Abstract
本发明公开了一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,本发明加入的石墨烯具有良好的导热效果,可以快速吸收生态散发的湿气和汗液并迅速传导入空气散发,使皮肤始终保持干爽,可达到养肤美肤效果,特别适合春夏季贴身服装使用。

技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,具体涉及一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着牛仔面料服装越来越被不同人群广泛接受和喜爱,对牛仔面料服装舒适度和功能要求也随之也来越高,现有大部分牛仔功服装虽然通过天然、复合纤维改良生产但目前只能满足穿着舒适度和单一性性能改善要求,服装使用功能还暂时性不能完全满足更高层次需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物质石墨烯配置:所述的生物质石墨烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
石墨烯20-30、生物质原料6-9、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、二甲基甲酰胺70-80、90-95%的硫酸60-70、司盘-80 0.6-1;
(2)纺纱:取上述生物质石墨烯,与粘胶短纤混合,纺纱成型;
(3)坯布退浆:先将坯布烧毛,车速50-60米/分;然后采用浸扎酶液处理,所述的浸扎酶液是由10-12g/LBF-7658淀粉酶、6-8g/LNacl、3-4g/L渗透剂JFC混合组成,先在40-50℃下堆置30-40分钟,然后在50-60℃下汽蒸,再用60-80℃的热水洗,再用冷水洗至常温,拉斜8-10cm,3组锡林烘干落布,烘干温度为100-120℃;
(4)预缩:在莫里森预缩机内进行,车速为40-50米/分,经向缩率4%以内、纬向3%以内。
所述的生物质原料为葡萄糖、氨基酸中的一种。
所述的生物质石墨烯、粘胶短纤的重量比为1:50-60。
所述的生物质石墨烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取石墨烯,加入到上述90-95%的硫酸中,升高温度为60-65℃,超声3-4小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空50-60℃下干燥1-2小时,得氧化石墨烯;
(2)取司盘-80、生物质原料混合,加入到混合料重量25-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得生物质乳液;
(3)取氧化石墨烯,加入到上述生物质乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升高温度为50-60℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得硅烷生物质乳液;
(4)取上述硅烷生物质乳液,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,送入到管状反应器中,在80-90℃下保温1-2小时,送入到氮气环境中,200-250℃下烘干,即得所述生物质石墨烯。
本发明的优点:
本发明采用生物石墨烯与天然纤维复合,绿色生态环保,可在常温下吸收紫外线,减少对人体皮肤的伤害;
本发明的面料可以快速提升人体皮肤温度,促进血液微循环和新陈代谢,达到服装保健功能(温度提高1-2℃,温度提高速比50%);
本发明采用生物质原料处理石墨烯,通过氨基硅烷处理,有效的改善了石墨烯在二甲基甲酰胺中的分散性,然后在管状反应器中干燥处理,可以得到均匀稳定的生物质石墨烯纤维;
本发明加入的石墨烯纳米级材料可以直接刺穿大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌细胞膜,致使细胞内部核糖核酸泄露而死亡,达到面料抑菌抗臭效果(国家标准3A效果);
本发明加入的石墨烯具有良好的导热效果,可以快速吸收生态散发的湿气和汗液并迅速传导入空气散发,使皮肤始终保持干爽,可达到养肤美肤效果,特别适合春夏季贴身服装使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物质石墨烯配置:所述的生物质石墨烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
石墨烯30、生物质原料9、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2、二甲基甲酰胺80、95%的硫酸70、司盘-80 1;
(2)纺纱:取上述生物质石墨烯,与粘胶短纤混合,纺纱成型;
(3)坯布退浆:先将坯布烧毛,车速60米/分;然后采用浸扎酶液处理,所述的浸扎酶液是由12g/LBF-7658淀粉酶、8g/L Nacl、4g/L渗透剂JFC混合组成,先在50℃下堆置40分钟,然后在60℃下汽蒸,再用80℃的热水洗,再用冷水洗至常温,拉斜10cm,3组锡林烘干落布,烘干温度为120℃;
(4)预缩:在莫里森预缩机内进行,车速为40-50米/分,经向缩率4%以内、纬向3%以内。
所述的生物质原料为葡萄糖。
所述的生物质石墨烯、粘胶短纤的重量比为1:60。
所述的生物质石墨烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取石墨烯,加入到上述95%的硫酸中,升高温度为65℃,超声4小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空60℃下干燥2小时,得氧化石墨烯;
(2)取司盘-80、生物质原料混合,加入到混合料重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得生物质乳液;
(3)取氧化石墨烯,加入到上述生物质乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得硅烷生物质乳液;
(4)取上述硅烷生物质乳液,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,送入到管状反应器中,在90℃下保温2小时,送入到氮气环境中,250℃下烘干,即得所述生物质石墨烯。
实施例2
一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物质石墨烯配置:所述的生物质石墨烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
石墨烯20、生物质原料6、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1、二甲基甲酰胺70、90%的硫酸60、司盘-80 0.6;
(2)纺纱:取上述生物质石墨烯,与粘胶短纤混合,纺纱成型;
(3)坯布退浆:先将坯布烧毛,车速50米/分;然后采用浸扎酶液处理,所述的浸扎酶液是由10g/LBF-7658淀粉酶、6g/L Nacl、3g/L渗透剂JFC混合组成,先在40℃下堆置30分钟,然后在50℃下汽蒸,再用60℃的热水洗,再用冷水洗至常温,拉斜8cm,3组锡林烘干落布,烘干温度为100℃;

1.一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)生物质石墨烯配置:所述的生物质石墨烯是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
石墨烯20-30、生物质原料6-9、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、二甲基甲酰胺70-80、90-95%的硫酸60-70、司盘-80 0.6-1;
(2)纺纱:取上述生物质石墨烯,与粘胶短纤混合,纺纱成型;
(3)坯布退浆:先将坯布烧毛,车速50-60米/分;然后采用浸扎酶液处理,所述的浸扎酶液是由10-12g/LBF-7658淀粉酶、6-8g/LNacl、3-4g/L渗透剂JFC混合组成,先在40-50℃下堆置30-40分钟,然后在50-60℃下汽蒸,再用60-80℃的热水洗,再用冷水洗至常温,拉斜8-10cm,3组锡林烘干落布,烘干温度为100-120℃;
(4)预缩:在莫里森预缩机内进行,车速为40-50米/分,经向缩率4%以内、纬向3%以内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的生物质原料为葡萄糖、氨基酸中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的生物质石墨烯、粘胶短纤的重量比为1:50-60。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质石墨烯功能牛仔面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的生物质石墨烯的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取石墨烯,加入到上述90-95%的硫酸中,升高温度为60-65℃,超声3-4小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,真空50-60℃下干燥1-2小时,得氧化石墨烯;
(2)取司盘-80、生物质原料混合,加入到混合料重量25-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得生物质乳液;
(3)取氧化石墨烯,加入到上述生物质乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升高温度为50-60℃,保温搅拌10-20分钟,得硅烷生物质乳液;
(4)取上述硅烷生物质乳液,加入到二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,送入到管状反应器中,在80-90℃下保温1-2小时,送入到氮气环境中,200-250℃下烘干,即得所述生物质石墨烯。
