Abstract

本发明公开了一种透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇及C3~C6二元醇在催化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应,蒸出生成的甲醇;反应温度150~200℃,当甲醇馏出量为理论的90%时,酯交换反应结束;(2)将脂肪族二酸与乙二醇及C3~C6二元醇加入到步骤(1)的产物中,在催化剂的作用下进行酯化反应,蒸出生成的水;反应温度150~220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90~95%时,酯化反应结束;(3)将稳定剂、催化剂、抗氧剂加入步骤(2)的产物,在250~260℃、200~500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,得到共聚物。

透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,属于热熔融胶合剂领域。
背景技术
目前已知的聚酯热熔胶大多采用对苯二甲酸等芳香族二元酸(或二元酸二甲酯)和长链脂肪族二元酸(或二元酸二甲酯)、二元醇经酯化(或酯交换)、缩聚后得到。 由于这种聚酯热熔胶产品容易结晶,胶体乳白色,难于用在浅颜色的服装、沙发等日用品上,无法应用在对透光率有着较高要求的领域。
发明内容
本发明根据以上需求,提供了一种透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇及 C3~C6 二元醇在催化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应,蒸出生成的甲醇;反应温度150~200℃,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;
(2)将脂肪族二酸与乙二醇及 C3~C6 二元醇加入到步骤(1)的产物中,在催化剂的作用下进行酯化反应,蒸出生成的水;反应温度150~220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90~95% 时,酯化反应结束;
(3)将稳定剂、催化剂、抗氧剂加入步骤(2)的产物,在 250~260℃、200~500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,得到共聚物。
所述脂肪族二元酸选自1,6-己二酸、1,10-癸二酸、1,12-十二烷二酸、1,14-十四烷二酸中的一种以上;
所述的C3~C6 二元醇选自新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、 1,6-己二醇、二乙二醇中的一种以上;
所述总二元羧酸与总二元醇的摩尔比为1:1.4;
所述对苯二甲酸二甲酯与总的脂肪族二元酸摩尔比为:对苯二甲酸二甲酯:脂肪族二元酸=1:0.1-0.2;
所述的稳定剂选自磷酸三甲酯和亚磷酸三苯酯中的一种,稳定剂用量为总重量的0.05~0.15%。
所述的抗氧剂为巴斯夫抗氧剂168、抗氧剂285、抗氧剂1010中的一种,用量为总重量的0.2~0.3%。
所述的催化剂选自钛酸四正丁酯、钛酸四异丙酯、钛酸四乙酯中的一种,催化剂用量为总质量的0.1%~0.2%。
本发明具有的有益效果和优点如下:
本发明提供的透明聚酯热熔胶在常温和熔融条件下,均透明,不结晶,透光率可达90%左右,强度也很高。
性能测试:
拉伸性能 :按 GB/T1040-2006 标准测试,拉伸速率 50mm/min ;
冲击性能 :按 GB/T1843-2008 标准测试,样条厚度为 3.2mm ;
透光率 :按 GB/T2410-2008 标准测试 ;
熔点:使用数字显微熔点仪进行测试;
开放时间:按HG/T 3716-2003标准测试。
具体实施方式
原料配比是重量份数
实施例1
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯194份、乙二醇24.8份、新戊二醇104份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份加入到带搅拌反应器中,升温,料温升到150℃时,开始酯交换反应,继续升温,料温维持在190-200℃之间,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;将己二酸14.6份、乙二醇2.5份、新戊二醇10.4份加入到上一步产物中,升温,进行酯化反应,温度维持在210-220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90-95% 时,酯化反应结束;将磷酸三甲酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份、1份抗氧剂168、1份抗氧剂1010加入到上一部步的产物,在 250-260℃、200-500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,反应2-3小时得到共聚物。其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例2
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯194份、1,6己二醇47.2份、新戊二醇104份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份加入到带搅拌反应器中,升温,料温升到150℃时,开始酯交换反应,继续升温,料温维持在190-200℃之间,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;将己二酸14.6份、1,6己二醇4.8份、新戊二醇10.4份加入到上一步产物中,升温,进行酯化反应,温度维持在210-220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90-95% 时,酯化反应结束;将磷酸三甲酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份、1份抗氧剂258、1份抗氧剂1010加入到上一部步的产物,在250-260℃、200-500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,反应2-3小时得到共聚物。其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例3
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯194份、1,6己二醇118份、乙二醇24.8份、钛酸四异丙酯0.5份加入到带搅拌反应器中,升温,料温升到150℃时,开始酯交换反应,继续升温,料温维持在190-200℃之间,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;将1,10癸二酸40份、1,6己二醇46份、乙二醇5份加入到上一步产物中,升温,进行酯化反应,温度维持在210-220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90-95% 时,酯化反应结束;将亚磷酸三苯酯0.5份、钛酸四异丙酯0.5份、1份抗氧剂168、1份抗氧剂1010加入到上一部步的产物,在 250-260℃、200-500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,反应2-3小时得到共聚物。其各项性能指标见表1。
实施例4
将对苯二甲酸二甲酯194份、1,6己二醇59份、新戊二醇50份、乙二醇25份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份加入到带搅拌反应器中,升温,料温升到150℃时,开始酯交换反应,继续升温,料温维持在190-200℃之间,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;将1,12十二碳二酸46份、1,6己二醇12份、新戊二醇10份、乙二醇5份加入到上一步产物中,升温,进行酯化反应,温度维持在210-220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90-95% 时,酯化反应结束;将磷酸三甲酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯0.5份、1份抗氧剂168、1份抗氧剂1010加入到上一部步的产物,在 250-260℃、200-500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,反应2-3小时得到共聚物。其各项性能指标见表1。

Claims (4)

1.一种透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将对苯二甲酸二甲酯、乙二醇及 C3~C6 二元醇在催化剂的作用下进行酯交换反应,蒸出生成的甲醇;反应温度150~200℃,当甲醇馏出量为理论的 90% 时,酯交换反应结束;
(2)将脂肪族二酸与乙二醇及 C3~C6 二元醇加入到步骤(1)的产物中,在催化剂的作用下进行酯化反应,蒸出生成的水;反应温度150~220℃,当水馏出量为理论的90~95% 时,酯化反应结束;
(3)将稳定剂、催化剂、抗氧剂加入步骤(2)的产物,在 250~260℃、200~500Pa压力下进行减压缩聚反应,得到共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述脂肪族二元酸选自1,6-己二酸、1,10-癸二酸、1,12-十二烷二酸、1,14-十四烷二酸中的一种以上;
根据权利要求1所述的透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的C3~C6 二元醇选自新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、 1,6-己二醇、二乙二醇中的一种以上;
根据权利要求1所述的透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂选自磷酸三甲酯和亚磷酸三苯酯中的一种,稳定剂用量为总重量的 0.05~0.15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为巴斯夫抗氧剂168、抗氧剂285、抗氧剂1010中的一种,用量为总重量的0.2~0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明聚酯热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂选自钛酸四正丁酯、钛酸四异丙酯、钛酸四乙酯中的一种,催化剂用量为总质量的0.1%~0.2%。
