Description

Renewable sludge baking-free brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials and environmental engineering, and particularly relates to a renewable sludge baking-free brick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The amount of sludge discharged by dredging is huge, and the dredged sludge is generally piled nearby, so that a large amount of cultivated land is occupied, the environmental pollution is caused, and the treatment of the sludge is very troublesome.
The baking-free brick taking the sludge as the main raw material not only recycles a large amount of accumulated sludge which cannot be treated, but also lightens the pressure on the environment caused by sludge accumulation. However, the existing baking-free bricks taking the sludge as the main raw material still have the following obvious defects: (1) in the prior art, how to properly treat impurities (stones, bricks and tiles, concrete blocks, straw stalks, plastics, clothes and the like) which are inevitably present in sludge and considerable in quantity is not involved, for example, a Chinese patent with the application number of 201110309789.5 and the invention name of 'a manufacturing process of sludge bricks' discloses a method for preparing the sludge bricks by matching additives after the sludge is subjected to impurity removal and dehydration treatment, but a treatment method of the impurities obtained after the sludge is subjected to impurity removal is not mentioned, so that the impurities removed from the sludge can still cause a large amount of accumulation and secondary pollution to the environment; (2) in the non-burnt sludge brick in the prior art, because a plurality of additives are added in the production process, the recycled non-burnt sludge brick can not be recycled for the second time, once the non-burnt sludge brick is discarded, the environment can be polluted again inevitably due to accumulation, for example, the method for preparing the non-burnt sludge brick by taking silt, sand and common cement as main materials and matching with other auxiliary materials is disclosed in the Chinese patent application with the application number of 200810143622.4 and the invention name of 'environmental protection non-burnt sludge brick and production method thereof', although the method effectively utilizes the silt, the sludge brick prepared by the method can not be recycled for the second time recycling if the sludge brick is damaged in a rotating body after being used; for example, in the chinese patent application No. 201510213232.X entitled "non-fired and non-pressed sludge brick and the preparation method thereof," a non-fired and non-pressed sludge brick and the preparation method thereof are disclosed, which use dredging sludge and common cement as main materials and gypsum, slag, fly ash and the like as auxiliary materials, although the sludge is effectively utilized and has the advantage of being non-sintered, the prepared non-fired and non-pressed sludge brick cannot be recycled for the second time, and when the non-fired and non-pressed sludge brick is crushed and cannot be used, waste brick material accumulation is inevitably caused. The above problems are also present in chinese patent application nos. 201210322069.7 and 02137159.8. Meanwhile, various additives are required to be added during the remanufacture of the baking-free sludge brick, so that the manufacturing cost of the brick body is increased, and the reproducibility of the brick product is damaged.
Therefore, the research on the existing baking-free sludge brick and the preparation method thereof is carried out to obtain the renewable recyclable baking-free sludge brick, and the research value and the economic prospect are great.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide the renewable sludge baking-free brick and the preparation method thereof.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the renewable sludge baking-free brick is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50-90 parts of sludge powder, 10-30 parts of debris, 0-60 parts of recycled waste brick powder, 10-20 parts of common cement and 30-60 parts of water.
Further, the debris is sludge debris.
Furthermore, the reclaimed waste brick powder is the powder of the renewable sludge baking-free brick which is damaged or dismantled after use.
The preparation method of the renewable sludge baking-free brick comprises the following steps:
step one, preparing sludge powder: drying, breaking and sieving the sludge to obtain sludge powder;
step two, preparing sundry scraps: picking out impurities in the sludge, crushing, chopping and sieving the impurities to obtain the impurity fragments;
step three, preparing the recycled waste brick powder: recycling the damaged or used and dismantled renewable sludge baking-free bricks, and crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain the recycled waste brick powder;
step four, forming and maintaining: and (3) mixing and stirring the sludge powder obtained in the step one, the debris obtained in the step two, the recovered waste brick powder obtained in the step three, common cement and water uniformly according to the mass parts, forming a brick blank, and curing to obtain the renewable sludge baking-free brick.
Furthermore, the grain size of the sludge powder obtained after sieving in the step one is less than 5 mm.
Furthermore, the particle size of the sundry scraps obtained after sieving in the step two is less than 5 mm.
Furthermore, the particle size of the recovered waste brick powder obtained after sieving in the third step is less than 5 mm.
Furthermore, the curing method in the fourth step is as follows: and (3) placing the green brick under the conditions of the temperature of 20-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of 80-100% for curing for 10-28 days.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention fully utilizes two characteristics of fine particles, high strength and water-resistant modification of common cement of the sludge, not only can all sundries in the sludge be used as effective components for utilization, but also all broken and dismantled waste bricks can be completely recycled and reused under the condition of not adding any other toxic and harmful or high-price additive, thereby completely realizing zero emission and zero accumulation and effectively avoiding the environmental pollution caused by the accumulation of waste bricks.
After being properly crushed, the hard impurities such as stones, bricks and tiles, concrete and the like in the sludge can be used as aggregate components, so that the hardness and the strength of the product can be effectively improved; organic impurities such as straw stalks, plastics, clothes and the like in the sludge can be used as fiber components after being cut up, so that the toughness of the product can be effectively improved, and the brick body is prevented from cracking. The total content of various impurities in the sludge is 10-20% according to the calculation and statistics of the weight percentage, and the raw material proportion of the product can be properly adjusted according to the specific conditions of the impurities contained in the local sludge.
The sludge baking-free brick mainly comprises natural sludge and impurities contained in the natural sludge, and because the components of the product are very close to those of the original sludge, the recovered waste brick powder can completely replace part of sludge powder and impurity scraps to be recycled, so that the raw material proportion of the sludge baking-free brick can be properly adjusted according to the specific condition of the waste brick recovery at that time.
The renewable sludge baking-free brick prepared by the invention has higher volume density and compressive strength and excellent performance, and the preparation method of the renewable sludge baking-free brick is simple, convenient and feasible, has lower cost and can be produced in an industrialized way.
