临床表现：主要临床表现为上腹部疼痛，可为钝痛、灼痛、胀痛或剧痛，也可表现为仅在饥饿时隐痛不适。典型者表现为轻度或中度剑突下持续性疼痛，可被制酸剂或进食缓解。临床上约有2/3的疼痛呈节律性：早餐后1～3小时开始出现上腹痛，如不服药或进食则要持续至午餐后才缓解。食后2～4小时又痛，进餐后可缓解。约半数患者有午夜痛，患者常可痛醒。节律性疼痛大多持续几周，随着缓解数月，可反复发生。

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比共粉碎成（30～50目）颗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡120min，然后再将浸泡好的药物放入砂锅内，注入过药65mm的冷开水进行第一次武火煎煮，待煎煮到15min时，转文火熬制120 min，滤取药液；②药渣中再次注入过药60mm的微温开水进行第二次武火煎煮，待煎煮到10min时，转文火熬制110min，滤取药液；③将二次药液混合均匀，并加热浓缩成50%的中药液540ml（毫升），待冷却分装即可。

乳香，性味：味辛、苦、微温，具有活血行气、通经止痛、消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗心腹疼痛、风湿痹痛、经闭痛经、跌打瘀痛、痈疽肿毒、肠痈、疮溃不敛；
番红花，性味：性平、味甘，具有活血化瘀、凉血解毒、解郁安神之功效，用于治疗经闭症瘕、产后瘀阻、温毒发斑、忧郁痞闷、惊悸发狂；
木香，性味：辛、苦，温，具有行气止痛、健脾消食之功效，用于治疗胸脘胀痛、泻痢后重、食积不消、不思饮食，煨木香实肠止泻，用于泄泻腹痛；
波棱瓜子，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清肝利胆、健脾助运之功效，用于治疗黄疸型传染性肝炎、胆囊炎、消化不良；
没药，性味：苦、平，具有散瘀止痛、外用消肿生肌之功效，用于治疗跌打淤血肿痛、痈疽肿痛、胸腹诸痛，外用治疮口久不收敛；

本发明药物是基于中医治疗十二指肠溃疡的原则，从依据十二指肠溃疡的病理机制药理作用认为：就十二指肠溃疡，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的效果。

实施例2：
一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分其质量份比如下所示：
陈皮11g、乳香11g、番红花4.5g、木香6g、波棱瓜子4.5g、没药22g、五灵脂13g、大黄22g、石榴子11g、薏苡仁32g、豆蔻6g、木瓜11g、甘青青兰14g、麦芽14g、石菖蒲9g、骨碎补9g、神曲14g、芫荽14g、獐牙菜23g、天花粉14g、兔耳草14g、秦艽花11g、榜嘎3.5g、党参32g。

一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分其质量份比如下所示：
陈皮12g、乳香12g、番红花5g、木香7g、波棱瓜子5g、没药25g、五灵脂15g、大黄25g、石榴子12g、薏苡仁35g、豆蔻7g、木瓜12g、甘青青兰16g、麦芽16g、石菖蒲10g、骨碎补10g、神曲16g、芫荽16g、獐牙菜26g、天花粉16g、兔耳草16g、秦艽花12g、榜嘎4g、党参35g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗十二指肠溃疡患者共1100例，年龄为51岁以上的650例，只有450例为51岁以下。1100例患者中十二指肠溃疡症状明显好转或彻底痊愈的725例，有效的342例，无效的33例。总有效率达97%。

陈皮3～12g、乳香3～12g、番红花2～5g、木香2～7g、波棱瓜子2～5g、没药5～25g、五灵脂5～15g、大黄5～25g、石榴子5～12g、薏苡仁9～35g、豆蔻3～7g、木瓜6～12g、甘青青兰5～16g、麦芽9～16g、石菖蒲3～10g、骨碎补3～10g、神曲10～16g、芫荽5～16g、獐牙菜5～26g、天花粉10～16g、兔耳草5～16g、秦艽花5～12g、榜嘎2～4g、党参9～35g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗十二指肠溃疡的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
陈皮5～11g、乳香5～11g、番红花3～4.5g、木香3～6g、波棱瓜子3～4.5g、没药8～22g、五灵脂6～13g、大黄8～22g、石榴子6～11g、薏苡仁12～32g、豆蔻4～6g、木瓜7～11g、甘青青兰6～14g、麦芽10～14g、石菖蒲5～9g、骨碎补5～9g、神曲11～14g、芫荽6～14g、獐牙菜6～23g、天花粉11～14g、兔耳草6～14g、秦艽花6～11g、榜嘎2.5～3.5g、党参10～32g。
