一种照片自动裁剪机器人,是由底座、放片盒、取片盒、CCD支架、CCD摄像头、底座电机、垂直气缸、垂直气缸连接块、横向气缸、横向气缸连接块、手爪、固定板支架、固定板、曲柄、连杆、切刀、曲柄电机支架、曲柄电机和控制盒组成的,其特征在于:放片盒、取片盒、CCD支架、底座电机、固定板支架和控制盒固定在底座上,CCD摄像头安装在CCD支架上,垂直气缸安装在底座电机上,横向气缸和垂直气缸通过垂直气缸连接块连接,手爪通过横向气缸连接块连接在横向气缸上,固定板安装在固定板支架上,曲柄、连杆、切刀和固定板相互连接,曲柄电机和曲柄连接,曲柄电机通过曲柄电机支架固定在底座上。该装置可以实现照片的自动裁剪。

一种照片自动裁剪机器人
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照片自动裁剪机器人,具体地说是采用了由底座、CCD摄像头、手爪和控制盒等组成的一种可对照片进行自动裁剪的装置,属于办公用具领域。
背景技术
照片打印后,四周会留有白色空白区域,这个区域需要裁剪掉,现在的裁剪方式都是通过切纸刀或者剪刀进行裁剪,每张照片的裁剪都需剪裁人员用手一张一张进行裁剪,这种裁剪方式浪费人力,并且效率低下。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种照片自动裁剪机器人。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种照片自动裁剪机器人,是由底座、放片盒、取片盒、CCD支架、CCD摄像头、底座电机、垂直气缸、垂直气缸连接块、横向气缸、横向气缸连接块、手爪、固定板支架、固定板、曲柄、连杆、切刀、曲柄电机支架、曲柄电机和控制盒组成的,其特征在于:放片盒和取片盒分别安装在底座的两侧,CCD支架固定在底座上,CCD摄像头安装在CCD支架上,底座电机固定在底座上,垂直气缸安装在底座电机上,横向气缸和垂直气缸通过垂直气缸连接块连接,手爪通过横向气缸连接块连接在横向气缸上,固定板支架固定在底座上,固定板安装在固定板支架上,曲柄的一端与固定板连接,曲柄的另一端和连杆连接,切刀的一端和连杆连接,切刀的另一端和固定板连接,曲柄电机和曲柄连接,并且曲柄电机通过曲柄电机支架固定在底座上,控制盒固定在底座上。
所述的手爪是由手爪电机、手爪固定杆、手爪固定块、手爪气缸、吸嘴、二通接头、气管和真空发生器组成的,其特征在于:手爪电机连接在手爪固定杆上,手爪固定块固定在手爪固定杆上,手爪气缸固定在手爪固定块上,二通接头安装在手爪固定杆上,气管放置在手爪固定杆的内部,真空发生器安装在气管中间,吸嘴安装在气管下面。
所述的手爪气缸的数量是4个。
该发明的有益之处在于:该装置可以实现照片的自动裁剪,并且通过机器视觉可以很好的识别出照片四周的白色空白区域,保证裁剪的准确性,所述的手爪安装有4个手爪气缸,这4个手爪气缸可以很好的把照片固定在固定板上,这样保证了裁剪的顺畅性和正确性,所述的放片盒和取片盒都有开口,保证放片和取片的方便。

具体实施方式
一种照片自动裁剪机器人,是由底座1、放片盒2、取片盒3、CCD支架4、CCD摄像头5、底座电机6、垂直气缸7、垂直气缸连接块8、横向气缸9、横向气缸连接块10、手爪11、固定板支架12、固定板13、曲柄14、连杆15、切刀16、曲柄电机支架17、曲柄电机18和控制盒19组成的,其特征在于:放片盒2和取片盒3分别安装在底座1的两侧,CCD支架4固定在底座1上,CCD摄像头5安装在CCD支架4上,底座电机6固定在底座1上,垂直气缸7安装在底座电机6上,横向气缸9和垂直气缸7通过垂直气缸连接块8连接,手爪11通过横向气缸连接块连10安装在横向气缸9上,固定板支架12固定在底座1上,固定板13安装在固定板支架12上,曲柄14的一端与固定板13连接,曲柄14的另一端和连杆15连接,切刀16的一端和连杆15连接,切刀16的另一端和固定板13连接,曲柄电机18和曲柄14连接,并且曲柄电机18通过曲柄电机支架17固定在底座1上,控制盒19固定在底座1上。
所述的手爪11是由手爪电机1101、手爪固定杆1102、手爪固定块1103、手爪气缸1104、吸嘴1105、二通接头1106、气管1107和真空发生器1108组成的,其特征在于:手爪电机1101连接在手爪固定杆1102上,手爪固定块1103固定在手爪固定杆1102上,手爪气缸1104固定在手爪固定块1103上,二通接头1106安装在手爪固定杆1102上,气管1107放置在手爪固定杆1102的内部,真空发生器1108安装在气管1107中间,吸嘴1105安装在气管1107的下面。
所述的手爪气缸1104的数量是4个。
该装置的工作原理是:把照片放入底座1上的放片盒2内,控制盒启动CCD支架4上的CCD摄像头5,CCD摄像头5采集放片盒2内的照片图像,并且经过控制盒19分析后,底座电机6带着手爪11转动到放片盒2的上方,垂直气缸7和横向气缸9开始运动,通过垂直气缸7和横向气缸9的运动调整到手爪11上的吸嘴1105到照片的上方来吸取照片,照片被吸取过后,垂直气缸7和横向气缸9再次运动来调整手爪11上被吸嘴1105吸取的照片在固定板13上的位置,然后手爪电机1101开始运动,用来微调照片的位置,致使照片被放置到固定板13合适的位置,吸嘴1105松开照片,手爪气缸1104开始运动,把照片完全固定在固定板1103上,曲柄电机18转动,带动曲柄14、连杆15和切刀16运动,完成照片一侧的裁剪,然后,曲柄电机18带动曲柄14、连杆15和切刀16复位,吸嘴1105再次吸取照片,并且手爪电机1101再次转动,带动照片另一侧放置在固定板13上合适的位置,曲柄电机18再次转动,带动曲柄14、连杆15和切刀16运动,完成照片另一侧的裁剪,如此往复,完成需要裁减的照片四周的白色空白区域,最后吸嘴1105吸取裁剪好的照片,垂直气缸7和横向气缸9再次运动,带动裁剪好的照片放入取片盒3中,如此往复运行,便可以完成大量照片的裁剪。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种照片自动裁剪机器人,是由底座、放片盒、取片盒、CCD支架、CCD摄像头、底座电机、垂直气缸、垂直气缸连接块、横向气缸、横向气缸连接块、手爪、固定板支架、固定板、曲柄、连杆、切刀、曲柄电机支架、曲柄电机和控制盒组成的,其特征在于:放片盒和取片盒分别安装在底座的两侧,CCD支架固定在底座上,CCD摄像头安装在CCD支架上,底座电机固定在底座上,垂直气缸安装在底座电机上,横向气缸和垂直气缸通过垂直气缸连接块连接,手爪通过横向气缸连接块连接在横向气缸上,固定板支架固定在底座上,固定板安装在固定板支架上,曲柄的一端与固定板连接,曲柄的另一端和连杆连接,切刀的一端和连杆连接,切刀的另一端和固定板连接,曲柄电机和曲柄连接,并且曲柄电机通过曲柄电机支架固定在底座上,控制盒固定在底座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种照片自动裁剪机器人,所述的手爪是由手爪电机、手爪固定杆、手爪固定块、手爪气缸、吸嘴、二通接头、气管和真空发生器组成的,其特征在于:手爪电机连接在手爪固定杆上,手爪固定块固定在手爪固定杆上,手爪气缸固定在手爪固定块上,二通接头安装在手爪固定杆上,气管放置在手爪固定杆的内部,真空发生器安装在气管中间,吸嘴安装在气管下面。
