背景技术
慢性胃炎(chronicgestritis)系指不同病因引起的胃粘膜的慢性炎症或萎缩性病变，其实质是胃粘膜上皮遭受反复损害后，由于粘膜特异的再生能力，以致粘膜发生改建，且最终导致不可逆的固有胃腺体的萎缩，甚至消失。本病十分常见，约占接受胃镜检查病人的80～90％，男性多于女性，随年龄增长发病率逐渐增高。

目前，治疗慢性胃炎的方法主要是以西医治疗为主，主要是服用抑制胃酸分泌、中和胃酸的药物及抗菌消炎药治疗，但这些药物只能缓解患者病痛，很难根治病患，而且具有一定毒副作用。

配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
各中药的药理作用：
天仙藤：苦，温。归肝、脾、肾经。功效与主治：行气活血，利水消肿。用于脘腹刺痛，关节痹痛，妊娠水肿。

2、诊断标准：：①胃痛隐隐或痞满，绵绵不休；②喜暖喜按，空腹痛甚，得食则缓，劳累或受凉后发作或加重。次症：①泛吐清水；②神疲纳呆，四肢倦怠；③手足不温，大便溏薄；④舌淡苔白；⑤脉虚弱。证候确定：具备主症加次症2项即可诊断为慢性胃炎。
3、治疗方法：其中治疗组服用本发明中药，水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为1个疗程。
3、疗效判定标准：
痊愈：症状全部消失；主要理化检测指标均为正常；
有效：主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善；
无效：主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化。
4、治疗结果：在临床使用本发明药物，服药的100例患者，服药1个疗程后，症状明显缓解，继续服药2个疗程后，痊愈83例，有效15例，总有效率为98％。

天仙藤8、益智10、千金子6、乌梅8、石斛10、玉竹8、乌药8、玫瑰花12、桃仁6、大枣12、土木香8、积雪草8、桑葚8、龙眼肉10、降香8、黑芝麻12、太子参10、青果6、土茯苓6、木蝴蝶10、紫河车6、厚朴8、莱菔子10、川楝子8。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用。
