Composite prebiotics capable of relaxing bowels and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food, in particular to a composite prebiotic for relaxing bowel and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Constipation (constipation) is a common condition, mainly manifested by decreased frequency of defecation, dry and hard stools, and/or difficulty in defecation. A decrease in the number of bowel movements means fewer than 3 bowel movements per week. The difficult defecation comprises the labor waste, difficult defecation, incomplete defecation, time-consuming defecation and the need of manipulation for assisting defecation. The prevalence rate of chronic constipation is on the rise with dietary structure changes, faster pace of life and psychosocial factors. The prevalence rate of constipation of common people of adults in China is 3.19-11.6%, the total prevalence rate of constipation of old people is 11.5%, and the prevalence rate of constipation above 70 years old is 11.7-19.5%.
Although constipation does not directly cause death and endanger life, the constipation still cannot be slightly harmful to human bodies, can cause pain and reduce comfort, and becomes an important disease affecting the life quality of modern people. Patients with constipation often have abdominal distension, increased anus exhaust, dysphoria and other discomfort, and the retention of excrement and excessive absorption of toxins in the intestinal cavity can cause headache, dizziness, inappetence, insomnia and even damage to the memory and thinking ability; moreover, when the force is applied, the pressure in the abdominal cavity and the intracranial pressure can be increased, and the cerebrovascular rupture is easily induced. Meanwhile, constipation increases afterload of the heart, and there is a risk of inducing a cardiac infarction.
At present, a plurality of medicines, health-care foods and common foods for relaxing bowels are available on the market, wherein some products are added with chemical medicines or Chinese herbal medicines with strong effects, which are often accompanied with side effects of different degrees and are not good for human health after being eaten for a long time; and some products have the problems of unobvious defecation effect, single component, easy discomfort of intestinal tracts, easy tolerance and the like. Therefore, a product with natural raw material sources and good effect of relaxing bowel is urgently needed.

The raw materials of the invention are all available on the market.
The inulin is from chicory, meets the quality requirement of inulin in new resource food (No. 5 in 2009 of Ministry of health), and has an inulin content of more than or equal to 86%.
The polydextrose meets the national standard GB 25541-2010, and the content of the polydextrose is more than or equal to 90 percent.
The stachyose meets the industrial standard QB/T4260-.
The fructo-oligosaccharide conforms to the national standard GB/T23528-2009, and the content of the fructo-oligosaccharide is more than or equal to 95%.
Prebiotics are non-digestible food ingredients that selectively stimulate the growth and activity of specific intestinal bacteria and are beneficial to the health of the host. The prebiotics has effects of promoting intestinal probiotic flora proliferation, improving intestinal flora health, relieving constipation, and enhancing immunity. Some non-or indigestible oligosaccharides in the water-soluble dietary fiber, such as fructo-oligosaccharide, galacto-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide, soybean oligosaccharide, stachyose, raffinose, isomalto-oligosaccharide, etc. In addition, polysaccharides such as inulin, resistant starch, dextran, etc. are also included. Some algae can also be used as prebiotics such as spirulina, arthrospira, etc., and vegetables, Chinese herbal medicines, wild plants, etc. in natural plants can also be used as prebiotics.
Inulin (lunlin) is a mixture of fructose polymers composed of short-and medium-long chain β -D-fructan (fructan) and fructosyl (fructosyl) units linked by β 2-1 glycosidic linkages, the degree of polymerization usually being a mixture of 2-60 fructose units. Inulin as prebiotics and water-soluble dietary fiber can not be digested and decomposed by various digestive enzymes, and is fermented by intestinal flora in colon, so as to reduce intestinal pH, shorten intestinal transport time, increase feces volume, increase feces water content, feces frequency and quality, and improve constipation. Multiple double-blind random control experiments show that 15-20g of inulin can improve intestinal function and relieve constipation; can also promote the health of the digestive system by stimulating the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon, thereby improving the intestinal microecological balance; in addition, inulin can promote calcium absorption, thereby maintaining the toughness of bones. Inulin is approved as a new resource food in China, the eating amount is less than or equal to 15g/d, and the inulin can be used for various foods except infant food.
Polydextrose (polydextrose) is a polysaccharide of randomly cross-linked glucose comprising all glycosidic linkages such as alpha and beta (1-2), beta (1-3), beta (1-4), beta (1-6) glycosidic linkages, and predominantly beta (1-6) glycosidic linkages, having an average degree of polymerization greater than 12 and a molecular weight greater than 2000. Polydextrose as a water-soluble dietary fiber can shorten the emptying time of food in stomach, promote the secretion of digestive juice, facilitate the digestion and absorption of nutrient substances, shorten the time of feces passing through intestinal tract, promote the movement of intestinal tract, and enhance the osmotic pressure of colon, so as to dilute the concentration of harmful substances in stomach and intestine and promote them to be discharged out of body. According to the literature report, the consumption amount of polydextrose in the population test is about 8-12 g. In addition, glucose is an effective prebiotic, and after being taken into human body, the prebiotic is beneficial to the propagation of beneficial bacteria (bifidobacteria and lactobacilli) in intestinal tract, and inhibits harmful bacteria such as clostridium and bacteroides; it also has effects in promoting mineral absorption and regulating blood lipid. The polydextrose as dietary fiber ingredient of health food can be directly administered in the form of capsule, tablet, oral liquid, granule, etc., with a dosage of 5-15 g/d. The recommended dosage of prebiotics is 4-12g/d effective in improving intestinal function
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), also called oligofructose or fructo-oligosaccharide, are a mixture of short-chain and medium-and long-chain beta-D-fructans (fructans) and fructosyl (frucosyl) units connected by beta-2, 1 glycosidic bonds to form a degree of polymerization of 2-9. The fructo-oligosaccharide is mainly derived from plants such as chicory, onion, banana, garlic and leek. The fructo-oligosaccharide can be decomposed and fermented by intestinal flora to produce organic acid, lower intestinal pH, stimulate colon movement, and change the condition of diluting feces and promoting defecation. A plurality of clinical tests show that the fructo-oligosaccharide can improve the defecation effect of infants and the elderly. The fructo-oligosaccharide can stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria in colon, thereby improving intestinal microecological balance, and inhibiting the generation of harmful substances such as amine, hydrogen sulfide, indole, phenol, etc., to promote the health of digestive system. In addition, it also has mineral absorption promoting and dental caries resisting effects.
Stachyose is the most rarely-available tetrameric oligosaccharide in prebiotics, and is a tetrasaccharide consisting of 1 molecule of alpha-glucose, 1 molecule of beta-fructose and 2 molecules of alpha-galactose, and the simple structure is expressed as fructose-glucose-galactose. It is functional oligosaccharide which is naturally present in the plant of stachys of Labiatae and can obviously promote the multiplication of beneficial flora in human intestinal tract, and is known as natural super strong bifidus factor. Generally, 0.5-3g of the product can promote the proliferation of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in intestinal tract. Compared with other oligosaccharides, stachyose has the outstanding advantages of pure nature, definite structure, good stability, low dosage and no side effect, and is water-soluble dietary fiber with natural property. As a single prebiotic, stachyose can proliferate bifidus factor at a rate 40 times faster; stachyose can improve gastrointestinal function by using as soluble dietary fiber and increasing Bacillus bifidus, shorten food retention time in intestinal tract, increase water content, and inhibit growth of putrefying bacteria. The human body is lack of alpha-D-galactosidase for hydrolyzing stachyose, so that stachyose is not easy to digest, can be directly utilized by probiotics such as bifidobacterium and the like in the large intestine of human, promotes the growth and the reproduction of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacterium and the like, improves intestinal flora, and further relieves intestinal diseases such as diarrhea, constipation, colitis and the like.
The invention provides the composite prebiotics which is safe and reliable and has the function of relaxing bowel based on the functional characteristics and effective dose of the 4 prebiotics and can be used for preventing or improving constipation in various age groups, and all components are natural substances beneficial to human bodies, so that no side effect is generated.
The invention selects 4 common prebiotics, namely inulin, polydextrose, fructo-oligosaccharide and stachyose, wherein the inulin, polydextrose and fructo-oligosaccharide can also be used as water-soluble dietary fibers. The functional sugar prebiotics have various types and complex structures, the basic chemical composition of the prebiotics depends on the composition of each monosaccharide molecule, the monosaccharide composition and the composition are different, the polymerization degree is different, the physicochemical property is different, and the physiological effect is also very different. The advantages of the compounding of various prebiotics can be complemented, and the action disadvantage of single prebiotics is avoided.
The advantages of the composite prebiotics of the invention are as follows:
1. the polymerization degree range is wide: the formula contains prebiotics or water-soluble dietary fibers with different polymerization degrees, monosaccharide (stachyose), oligosaccharide (fructo-oligosaccharide) and polysaccharide (polydextrose and inulin), on one hand, the prebiotics or the water-soluble dietary fibers can play an all-round role in the whole intestinal tract, on the other hand, gradient utilization is formed, a more lasting effect is brought, and intestinal tract side effects caused by rapid fermentation of small-molecular prebiotics, such as flatulence and diarrhea, are avoided.
2. The prebiotics are abundant in variety: the formula contains 4 prebiotics, and can prevent or relieve constipation from multiple aspects such as increasing intestinal tract mechanical stimulation, promoting peristalsis, shortening feces time, increasing satiety, reducing intestinal tract pH and the like. Can avoid the disadvantages of single dietary fiber such as single function of intestinal tract, weak function of relaxing bowels, easy discomfort of intestinal tract, constipation tolerance, etc.
3. The total amount of dietary fiber is sufficient: the fructo-oligosaccharide, polydextrose and inulin in the formula can be used as prebiotics and water-soluble dietary fiber. According to the report of the condition of residents and chronic diseases in 2012, the intake of dietary fiber of each standard person in China is 10.8g/d, and the suitable intake of the dietary fiber is 25-30g/d, so that the daily intake of the composite prebiotics is 10-20g, the recommended dosage is about 15g, and the deficiency of daily dietary fiber is supplemented.
4. The invention also discovers that the 4 prebiotics have synergistic effect in the aspect of treating constipation, and the treatment effect of the prebiotics is obviously better than that of one or more prebiotics used independently.
5. The solubility and the palatability of the product are greatly improved.
