本发明公开一种连通管清洗装置,包括筒体,筒体尾端设有喷射器,筒体内部设有的清洗液仓,筒体尾端环绕式内部设有的喷射器内设有喷射高压泵,喷射器还连接有外引线管,筒体首尾端外部通过紧固夹板与支撑皮碗,筒体内部设有的清洗液仓在喷射器顶端前方,清洗液仓内设高压泵,高压泵连接清洗喷嘴,清洗喷嘴的喷口环绕在筒体表面,清洗仓前端的筒体内部设有干燥仓,干燥仓内设有风机,筒体顶端中心处设有定位发射器,本装置的清洗效果优异,可实现清洗和干燥,在主结构表面涂覆有防锈涂料,装置不易生锈,清洗过程中不会出现二次污染。

一种连通管清洗装置
技术领域
本发明属于清洗装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种连通管清洗装置。
背景技术
目前,在渤海、南海、东海的大量海底管道已经进入服役的中后期,当海底管道达到服役寿命之后,一般都不会继续服役,需要将达到寿命的弃置管道进行回收。弃置管道的回收需要很多辅助设备,如:管道清洗设备,切割设备,管道支架等。通常情况下,回收上来的弃置管道要先进行清洗,然后,利用切割设备进行切割。由于旧管道在实施断管作业前,必须先进行表面处理,以往的做法是用消防水对管道内部进行冲洗,但这种方法效率比较低,而且清洗效果不好,同时,还需要多人来操作,大大影响了旧管回收速度。
现有技术,如中国发明授权专利文献,授权公告号CN 104438245 B,该发明的公开了一种海洋管清洗装置,包括柱状筒体、设置在柱状筒体两外端部的支撑皮碗,支撑皮碗与柱状筒体之间通过紧固夹板连接固定,柱状筒体上还设置有喷射驱动机构、喷洗机构、定位机构和供电、控制系统,其中:喷射驱动机构设置在柱状筒体的末端,包括高压泵和喷射器,喷洗机构设置在柱状筒体内的中部,包括清洗液仓和与清洗液仓连接的高压泵、清洗喷嘴,定位机构设置在柱状筒体的前端,由GPS 定位发射器和接收器组成;供电、控制系统包括电源和控制器。该发明的装置设计新颖科学,具有清洗效率高、操控简单可靠,特别适用于海洋管道的普通清洗和高精度清洗,但是该装置在长期使用过程中使用寿命和工作效率会下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗效果优异,可实现清洗和干燥,在主结构表面涂覆有防锈涂料,装置不易生锈,清洗过程中不会出现二次污染的一种连通管清洗装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采取的技术方案为:一种连通管清洗装置,包括筒体,筒体尾端设有喷射器,筒体内部设有的清洗液仓,筒体尾端环绕式内部设有的喷射器内设有喷射高压泵,喷射器还连接有外引线管,筒体首尾端外部通过紧固夹板与支撑皮碗,筒体内部设有的清洗液仓在喷射器顶端前方,清洗液仓内设高压泵,高压泵连接清洗喷嘴,清洗喷嘴的喷口环绕在筒体表面,清洗仓前端的筒体内部设有干燥仓,干燥仓内设有风机,筒体顶端中心处设有定位发射器,本发明的清洗装置设计的喷射器可推动装置在管道中前行,通过清洗液仓内的液体和清洗喷嘴向筒体外部喷射到管道内壁对管道进行清洗,而且设有的干燥仓可实现清洗后的管道内壁烘干。
优选的,筒体干燥仓外筒体外壁上端固定连接有上盘帽,上盘帽与龙骨连接,龙骨与短骨一端连接,短骨另一端与下盘帽连接,下盘帽与筒体滑动连接,下盘帽表面均设有了喷射方向向后的喷嘴,下盘帽内壁与筒体表面的进气口对应连接,进气口后方设有与筒体连接的密封隔板。
优选的,龙骨与短骨表面设有伞状防水尼龙布。
优选的,下盘帽在筒体表面的滑动距离为筒体总长的1/15~4/15。
优选的,干燥仓内有干燥剂,干燥剂为硅胶干燥剂。
优选的,筒体表面涂覆有防锈涂料,防锈涂料由以下成分及重量份组成:丙烯酸树脂55-84份、密胺树脂32-37份、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯4-11份、硼酸锌1-4份、三氧化二锑3-10份、 N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺1-5份、硫酸锌1-5份、云母粉21-28份、重质碳酸钙22-28份、盐酸萘乙二胺0.1-0.3份、苯甲酸铵盐0.3-0.35份、聚乙二醇200 1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.6份、二氧化硅0.2-0.6份、水70-80份,本发明通过在筒体表面涂覆防锈涂料显著提高了筒体表面的防锈效果,并且通过添加盐酸萘乙二胺和苯甲酸铵盐进一步提升了防锈涂料的防锈性能和粘附性,同时本发明的防锈涂料还具有优异的防腐、消毒效果。
优选的,支撑皮碗的碗边与碗底的夹角为130°~164°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:发明的清洗装置设计的喷射器可推动装置在管道中前行,通过清洗液仓内的液体和清洗喷嘴向筒体外部喷射到管道内壁对管道进行清洗,而且设有的干燥仓可实现清洗后的管道内壁烘干,清洗液仓内液体可以是防锈液、防污液或其他清洗液,本发明通过在筒体表面涂覆防锈涂料显著提高了筒体表面的防锈效果,同时本装置设有定位发射器可实现对装置在管道中的定位和监控。

实施例1:
如图1-2所示,一种连通管清洗装置,包括筒体10,筒体10尾端设有喷射器17,筒体10内部设有的清洗液仓16,筒体10尾端环绕式内部设有的喷射器17内设有喷射高压泵19,所喷射器17还连接有外引线管18,筒体10首尾端外部通过紧固夹板1与支撑皮碗2,支撑皮碗2的碗边与碗底的夹角为138°,筒体10内部设有的清洗液仓16在喷射器17顶端前方,清洗液仓16内设高压泵15,高压泵15连接清洗喷嘴4,清洗喷嘴4的喷口环绕在筒体10表面,清洗仓16前端的筒体10内部设有干燥仓12,干燥仓12内设有风机7,干燥仓12内有干燥剂,干燥剂为硅胶干燥剂,筒体10顶端中心处设有定位发射器11,筒体10干燥仓12外筒体10外壁上端固定连接有上盘帽8,上盘帽8与龙骨6连接,龙骨6与短骨13一端连接,短骨13另一端与下盘帽14连接,龙骨6与短骨13表面设有伞状防水尼龙布,下盘帽14与筒体10滑动连接,下盘帽14表面均设有了喷射方向向后的喷嘴3,下盘帽14内壁与筒体10表面的进气口20对应连接,进气口20后方设有与筒体10连接的密封隔板9,下盘帽14在筒体10表面的滑动距离为筒体10总长的1/15。
筒体10表面涂覆有防锈涂料,防锈涂料由以下成分及优选重量份组成:丙烯酸树脂64份、密胺树脂35份、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯8份、硼酸锌3份、三氧化二锑8份、 N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺4份、硫酸锌3份、云母粉26份、重质碳酸钙24份、盐酸萘乙二胺0.14份、苯甲酸铵盐0.32份、聚乙二醇200 3份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4份、二氧化硅0.34份、水74份,本发明通过在筒体10表面涂覆防锈涂料显著提高了筒体10表面的防锈效果,并且通过添加盐酸萘乙二胺和苯甲酸铵盐进一步提升了防锈涂料的防锈性能和粘附性,同时本发明的防锈涂料还具有优异的防腐、消毒效果。
本装置在清洗开始前,接好电源和承装好清洗液、干燥剂(根据清洗项目选择)等准备工作。
将装置送入被清洗管道内,启动末端的喷射器17,喷射器17的喷嘴喷射的液流作用在管道的内壁表面,实现清洗和驱动双重作用,通过定位发射器11和接收器实现确定装置位置并决定是否喷洗,到达指定位置后启动清洗喷嘴4,清洗液或除锈液或其他液体喷射在管道内壁完成清洗,在清洗的同时也会产生驱动力,该过程中根据清洗部位的要求,通过调整清洗喷嘴4的角度达到调节推进装置的目的。
清洗完成后,需要回收本清洗装置时,关闭筒体10尾端的喷射器17,调整清洗喷头4的方向,装置在方向喷射作用力下原路返回。

1.一种连通管清洗装置,包括筒体(10),筒体(10)尾端设有喷射器(17),筒体(10)内部设有的清洗液仓(16),其特征在于:所述筒体(10)尾端环绕式内部设有的喷射器(17)内设有喷射高压泵(19),所喷射器(17)还连接有外引线管(18),所述筒体(10)首尾端外部通过紧固夹板(1)与支撑皮碗(2),所述筒体(10)内部设有的清洗液仓(16)在喷射器(17)顶端前方,所述清洗液仓(16)内设高压泵(15),所述高压泵(15)连接清洗喷嘴(4),所述清洗喷嘴(4)的喷口环绕在筒体(10)表面,所述清洗仓(16)前端的筒体(10)内部设有干燥仓(12),所述干燥仓(12)内设有风机(7),所述筒体(10)顶端中心处设有定位发射器(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连通管清洗装置,其特征在于:所述筒体(10)干燥仓(12)外筒体(10)外壁上端固定连接有上盘帽(8),所述上盘帽(8)与龙骨(6)连接,所述龙骨(6)与短骨(13)一端连接,所述短骨(13)另一端与下盘帽(14)连接,所述下盘帽(14)与筒体(10)滑动连接,所述下盘帽(14)表面均设有了喷射方向向后的喷嘴(3),所述下盘帽(14)内壁与筒体(10)表面的进气口(20)对应连接,所述进气口(20)后方设有与筒体(10)连接的密封隔板(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种连通管清洗装置,其特征在于:所述龙骨(6)与短骨(13)表面设有伞状防水尼龙布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种连通管清洗装置,其特征在于:所述下盘帽(14)在筒体(10)表面的滑动距离为筒体(10)总长的1/15~4/15。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连通管清洗装置,其特征在于:所述干燥仓(12)内有干燥剂,所述干燥剂为硅胶干燥剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连通管清洗装置,其特征在于:所述筒体(10)表面涂覆有防锈涂料,所述防锈涂料由以下成分及重量份组成:丙烯酸树脂55-84份、密胺树脂32-37份、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯4-11份、硼酸锌1-4份、三氧化二锑3-10份、 N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺1-5份、硫酸锌1-5份、云母粉21-28份、重质碳酸钙22-28份、盐酸萘乙二胺0.1-0.3份、苯甲酸铵盐0.3-0.35份、聚乙二醇200 1-5份、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.6份、二氧化硅0.2-0.6份、水70-80份。
