Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂55‑60份,丙烯酸树脂25‑30份,颜填料20‑25份,分散剂2‑5份,防污剂2‑6份,消泡剂0.5‑1.0份,流平剂1.2‑1.5份,附着力促进剂3‑5份。本发明耐玷污与易清洗性能好且附着力高,能够满足轨道交通工具用防污涂料的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防污涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力橡胶用弹性涂料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展与生活水平的提高,越来越多的轨道交通工具项目对外表面处理有了更高的要求,许多轨道交通项目要求其外表涂膜具有防涂鸦、易清洗或自清洁功能。传统的防涂和抗污涂料,其有效成分仅在涂料中添加少量有机硅或有机氟成分,很少作为反应成分交联于涂料固化形成的漆膜中,因此涂料固化形成的漆膜内部结构不够致密,涂鸦物质和污质极易渗入漆膜之中导致不易清洁,并且这种漆膜表面经多次擦洗后有效成分很容易磨损,因而导致涂膜防涂鸦和抗污能力减弱,使用寿命短。尤其是具有防涂鸦和抗污能力的弹性漆,鲜有涉及。因此研制一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料十分必要。
发明内容
基于上述原因,本申请提出了一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,本发明耐玷污与易清洗性好、附着力高,能够满足轨道交通工具用防污弹性涂料的需求。
为了实现上述目的,本申请采取的技术手段如下:
一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂55-60份,丙烯酸树脂25-30份,颜填料20-25份,分散剂2-5份,防污剂2-6份,消泡剂0.5-1.0份,流平剂1.2-1.5份,附着力促进剂3-5份。
所述的防污剂为含羟基有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯型防涂鸦助剂;
所述的含羟基有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯型防涂鸦助剂为默克化学,MOK-2020,2100;
此防污剂与涂料所用树脂相容性最好,赋予漆膜极佳的耐玷污、易清洗性能;若相容性差,则涂料易返粗,耐玷污与易清洗性能自然就差。
所述的附着力促进剂为:氯化聚烯烃类高聚物;此附着力促进剂赋予漆膜极好的附着力,即使拉伸200%-300%,漆膜也不会从基材上剥离;采用其它附着力促进剂,漆膜容易从基材上剥离、脱落。
本发明制备方法为:按照比例称取颜填料、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、分散剂混合均匀,研磨至细度≤10μm,再加入流平剂、防污剂、附着力促进剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀得到高耐玷污易清洗附着力高的橡胶用弹性涂料。这些助剂经研磨后,会破坏其有效成分,所以要后添加。
本发明采用聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂作为主料,使本发明涂料具有极高的强度与韧性,漆膜拉伸率200-300%不断裂、不剥离;含羟基有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯型防涂鸦助剂能与漆膜树脂发生交联反应,赋予漆膜高防涂鸦与抗污性能的同时,其使用寿命也长;氯化聚烯烃类高聚物赋予漆膜在橡胶上高附着力。
一般的防污剂与本发明所用树脂相容性差甚至不相容,耐玷污、易清洗性能自然就差,其次,一般的防污剂不与漆膜树脂发生反应,只是浮于漆膜表面起到耐玷污作用,有效期短,在使用过程中极易清洗掉,直至失效。本发明所用防污剂与涂料所用树脂相容性最好,赋予漆膜极佳的耐玷污、易清洗性能;其次所用防污剂能与漆膜树脂发生交联反应,不只抗污性能好,其使用寿命也长。
具体实施方式
本发明结合以下实施例作进一步描述。
实施例1,一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂60份,丙烯酸树脂25份,颜填料20份,分散剂2份,防污剂2份,消泡剂1.0份,流平剂1.2份,附着力促进剂3份。
实施例2,一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂58份,丙烯酸树脂28份,颜填料22份,分散剂2份,防污剂3份,消泡剂0.8份,流平剂1.3份,附着力促进剂2份。
实施例3,一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂56份,丙烯酸树脂29份,颜填料24份,分散剂4份,防污剂4份,消泡剂0.7份,流平剂1.4份,附着力促进剂4份。
实施例4,一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂55份,丙烯酸树脂30份,颜填料25份,分散剂5份,防污剂5份,消泡剂0.6份,流平剂1.5份,附着力促进剂5份。

1.一种高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯树脂55-60份,丙烯酸树脂25-30份,颜填料20-25份,分散剂2-5份,防污剂2-6份,消泡剂0.5-1.0份,流平剂1.2-1.5份,附着力促进剂3-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,所述的防污剂为含羟基有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯型防涂鸦助剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,所述的附着力促进剂为:氯化聚烯烃类高聚物。
4.制备如权利要求1所述的高耐玷污易清洗高附着力的橡胶用弹性涂料,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:按照比例称取颜填料、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、分散剂混合均匀,研磨至细度≤10μm,再加入流平剂、防污剂、附着力促进剂和消泡剂搅拌均匀得到高耐玷污易清洗附着力高的橡胶用弹性涂料。
