 1, a conveying chain, a carrier 11, a channel, a rack 2 and a pushing device, wherein the two arch bridges 1 are symmetrically arranged, the carrier 11 is arranged on the conveying chain, the channel is arranged between the two arch bridges 1 and is used for the conveying chain to pass through, the rack 2 is arranged on one side of each arch bridge 1, and the pushing device is arranged on the rack 2; the carrier 11 is sequentially provided with a first self-locking device, a rotating assembly and a second self-locking device along the traveling direction (as shown by arrows in fig. 1); the first self-locking device and the second self-locking device both support the rotating assembly; when the first self-locking device is in contact with the top of the arch bridge 1, the first self-locking device is separated from the rotating assembly, the rotating assembly is in contact with the pushing device, and can rotate under the thrust opposite to the advancing direction and press down the second self-locking device; when the pushing device is separated from the rotating assembly, the second self-locking device resets and pushes the rotating assembly reversely, so that the rotating assembly rotates by a preset angle relative to the initial state when the rotating assembly is static.
The arch bridge 1 is parallel to the direction of travel; the rotating assembly is used for fixedly mounting a workpiece, the transporting vehicle 11 is used for placing the rotating assembly, the conveying chain is used for conveying the transporting vehicle 11, the transporting vehicle 11 is conveyed from a previous station to a rotating station (the rotating station refers to a processing station which needs to rotate the workpiece by a preset angle so as to facilitate subsequent processing modes such as spraying the workpiece), and the transporting vehicle 11 is conveyed to a next station after the rotation is completed. When the transmission chain is not in a rotating position, the first self-locking device and the second self-locking device respectively prop against the rotating assembly from two sides of the rotating assembly along the direction parallel to the advancing direction, so that the rotating assembly is prevented from generating rotary displacement due to bumping in the transmission process of the transmission chain.
The arch bridge 1 is not only used for separating the first self-locking device from the rotating assembly when in contact with the first self-locking device, but also not limiting the rotating assembly, so as to provide a displacement space for the rotation of the rotating assembly, but also used for positioning the rotation position of the rotating assembly, namely, when the conveying chain conveys the carrier 11 to the first self-locking device to be in contact with the top of the arch bridge 1, the conveying chain stops, at the moment, the pushing device just contacts with the rotating assembly, pushes the rotating assembly to rotate, and finally the rotating assembly can rotate by a preset angle under the cooperation of the second self-locking device and the rotating assembly.
