Abstract
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车方向盘的外盘的加工工艺。步骤如下:刚性骨架的材质为碳素钢;发泡层的材质为EVA发泡海绵;植绒层的材质为翻毛皮;电阻丝依现有技术制备;将刚性骨架置于预处理液中浸泡12小时以上,取出后沥干、清洗、烘干;首先在刚性骨架上组装发泡层,然后将植入电热丝的植绒层安装在发泡层之上。一种汽车方向盘的外盘及其加工工艺,外盘结构设计合理,机械强度高,表面柔软舒适,附带加热功能使冬天使用较为舒适。在加工时,对刚性骨架进行了预处理,从而可以提高其机械强度,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车方向盘的外盘的加工工艺。
背景技术
汽车方向盘是汽车必备的一种配件,主要用于控制汽车的行驶方向,现有的汽车方向盘除去控制汽车的行驶方向外,还会设置多种按键控制车内的各类器件,但现有的汽车方向盘上通常没有空调按键,在调整汽车空调时需要驾驶员的手离开方向盘进行操作,并且现有的方向盘的手感不佳,容易打滑,存在安全隐患。
另外,现有方向盘的整体强度较差,使用几年后可能会觉得转向无力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车方向盘,能够扩展汽车方向盘的功能,改善汽车方向盘的手感,消除安全隐患。同时,本发明还提供了一种汽车方向盘的外盘及其加工工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车方向盘,包括:内盘、外盘、连接所述外盘和内盘的T形的辐条、分别设于所述辐条的左右两端的多媒体按键区和空调按键区、设于所述辐条的下端的喇叭键、以及形成于所述外盘的手握区域的波浪形凹槽;
所述外盘包括:刚性骨架、包裹所述刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹所述发泡层的植绒层,所述植绒层内形成有腔室,所述腔室内设有电热丝;
所述多媒体按键区和空调按键区均设有多个按键。
所述多媒体按键区的按键包括:播放按键、下一曲按键、上一曲按键、音量增大按键、及音量减小按键。
所述空调按键区的按键包括:加热按键、制冷按键、温度增大按键、及温度减小按键。
一种汽车方向盘的外盘,包括刚性骨架、包裹刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹发泡层的植绒层,植绒层内形成有腔室,腔室内设有电热丝。
一种汽车方向盘的外盘的加工工艺,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
外盘包括刚性骨架、包裹刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹发泡层的植绒层,植绒层内形成有腔室,腔室内设有电热丝;
刚性骨架的材质为碳素钢;发泡层的材质为EVA发泡海绵;植绒层的材质为翻毛皮;电阻丝依现有技术制备;
②、刚性骨架预处理
将刚性骨架置于预处理液中浸泡12小时以上,取出后沥干、清洗、烘干;
预处理液组分为:纳米二氧化硅17份、海泡石粉15份、防老化剂3份、环氧树脂稀释剂5份、甲醇5份、戊唑醇6.5份、东莨菪内酯2.5份;
③、组装
首先在刚性骨架上组装发泡层,然后将植入电热丝的植绒层安装在发泡层之上。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种汽车方向盘,包括:内盘、外盘、连接所述外盘和内盘的T形的辐条、分别设于所述辐条的左右两端的多媒体按键区和空调按键区、设于所述辐条的下端的喇叭键、以及形成于所述外盘的手握区域的波浪形凹槽;所述外盘包括:刚性骨架、包裹所述刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹所述发泡层的植绒层,所述植绒层内形成有腔室,所述腔室内设有电热丝,所述多媒体按键区和空调按键区均设有多个按键,能够扩展汽车方向盘的功能,改善汽车方向盘的手感,消除安全隐患。
2)、一种汽车方向盘的外盘及其加工工艺,外盘结构设计合理,机械强度高,表面柔软舒适,附带加热功能使冬天使用较为舒适。在加工时,对刚性骨架进行了预处理,从而可以提高其机械强度,延长使用寿命。

实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种汽车方向盘,包括:内盘1、外盘2、连接所述外盘2和内盘1的T形的辐条3、分别设于所述辐条3的左右两端的多媒体按键区4和空调按键区5、设于所述辐条3的下端的喇叭键6、以及形成于所述外盘2的手握区域的波浪形凹槽7;
所述外盘2包括:刚性骨架8、包裹所述刚性骨架8的发泡层9、以及包裹所述发泡层9的植绒层10,所述植绒层10内形成有腔室,所述腔室内设有电热丝11;
所述多媒体按键区4和空调按键区5均设有多个按键12。
具体地,所述多媒体按键区4的按键包括:播放按键、下一曲按键、上一曲按键、音量增大按键、及音量减小按键。
具体地,所述空调按键区5的按键包括:加热按键、制冷按键、温度增大按键、及温度减小按键。
具体地,本发明通过对外盘2的材质和结构的改进,能够改善汽车方向盘的手感,防止打滑,通过在方向盘上增设空调按键区5,能够扩展方向盘的功能,简化空调操作方法,消除安全隐患,还通过增设电热丝11为方向盘增加加热功能,使得驾驶员在寒冷的冬天驾驶时能够获得更好的汽车方向盘手感,提升用户体验。
实施例2
一种汽车方向盘的外盘的加工工艺,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
外盘包括刚性骨架、包裹刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹发泡层的植绒层,植绒层内形成有腔室,腔室内设有电热丝;
刚性骨架的材质为碳素钢;发泡层的材质为EVA发泡海绵;植绒层的材质为翻毛皮;电阻丝依现有技术制备;
②、刚性骨架预处理
将刚性骨架置于预处理液中浸泡12小时以上,取出后沥干、清洗、烘干;

1.一种汽车方向盘的外盘的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
①、构造及成型
外盘包括刚性骨架、包裹刚性骨架的发泡层、以及包裹发泡层的植绒层,植绒层内形成有腔室,腔室内设有电热丝;
刚性骨架的材质为碳素钢;发泡层的材质为EVA发泡海绵;植绒层的材质为翻毛皮;电阻丝依现有技术制备;
②、刚性骨架预处理
将刚性骨架置于预处理液中浸泡12小时以上,取出后沥干、清洗、烘干;
