Abstract
一种铝合金表面硅烷化转化膜的制备方法,其过程是:1、前处理:包括打磨;碱洗;酸洗;2、镀膜:制作镀液,镀液组成如下:硅烷偶联剂KH560 5g/L;乙醇20g/L;植酸1g/L;六偏磷酸钠1g/L;水余量;将酸洗后的工件,放入镀液,1‑3分钟,室温下成膜,再在150℃下干燥40分钟,即可。本发明采用上述方案,经168h中性盐雾试验,样品表面无明显腐蚀物产生;取硅烷转化膜试片,采用划格法经胶带粘撕后,无掉色、涂层脱落现象,具有良好的附着力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在铝合金表面形成一种硅烷化化学转化膜的制备方法。
背景技术
铬酸转化膜具有防护性能好易于邮寄涂层结合等特点,在航空航天上得到广泛的应用。但铬酸盐转化膜中含有高毒性和高污染性的六价铬,六价铬作为一种被RoHS指令等环保法规明令禁止的致癌物种,必将对施工人员、机内工作人员造成严重的人身伤害。所以无论从环保安全角度,还是未来的发展趋势,六价铬都将会被无铬的环保化处理技术所替代。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铝合金表面硅烷化学转化膜的方法。该方法操作简单,采用该方法制作的硅烷转化膜可以耐168h盐雾试验,表面无明显腐蚀产物。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种铝合金表面硅烷化转化膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)前处理:
(1.1)打磨:将铝合金表面经400#砂纸磨光后用去离子水洗,烘干后,备用;
(1.2)碱洗:采用碱洗液进行碱洗,彻底去除铝合金表面的氧化膜,碱洗条件为常温,时间3分钟;
(1.3)酸洗:采用酸洗液进行酸洗,去除碱洗残留物,酸洗条件为常温,时间3分钟;
(2)镀膜:
(2.1)制作镀液,镀液组成如下:
(2.2)酸洗后的工件,放入镀液,1-3分钟,室温下成膜,再在150℃下干燥40分钟,即可。

本发明的有益效果:本发明采用上述方案,经168h中性盐雾试验,样品表面无明显腐蚀物产生;取硅烷转化膜试片,采用划格法经胶带粘撕后,无掉色、涂层脱落现象,具有良好的附着力。
具体实施方式
一种铝合金表面硅烷化转化膜的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)前处理:
(1.1)打磨:将铝合金表面经400#砂纸磨光后用去离子水洗,烘干后,备用;
(1.2)碱洗:采用碱洗液进行碱洗,彻底去除铝合金表面的氧化膜,显露纯净的金属基体,为随后的化学成膜提供良好的基础;
碱洗液组成如下:
碱洗条件为常温,时间是3分钟。
(1.3)酸洗:铝合金材料经碱洗后,表面会附着一层灰褐色或灰黑色的挂灰,主要是由不溶于碱液的铜、铁、硅等金属间化合物及其碱洗产物组成,需要对其进行酸洗处理,予以去除,防止对转化膜处理液产生污染,影响成膜的质量。
酸洗液组成如下:
酸洗条件为常温,时间是3分钟。
(2)镀膜:
(2.1)按如下配比制作镀液:
(2.2)酸洗后的工件,放入镀液,1-3分钟,室温下成膜,再在150℃下干燥40分钟,即可。

1.一种铝合金表面硅烷化转化膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)前处理:
(1.1)打磨:将铝合金表面经400#砂纸磨光后用去离子水洗,烘干后,备用;
(1.2)碱洗:采用碱洗液进行碱洗,彻底去除铝合金表面的氧化膜,碱洗条件为常温,时间3分钟;
(1.3)酸洗:采用酸洗液进行酸洗,去除碱洗残留物,酸洗条件为常温,时间3分钟;
(2)镀膜:
(2.1)制作镀液,镀液组成如下:硅烷偶联剂KH560:5g/L;乙醇20g/L;植酸1g/L;六偏磷酸钠1g/L;水:余量
(2.2)酸洗后的工件,放入镀液,1-3分钟,室温下成膜,再在150℃下干燥40分钟,即可;
所述的碱洗液组成如下:氢氧化钠 :25g/L;碳酸钠:20g/L;硅酸钠:5g/L;表面活性剂:1g/L;水:余量;
所述的酸洗液组成如下:氢氟酸:10g/L;硫酸:60g/L;硝酸:10g/L;盐酸:10g/L;水:余量。
