背景技术
十二指肠溃疡由于多种因素引起的十二指肠黏膜层和肌层的缺损。在临床表现和药物等方面虽与胃溃疡相似，但在发病情况，年龄、性别、发病机制等方面却有明显不同。十二指肠溃疡的主要临床表现为上腹部疼痛，可为钝痛、灼痛、胀痛或剧痛，也可表现为仅在饥饿时隐痛不适。典型者表现为轻度或中度剑突下持续性疼痛，可被制酸剂或进食缓解。临床上约有2/3的疼痛呈节律性：早餐后1～3小时开始出现上腹痛，如不服药或进食则要持续至午餐后才缓解。食后2～4小时又痛，也须进餐来缓解。约半数患者有午夜痛，病人常可痛醒。节律性疼痛大多持续几周，随着缓解数月，可反复发生。目前市面上治疗十二指肠溃疡的药物主要是抑制胃酸分泌累类、黏膜保护剂和胃肠动力类药物，见效较慢，还常伴有副作用。

（1）取处方量的上述中药材，洗净去杂，晾干粉碎成30-60目颗粒；
（2）将步骤（1）颗粒状药材加水满过药面2厘米，浸泡2-3小时，捞出药
材放置在罐中加水煎煮2-3小时，取滤液过滤，加热滤液至90℃持续10-20分钟，使滤液浓缩后冷却即可。

木瓜：性平、微寒、味甘，助消化、消暑解渴、润肺止咳；
甘青青兰：甘、苦、寒，和胃疏肝；
石菖蒲：辛、苦，化湿开胃，开窍豁痰，醒神益智；
骨碎补：补肾，活血，止血；
芫荽：辛、温，发表透疹，健胃；
獐牙菜：苦、寒， 清热，健胃，利湿；
兔耳草：清肺止咳、降压调经；
秦艽花：苦、寒，清热解毒；
榜嘎：味苦、性凉，清热解毒利湿；
角茴香：清热解毒、镇咳止痛；
紫菀花：辛、甘，润肺下气，消痰止咳；
乌奴龙胆：苦、寒，清热解毒、止泻；
绿绒蒿：清热解毒，补中益气；
水柏枝：辛、甘，发表透疹；
三七：止血，散瘀，消肿，定痛；
诃子：味苦、酸、涩，性平，清凉解毒；
肉桂：补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉；
牛胆粉：味苦、性寒，清肝明目，利胆通便，解毒消肿。

本实施例治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药组合物，由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：陈皮8份、番红花8份、木香4份、波棱瓜子4份、五灵脂4份、大黄5份、石榴子5份、豆蔻4份、木瓜7份、甘青青兰4份、石菖蒲4份、骨碎补5份、芫荽5份、獐牙菜3份、兔耳草3份、秦艽花5份、榜嘎4份、角茴香5份、紫菀花4份、乌奴龙胆4份、绿绒蒿5份、水柏枝5份、三七4份、诃子6份、肉桂6份、牛胆粉5份。
以上实施例一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取处方量的上述中药材，洗净去杂，晾干粉碎成30-60目颗粒；
（2）将步骤（1）颗粒状药材加水满过药面2厘米，浸泡2-3小时，捞出药
材放置在罐中加水煎煮2-3小时，取滤液过滤，加热滤液至90℃持续10-20分钟，使滤液浓缩后冷却即可。
临床试验：将患者按照患病程度，分为轻度十二指肠溃疡、中度十二指肠溃疡和重度十二指肠溃疡三个组，都服用三个疗程。
疗效标准：
痊愈：十二指肠溃疡症状彻底消失，几年内无再复发；
显效：症状明显好转，半年内发作次数明显减少；
好转：症状有所改善；
无效：治疗后无任何效果；

1.一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：陈皮6-12份、番红花8-10份、木香3-6份、波棱瓜子3-6份、五灵脂2-5份、大黄3-8份、石榴子4-6份、豆蔻2-7份、木瓜6-8份、甘青青兰3-5份、石菖蒲2-5份、骨碎补3-7份、芫荽3-7份、獐牙菜2-4份、兔耳草2-4份、秦艽花4-8份、榜嘎2-5份、角茴香3-6份、紫菀花3-6份、乌奴龙胆2-5份、绿绒蒿3-7份、水柏枝5-7份、三七3-7份、诃子4-9份、肉桂4-8份、牛胆粉2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：陈皮8份、番红花8份、木香4份、波棱瓜子4份、五灵脂4份、大黄5份、石榴子5份、豆蔻4份、木瓜7份、甘青青兰4份、石菖蒲4份、骨碎补5份、芫荽5份、獐牙菜3份、兔耳草3份、秦艽花5份、榜嘎4份、角茴香5份、紫菀花4份、乌奴龙胆4份、绿绒蒿5份、水柏枝5份、三七4份、诃子6份、肉桂6份、牛胆粉5份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种治疗十二指肠溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）取处方量的上述中药材，洗净去杂，晾干粉碎成30-60目颗粒；
