Abstract

本申请公开了一种外接天线的故障检测方法及故障检测设备,用于在原3G或4G通信的硬件电路上确定主集天线和分集天线的故障情况,节约了成本的同时增加了外接天线故障判断的精确性。本申请实施例故障检测方法包括:生成第一检测信号,通过主集天线发射;检测分集天线是否接收到第一检测信号;若未收到,则外接天线故障;若收到,则作为第二检测信号,根据第一检测信号及第二检测信号得到天线隔离度;根据天线隔离度判断外接天线是否故障;若是,则获取主分集接收信号强度差值;若主分集接收信号强度差值不小于第一阈值,则确定分集天线故障;若不大于第二阈值,则确定主集天线故障;若大于第二阈值且小于第一阈值,则确定主集天线和分集天线故障。
