本发明涉及一种洁净型煤干燥设备,属于型煤生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
洁净型煤具有燃烧无烟、排放清洁、燃烧充分等优点,在工业和民用都得到了广泛的应用。洁净型煤在生产过程中,水分是必不可少的,粘合剂中也含有少量水分,型煤中的水分直接影响着型煤产品的强度和质量,型煤中的水分越少越好,因此需要对加工完成的型煤进行烘干处理,现有的烘干设备中由于热风送风位置固定导致烘干不均匀、局部过热,进风量不能根据送料情况进行调整,出料口容易发生堵塞,且扬尘污染严重。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种洁净型煤干燥设备,解决上述问题。
本发明所述的洁净型煤干燥设备,包括干燥炉,干燥炉顶部设有进料口,底部设有出料口,干燥炉通过热风管道连接送风机,干燥炉内设有环形风管,环形风管连通热风管道,环形风管上均布连通有四根散热管,散热管呈螺旋上升状,散热管上开有若干通风孔;干燥炉下端的出料口上方设有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片连接旋转驱动;干燥炉通过除尘管道连接吸风机,吸风机排风端连接回收装置。
工作时,成型后的型煤送入干燥炉,送风机将热风依次通过热风管道、环形分管、散热管,散热管均布于炉体内四周,通过散热管上的通风孔将热量均匀吹到干燥炉中,达到型煤烘干均匀的效果,螺旋上升状增加了散热管的管长和散热面积;干燥炉出料口处螺旋叶片匀速转动,持续下料,防止堵塞;且在烘干过程中,吸风机将干燥炉中送料下落时产生的扬尘、煤灰等通过除尘管道送至回收装置,减轻粉尘污染。
所述的热风管道内设有旋转板,可以控制旋转板在热风管道内的角度,从而实现调整热风管道内的过风量。
所述的回收装置为若干帆布袋,回收的煤粉煤渣等可收集再利用。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
洁净型煤干燥设备结构合理,受热均匀,无局部高温,解决了烘干过程中局部易燃的问题,提高烘干效率,避免出料口处物料堆积堵塞,且增加除尘装置,减少生产过程中的扬尘污染,减轻对工作人员的危害。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述:
洁净型煤干燥设备包括干燥炉4,干燥炉4顶部设有进料口7,底部设有出料口11,干燥炉4通过热风管道3连接送风机1,干燥炉4内设有环形风管13,环形风管13连通热风管道3,环形风管13上均布连通有四根散热管6,散热管6呈螺旋上升状,散热管6上开有若干通风孔;干燥炉4下端的出料口11上方设有螺旋叶片14,螺旋叶片14连接旋转驱动;干燥炉4通过除尘管道8连接吸风机9,吸风机9排风端连接回收装置10。
热风管道3内设有旋转板2。
回收装置10优选为若干帆布袋。
实际工作时,成型后的型煤通过进料传送机构5从进料口7送入干燥炉4,送风机1将热风依次通过热风管道3、环形风管13、散热管6,热风管道3内的旋转板2可根据实际情况调节风量,热量通过散热管6上的通风孔均匀散布到干燥炉4中,达到型煤烘干均匀的效果,减少局部过热的情况,提高烘干效率;且在烘干过程中,吸风机9将干燥炉4中送料下落时产生的扬尘、煤灰等通过除尘管道8送至回收装置10,减轻粉尘污染;烘干后的型煤在螺旋叶片14的推动下从出料口11下落至出料传送机构12送出。

1.一种洁净型煤干燥设备,包括干燥炉(4),干燥炉(4)顶部设有进料口(7),底部设有出料口(11),干燥炉(4)通过热风管道(3)连接送风机(1),其特征在于:干燥炉(4)内设有环形风管(13),环形风管(13)连通热风管道(3),环形风管(13)上均布连通有四根散热管(6),散热管(6)呈螺旋上升状,散热管(6)上开有若干通风孔;干燥炉(4)下端的出料口(11)上方设有螺旋叶片(14),螺旋叶片(14)连接旋转驱动;干燥炉(4)通过除尘管道(8)连接吸风机(9),吸风机(9)排风端连接回收装置(10)。
