本发明公开了一种可使得镁合金表面拥有一层保护膜的镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其步骤为:1)首先进行除油处理,其过程包括:第一次除油、第一次水洗、第二次除油、第二次水洗;2)然后进行酸洗处理,其过程为:将镁合金浸没在每升含有质量百分比浓度为60~65%的硝酸25~35毫升、质量百分比浓度为80~85%的磷酸290~320毫升、钼酸钠18~25克的水溶液中20~60秒,然后,经过水洗后进入后续的镀镍工序。采用本发明所述的镀镍前处理工艺,可使镁合金的表面拥用一层保护膜,有效地防止了镀镍液对其表面的腐蚀,从而有效地解决了在后续的镀镍过程中镀层的起泡问题,使得镀层与镁合金本体的结合更加致密,保证了镀层的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种金属线的镀镍前处理工艺,具体涉及到一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺。
背景技术
业内人士都知道,在对镁合金进行化学镀镍的过程中,往往会出现镀层起泡的现象,其主要原因是镁合金产品表面在镀液中受到腐蚀造成的。因此,如何在镀镍前工艺中使得镁合金表面拥有一层保护膜就成为了电(化学)镀领域研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可使得镁合金表面拥有一层保护膜的镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其步骤为:
1)首先进行除油处理,其具体过程包括:第一次除油、第一次水洗、第二次除油、第二次水洗;
2)然后进行酸洗处理,其具体过程为:将镁合金浸没在每升含有质量百分比浓度为60~65%的硝酸25~35毫升、质量百分比浓度为80~85%的磷酸290~320毫升、钼酸钠18~25克的水溶液中20~60秒,然后,经过水洗后进入后续的镀镍工序。
作为一种优选方案,在所述的一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺中所述的第二次水洗采用热水清洗,热水的温度控制在55~65℃之间。
作为一种优选方案,在所述的一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺中所述的第一次除油采用碱性溶液,所述的第二次除油采用酸性溶液。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明所述的镀镍前处理工艺,可使得镁合金的表面拥有一层保护膜,有效地防止了镀镍液对其表面的腐蚀,从而解决在后续的镀镍过程中镀层的起泡问题,使得镀层与镁合金本体的结合更加致密,保证了镀层的质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例,详细描述本发明所述的一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺的具体实施方案。
本发明所述的一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其步骤为:
1)首先进行除油处理,其具体过程包括:采用氢氧化钠溶液进行第一次除油、第一次水洗、采用磷酸进行第二次除油,采用温度在55~65℃之间的热水进行第二次水洗;
2)然后进行酸洗处理,其具体过程为:将镁合金浸没在每升含有质量百分比浓度为60~65%的硝酸25~35毫升、质量百分比浓度为80~85%的磷酸290~320毫升、钼酸钠18~25克的水溶液中20~60秒,然后,经过水洗后进入后续的镀镍工序。

1.一种镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其步骤为:
1)首先进行除油处理,其具体过程包括:第一次除油、第一次水洗、第二次除油、第二次水洗;
2)然后进行酸洗处理,其具体过程为:将镁合金浸没在每升含有质量百分比浓度为60~65%的硝酸25~35毫升、质量百分比浓度为80~85%的磷酸290~320毫升、钼酸钠18~25克的水溶液中20~60秒,然后,经过水洗后进入后续的镀镍工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的第二次水洗采用热水清洗,热水的温度控制在55~65℃之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的镁合金的镀镍前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的第一次除油采用碱性溶液,所述的第二次除油采用酸性溶液。
