背景技术
由于其消毒特性,臭氧目前通常用于食品杀菌的领域中。
现有的基于臭氧的杀菌设备通常具有腔室,待处理的物质布置在该腔室中,之后臭氧被引入其中。接着,该物质被留置在该臭氧化环境中多达数小时,之后移出该物质。
然而,结果发现,仅将谷物浸润在臭氧化环境中不总导致充分的杀菌。
为了改善杀菌,已开发了设备,其中,物质在不同的时机与臭氧接触。

发明内容
根据本发明,上述问题通过用臭氧连续地处理呈分裂固体形式的物质的方法来解决,该方法包括以下步骤:

因而,物质在经受臭氧作用的同时被传送,使得物质的单个行程足以对物质进行适当的处理。
这使得可能更好地控制物质的处理,且尤其是更好地管理对物质的臭氧作用。因而,可能避免臭氧氧化物质,氧化会使物质的外形、质地、气味和口味劣化。
有利地,本发明的方法使得可能限制需要被设定的参数数量,以既处理物质又避免其被臭氧氧化,从而使得所述方法更易于实施。
此外,本发明的方法使得可能减少物质通过腔室的传输时间。因而,发明人已能够注意到,本发明的方法可能使通过腔室的物质传输时间在约十分钟至一小时的范围内,且平均的通过腔室的物质传输时间为约20分钟。
特别地,仅在腔室的一部分长度上注入臭氧。

此外,设备包括用于加湿臭氧化环境的装置和由此加湿的物质。在该实施例中,所述装置包括布置在腔室1的第一端3处且在腔室1的入口4的稍下游的注水器24。在该实施例中,注水器24布置成位于臭氧注入喷嘴21中的某些的正上方。这使得物质能够在进入臭氧化环境时被相对较好地加湿。
附加地或替代地,根据物质的吸水性,设备可包括用于均匀地预加湿物质的装置,该装置布置在设备的入口4的上游。
因而,为了处理物质,物质经由入口4被引入腔室1。接着,物质通过注水器24被加湿且与存在于腔室1内部的臭氧接触。因而,通过振动腔室1,物质被传送入腔室1中,之后通过出口7被卸载。
应注意到,在其通过腔室1的单个行程期间,所传送的物质持续地运动且经受臭氧化环境,从而促进了处理。
这提供了一种通过使用臭氧对物质杀菌的方法。
此外,本发明有利地使得可能限制用于控制物质的处理的参数数量。可能调整以优化处理的参数如下:
·物质在腔室1中的传输时间(由腔室1的振动装置发出的振动强度作用)
·水分含量(由加湿装置作用);以及
·相对于物质质量的臭氧质量百分比(通过臭氧注入装置和排放回路作用)。
第一次将连续传送物质的原理与同时暴露至臭氧关联提供了多个优点,特别是对物质的处理的更好的控制,且处理也更快了。
因而,本发明为处理特别精致的物质做准备,这些物质诸如是香料(胡椒、咖喱、姜黄等等……)、药草、调味品、脱水蔬菜、芳香或药用植物、果干、粉末状乳制品……。
本发明不限制于所描述的实施方式,而相反地覆盖了本发明的范围内所带来的任何变型。
喷嘴可不同于所描述的布置而布置。例如,喷嘴可布置成沿腔室的整个长度存在。喷嘴还可仅存在于腔室的出口处,且排放回路可布置在腔室的入口处,使得臭氧作为物质在腔室内部的流动的反向流而流动。
此外,用于加湿物质的装置可不用于所描述的那些。例如,所述装置可布置在腔室的入口的上游,例如在压缩锁气室之前。附加地或替代地,加湿装置可包括布置在腔室的所有或部分长度上方的雾化回路,以更好地控制存在于腔室内部的臭氧化环境的水分含量,并因而控制物质的水分含量。
用于加湿物质的装置可喷洒臭氧化的水而不是如所述的水,以与臭氧注入装置配合而有助于在腔室内部产生臭氧化环境。此外,虽然如本文中描述的,物质加湿装置与臭氧注入装置分离,但它们可结合,由此,注入装置直接将臭氧化的水喷洒入腔室中,以在其中产生臭氧化环境。
设备还可包括例如布置在腔室的出口处的干燥装置,以更好地控制存在于腔室内部的臭氧化环境的水分含量,并因而控制物质的水分含量。
Claims (6)
1.一种连续处理呈分裂固体形式的物质的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
·将所述物质引入封闭的腔室(1)中,在所述腔室中存在压力下的臭氧化环境;
·以连续运动在所述腔室的入口(4)与所述腔室的出口(7)之间传送所述腔室中的物质,以使得当所述物质在所述腔室中被传送时,所述物质连续地位于所述臭氧化环境中,通过引起所述腔室振动的振动装置(3、6),所述物质被传送;以及
·在所述物质通过所述腔室的单个行程之后,经由所述出口从所述腔室卸载所述物质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,仅在所述腔室(1)的一部分长度上注入臭氧。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,臭氧在所述腔室的所述入口的稍下游处注入所述腔室(1)中。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,存在于所述腔室(1)内部的过量残留臭氧经由所述腔室的所述出口(4)的稍上游的出口管(22)被抽取。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,水基本上在所述腔室的所述入口(4)处注入所述腔室(1)中。
6.一种用于连续处理呈分裂固体形式的物质的设备,所述设备包括:
·封闭的腔室(1);
·用于将臭氧注入所述腔室中的注入装置以及用于排放所述腔室中的过量臭氧的排放回路,所述注入装置和所述排放回路成形为生成压力下的臭氧化环境;以及
·传送装置,所述传送装置以连续运动在所述腔室的入口(4)与所述腔室的出口(7)之间传送所述物质,以使得当所述物质在所述腔室中被传送时,所述物质连续地位于所述臭氧化环境中,且在物质通过所述腔室的单个行程后经由所述出口从所述腔室卸载,所述装置包括引起所述腔室振动的振动装置。
