With the updating, transformation and construction of urban public and civil buildings and municipal facilities, in the construction process, a large amount of old buildings are dismantled, so that a large amount of construction waste is generated, the construction waste in China accounts for 30-40% of the weight of the urban waste at present, according to relevant information, through rough estimation of construction material loss of buildings such as brick-concrete structures, full cast-in-place structures, frame structures and the like, in the construction process of each square meter of buildings, only 500 tons of construction waste can be generated, if the calculation is carried out, only 4000 tons of construction waste can be generated and discharged in the construction of China every year, and the construction waste especially accounts for the largest proportion of waste concrete blocks, so that the solution of most waste concrete blocks is of great importance in the recycling of construction waste.
At present, the method for treating the waste concrete blocks in China mainly comprises direct landfill or field stacking, and most of the concrete mixed by newly-repaired buildings adopts newly-mined stones, cement, sand and the like. Either the disposal of the waste concrete blocks or the production of new concrete blocks causes great environmental damage. Therefore, the waste is effectively coagulated and recycled, so that the discharge amount of the construction waste can be greatly reduced, and the environmental damage caused by stone mining can be reduced.
Although the traditional crushing method can classify waste concrete blocks into recycled aggregates, the quality of the generated recycled aggregates is poor, and the inside of the recycled aggregates contains a large number of microcracks, so that the quality of the concrete is influenced, the application range of the recycled aggregates is limited, and the practicability of the recycled aggregates is reduced.
