a compound polypeptide facial mask comprises a bottom layer and a surface layer; the bottom layer and the surface layer are overlapped; the bottom layer comprises the following components in parts by weight of the mask:
the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
in a specific embodiment, the molecular weight of the mulberry leaf protein polypeptide is 400-600, which is smaller, and the peptide segment of the mulberry leaf protein polypeptide obtained after hydrolysis treatment is easy to absorb.
In a specific embodiment, the humectant is: at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, and sodium hyaluronate.
In a specific embodiment, the molecular weight of the milk protein polypeptide is 8000-10000; the milk protein polypeptide obtained after hydrolysis has low antigenicity, does not produce anaphylaxis and has nourishing effect.
In specific embodiments, the molecular weight of the hirudin polypeptide is 9000-11000; the hirudin polypeptide obtained after hydrolysis contains hirudin in the peptide segment with the molecular weight, and has the effects of reducing blood fat, promoting metabolism, and caring skin.
In a specific embodiment, the plant extract is a mint extract.
In a specific embodiment, the emollient is at least one of stearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, caprylic/capric triglyceride.
The preparation method of the compound polypeptide mask comprises the following steps:
preparing a bottom layer solution: under the heating condition, preparing a beta-cyclodextrin solution with the mass fraction of 10-20% by taking pure water as a solvent, cooling, adding mulberry leaf protein polypeptide powder and a humectant, and uniformly stirring to prepare a bottom layer solution;
bottom layer forming: adding collagen into the bottom layer solution, mixing and fully dissolving, pouring into a mould, and performing freeze forming at the temperature of between 20 ℃ below zero and 10 ℃ below zero to obtain a bottom layer; the thickness of the bottom layer is 1.2-1.5 mm;
preparing a surface layer solution: under heating condition, preparing 20-35% beta-cyclodextrin solution with pure water as solvent, cooling, adding milk protein polypeptide, Hirudo protein polypeptide, plant extract and emollient, and stirring to obtain surface layer solution;

The beta-cyclodextrin combined collagen serves as a substrate, the embedding capacity is strong, so that the mask can contain more effective components, and the mask is good in flexibility and ductility and more suitable for the lines of the skin;
when in use, the bottom layer is attached to the skin, and the small molecular weight mulberry leaf protein polypeptide, the collagen and the humectant firstly permeate the skin to play the roles of calming, diminishing inflammation and replenishing water; the high molecular weight milk protein polypeptide, the leech protein polypeptide and the plant extract on the surface layer enter the bottom layer in a gradual mode and then permeate into the skin, so that the moisturizing effect is achieved; because the concentration of the beta-cyclodextrin of the bottom layer is lower than that of the surface layer, the migration capability of molecules in the bottom layer is better, and the density of the surface layer is higher than that of the bottom layer, when the facial mask is attached to the skin, negative pressure is formed between the skin and the facial mask, the movement of the molecules in the facial mask to the skin is promoted, and the components of the facial mask can fully act on the skin.
Examples 1 to 3:
examples 1-3 disclose a composite polypeptide mask, wherein the components of the bottom layer and the top layer are shown in table 1 in parts by weight:
TABLE 1 compositional parameters for examples 1-3
The thicknesses of the bottom layers and the surface layers of examples 1 to 3 were all 1.3mm, and the total weight of the mask was 35 g.
Examples 1-3 were prepared by the methods of preparation described in the detailed description.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 Using a non-woven fabric mask paper having an area equal to that of examples 1 to 3, 35g of a mask solution containing the same components as those of the top layer and the bottom layer of example 1 was adsorbed, and the parts by weight thereof were also the same as those of example 1.
The examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example were tested for permeability:
examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were each laid on a sponge having an area 2 times that of the mask and a thickness of 0.5cm, which was horizontally placed and placed in a closed space. The components on the mask were gradually permeated into the sponge by gravity, and after 20min, the mass remaining values of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 were measured, and the mass increase difference of the sponge was examined, as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 examination parameters for examples 1-3 and comparative example 1
As can be seen from table 2, the permeation rate of the components of the example is slower than that of the comparative example, but the effused components can be completely absorbed by the sponge within the same time, and the sum of the remaining mass value of the mask pack and the difference value of the sponge mass is 35g, whereas the comparative example 1 has a higher permeation rate, so that part of the components of the sponge cannot be adsorbed, and about 5g of the components are lost, which indicates that the example has a slow release effect, and the slow release rate can enable the components to be better absorbed.
Clinical experiments are carried out on the composite polypeptide facial mask prepared in the examples 1-3 and the comparative example 2, wherein the comparative example 2 is the conventional common non-woven facial mask, and the facial mask liquid mainly comprises the following components: deionized water, butanediol, glycerol, hyaluronic acid, plant extract, carboxyethyl cellulose, beta-dextran, carbomer, phenoxyethanol, triethanolamine, methyl hydroxybenzoate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and essence.
