本发明公开了一种聚丙烯填充母粒及其制备方法,其由聚丙烯回收料、低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸、无机矿物填料、双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯、抗氧剂和润滑剂制备而成。本发明解决了目前市场上常规填充母粒的成本高、分散性差、相容性差等问题,同时扩展了再生塑料的使用范围。经该发明加工处理后的填充母粒可用于广泛用于汽车、管道、线缆等材料的填充改性,在满足产品性能要求的情况下能大幅改性原材料降低成本,提高再生塑料的使用价值。

一种聚丙烯填充母粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体涉及一种由聚丙烯回收料制备的聚丙烯填充母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了增强塑料材料的机械性能、密度等相关性能,一般都是添加些改性剂对其进行改性,塑料改性起初在填充改性方面直接使用粉体,这种改性方式一方面会对生产环境有较大污染,另一方面粉体添加在分散方面较差,影响最终产品性能。近年来,随着塑料改性技术的不断更新和发展,使用填充母粒作为填充改性的成为了不少企业的生产形式,在污染和加工工艺方面都得到了有效的改善。
目前,市场上大量的填充母粒主要采用的基料为新料聚丙烯、低密度聚乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)等,生产的原材料成本方面比较高。而使用再生塑料作为基料进行填充母粒生产,再配以相应的助剂,不仅能有效的降低原材料成本,而且可以得到分散性能、相容性良好的填充母粒,可以广泛使用于塑料改性行业,如汽车、管道、线缆等。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种由聚丙烯回收料制备的填充母粒及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
所述的聚丙烯回收料是回收后经分拣、清洗、破碎、烘干制作成的注塑级聚丙烯,其含水率低于0.5%、燃烧剩余物小于3%,熔融指数在2.16kg/230℃条件下为15-60g/10min。
所述低密度聚乙烯在230℃/2.16Kg条件下的熔融指数为50~60g/10min。
所述聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸的接枝率≥1.5%、重均分子量≥20000。
所述的无机矿物填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙或云母中的一种或多种,其粒径≥1200目。
所述的双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯熔点46℃。
所述抗氧剂为季戊四醇二亚磷酸二硬脂基酯(抗氧剂618)与亚磷酸三(2,4--二叔丁基苯基)酯(抗氧剂168)按重量比为1:4进行复配。
所述的润滑剂为白矿油、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)和硬脂酸钙按重量比为2:1:1进行复配。
本发明的另一个发明目的是提供一种制备上述填充母粒的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将已干燥处理的聚丙烯回收料、低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸、抗氧剂、润滑剂按配方比例倒入温控高速混合机中混合2-3min;所述混合机的温度为75℃-90℃、转速为500-800r/min;
(2)在(1)中的混合料中加入无机矿物填料,在搅拌过程中均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯后,继续搅拌混合10-15min,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料投入到L/D=44:1的双螺杆挤出机中,先预加热2~4分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机温度设置为:预融区140~155℃,第一熔融区190~200℃,第一高温剪切区200~210℃,第二高温剪切区210~220℃,第二熔融温区200~210℃,出料口熔融温区190~200℃。加工过程双螺杆挤出机的转速为300~500转/分。
本发明由聚丙烯回收料制成的聚丙烯填充母粒,再将其与聚丙烯按一定的比例进行混合,经熔融、挤出得复合材料。本发明的聚丙烯填充母粒能显著提高聚合物复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、悬臂梁缺口冲方面比对比例具有更好的刚性、韧性和强度。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)本发明通过聚丙烯回收料中加入聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸引入强极性反应性基团,使材料具有高的极性和反应性,极大的改善了聚丙烯与矿物填料的相容性;
(2)双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯与聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸共同作用,使填料表面由亲水性变成亲油性,从而达到与聚合物的紧密结合,使材料的强度、黏结力、分散性能等显著提高,最终制得的母粒具有良好的分散性、相容性;
(3)本发明中加入低密度聚乙烯目的是调节熔融挤出时熔体的黏度,使熔体分散好,混合均匀,解决挤出时断条、杜塞模头等问题。
(4)本发明使用抗氧剂618与抗氧剂168,其用量仅为0.01-0.02份,大大减少了抗氧剂的用量(普通抗氧剂用量为0.5%左右),同时很好的保持了组合物的力学性能。
(5)本发明解决了目前市场上常规填充母粒的成本高、分散性差、相容性差等问题,同时扩展了再生塑料的使用范围。经该发明加工处理后的填充母粒可用于广泛用于汽车、管道、线缆等材料的填充改性,在满足产品性能要求的情况下能大幅改性原材料降低成本,提高再生塑料的使用价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,以下实施例仅是对本发明进行说明而非对其加以限定。
下面实施例中:抗氧剂是由抗氧剂618与抗氧剂168按重量比为1:4进行复配组成;
润滑剂是由白矿油、乙撑双硬脂酰胺(EBS)和硬脂酸钙按重量比为2:1:1进行复配组成;
聚丙烯回收料是选用回收后经分拣、清洗、破碎、烘干制作成的注塑级聚丙烯,其含水率低于0.5%、燃烧剩余物小于3%,熔融指数在2.16kg/230℃条件下为15-60g/10min;
聚丙烯为上海赛科的PP K7926。
实施例1
将聚丙烯回收料10份、低密度聚乙烯10份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸5份、抗氧剂0.01份、润滑剂1.6份放入温控高速混合机中混合2min,温度控制在80℃,转速700r/min;然后将无机矿物填料碳酸钙85份加入高速混合机中,一边搅拌一边均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.7份,高混机转速控制在750r/min,加完后继续搅拌12min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入L/D=44:1的双螺杆挤出机中,预加热3分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区140℃,第一熔融区195℃,第一高温剪切区205℃,第二高温剪切区210℃,第二熔融温区205℃,出料口熔融温区195℃,螺杆转速为350转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
实施例2
将聚丙烯回收料13份、低密度聚乙烯30份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸2份、抗氧剂0.02份、润滑剂3份放入温控高速混合机中混合3min,温度控制在75℃,转速600r/min;然后将无机矿物填料碳酸钙55份、滑石粉30份加入高速混合机中,双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.5份,高混机转速控制在650r/min,加完后继续搅拌15min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入双螺杆挤出机中,预加热2分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区155℃,第一熔融区200℃,第一高温剪切区210℃,第二高温剪切区220℃,第二熔融温区210℃,出料口熔融温区200℃,螺杆转速为400转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
实施例3
将聚丙烯回收料15份、低密度聚乙烯20份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸5份、抗氧剂0.02份、润滑剂2.5份放入温控高速混合机中混合3min,温度控制在90℃,转速800r/min;然后将无机矿物填料云母粉35份、滑石粉45份加入高速混合机中,一边搅拌一边均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.7份,高混机转速控制在800r/min,加完后继续搅拌12min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入双螺杆挤出机中,预加热3分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区140℃,第一熔融区190℃,第一高温剪切区200℃,第二高温剪切区210℃,第二熔融温区200℃,出料口熔融温区190℃,螺杆转速为300转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
实施例4
将聚丙烯回收料20份、低密度聚乙烯10份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸5份、抗氧剂0.01份、润滑剂1.5份放入温控高速混合机中混合3min,温度控制在75℃,转速600r/min;然后将无机矿物填料滑石粉75份加入高速混合机中,一边搅拌一边均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.6份,高混机转速控制在500r/min,加完后继续搅拌10min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入双螺杆挤出机中,预加热2分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区145℃,第一熔融区200℃,第一高温剪切区205℃,第二高温剪切区215℃,第二熔融温区205℃,出料口熔融温区195℃,螺杆转速为500转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
实施例5
将聚丙烯回收料16份、低密度聚乙烯10份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸4份、抗氧剂0.02份、润滑剂2份放入温控高速混合机中混合2min,温度控制在90℃,转速500r/min;然后将无机矿物填料碳酸钙50份、云母粉30份加入高速混合机中,一边搅拌一边均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.6份,高混机转速控制在600r/min,加完后继续搅拌13min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入双螺杆挤出机中,预加热2分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区150℃,第一熔融区200℃,第一高温剪切区205℃,第二高温剪切区220℃,第二熔融温区205℃,出料口熔融温区195℃,螺杆转速为450转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
实施例6
将聚丙烯回收料14份、低密度聚乙烯10份,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸6份、抗氧剂0.01份、润滑剂2.8份放入温控高速混合机中混合3min,温度控制在85℃,转速650r/min;然后将无机矿物填料云母粉80份加入高速混合机中,一边搅拌一边均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯1.5份,高混机转速控制在550r/min,加完后继续搅拌14min,得到预混料;最后将预混料喂入双螺杆挤出机中,预加热4分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机的各区温度为:预融区145℃,第一熔融区195℃,第一高温剪切区210℃,第二高温剪切区215℃,第二熔融温区200℃,出料口熔融温区195℃,螺杆转速为400转/分。
将上述制得的填充母粒和聚丙烯按重量比为25:75进行混合后再经熔融、挤出得复合材料。
将上述实施例1-6制备的复合材料经标准注塑成样条,其性能如表1所示。
将现有在230℃\2.16Kg情况下熔融指数为40~100g/10min的聚丙烯和废旧聚丙烯洗衣机筒回收料(含水率低于0.5%、燃烧剩余物小于3%,熔融指数在2.16kg/230℃条件下为15-60g/10min)做为对比例,同样注塑成样条检测其性能,如下表1所示。
其中各物性的测试方法分别如下:
拉伸强度、断裂伸长率根据GB/T 1040.2-2006进行测量;
弯曲强度、弯曲模量根据GB/T 9341-2008进行测量;
悬臂梁缺口冲击强度根据GB/T 1834-2008进行测量;
负荷变形温度根据GB/T 1634.2-2004进行测量。

由表1中实施例和对比例结果可以看出,采用本发明制得聚丙烯填充母粒所制备的聚丙烯复合材料,其比对比例具有更好的刚性、韧性、强度和耐热性,其在相容性、分散性方面也具有明显优势。另外由于本发明选用原料是聚丙烯回收料,其来源较广、成本低,且生产工艺简单,大大的节省了原材料成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:其由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
聚丙烯回收料 10~20份;
低密度聚乙烯 10~30份;
聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸 2~6份;
无机矿物填料 75~85份;
双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯 1.5~1.7份;
抗氧剂 0.01~0.02份;
润滑剂 1.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯回收料是回收后经分拣、清洗、破碎、烘干制作成的注塑级聚丙烯,其含水率低于0.5%、燃烧剩余物小于3%,熔融指数在2.16kg/230℃条件下为15-60g/10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯在230℃/2.16Kg条件下的熔融指数为50~60g/10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸的接枝率≥1.5%、重均分子量≥20000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述的无机矿物填料为滑石粉、碳酸钙或云母中的一种或多种,其粒径≥1200目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为季戊四醇二亚磷酸二硬脂基酯与亚磷酸三(2,4--二叔丁基苯基)酯按重量比为1:4进行复配。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为白矿油、乙撑双硬脂酰胺和硬脂酸钙按重量比为2:1:1进行复配。
8.一种制备如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种聚丙烯填充母粒的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将已干燥处理的聚丙烯回收料、低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸、抗氧剂、润滑剂按配方比例倒入温控高速混合机中混合2-3min;所述混合机的温度为75℃-90℃、转速为500-800r/min;
(2)在(1)中的混合料中加入无机矿物填料,在搅拌过程中均匀加入双叔丁过氧基二异丙苯后,继续搅拌混合10-15min,得到预混料;
(3)将预混料投入到L/D=44:1 的双螺杆挤出机中,先预加热2~4分钟后,再经熔融、挤出、抽真空、风冷、切粒及干燥,即制得填充母粒,其中双螺杆挤出机温度设置为:预融区140~155℃,第一熔融区190~200℃,第一高温剪切区200~210℃,第二高温剪切区210~220℃,第二熔融温区200~210℃,出料口熔融温区190~200℃,加工过程双螺杆挤出机的转速为300~500 转/分。
