Abstract
本发明涉及一种制备蚯蚓干的方法,包括以下几个步骤:S1、将蚯蚓与泥土分离,用高压水枪冲洗,得到表面干净的蚯蚓;S2、将步骤S1得到的蚯蚓放置到5%的盐水中,浸泡1‑3分钟,将蚯蚓捞出,待蚯蚓排掉肠道内的杂物后,继续用高压水枪冲洗;S3、将步骤S2冲洗后的蚯蚓放置到10%的盐水中,持续15‑30分钟,然后将蚯蚓捞出,得到脱水后的纯净蚯蚓;S4:将步骤S3中纯净蚯蚓用干燥的布擦拭后放置到晒床上,一遍晾晒一遍翻动;S5:检测步骤S4中的蚯蚓含水量,当蚯蚓的含水量低于10%的时候,装袋蚯蚓,并放置到充满氮气的包装袋中。该方法能够迅速将蚯蚓脱水,并能够保存较长时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蚯蚓干的制备方法。
背景技术
蚯蚓是常见的一种陆生环节动物,生活在土壤中,昼伏夜出,以畜禽粪便和有机废物垃圾为食,连同泥土一同吞入,也摄食植物的茎叶等碎片。蚯蚓可使土壤疏松、改良土壤、提高肥力,促进农业增产。
蚯蚓富含蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物,粗蛋白含量高达72%,并含有人体所需的氨基酸、维生素和微量元素。蚯蚓不仅能作动物性饲料及生产药品和化妆品,而且可以供人食用。蚯蚓食品在我国台湾及东南亚、美国和加拿大等国极为畅销。蚯蚓粪是一种很好的生物肥,含有丰富的氮、磷、钾、腐殖质、有机质及镁、硼、镍、锰等作物所需的微量元素,是水果、花卉、蔬菜和苗圃的廉价高效肥料。
蚯蚓的保鲜运输比较麻烦,一般制作成蚯蚓干,现有的蚯蚓干的制备一般都为简单的晒制,而该方法制得的蚯蚓干并不干净。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种蚯蚓干的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种制备蚯蚓干的方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将蚯蚓与泥土分离,用高压水枪冲洗,得到表面干净的蚯蚓;
S2、将步骤S1得到的蚯蚓放置到5%的盐水中,浸泡1-3分钟,将蚯蚓捞出,待蚯蚓排掉肠道内的杂物后,继续用高压水枪冲洗;
S3、将步骤S2冲洗后的蚯蚓放置到10%的盐水中,持续15-30分钟,然后将蚯蚓捞出,得到脱水后的纯净蚯蚓;
S4:将步骤S3中纯净蚯蚓用干燥的布擦拭后放置到晒床上,一遍晾晒一遍翻动;
S5:检测步骤S4中的蚯蚓含水量,当蚯蚓的含水量低于10%的时候,装袋蚯蚓,并放置到充满氮气的包装袋中。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,所述蚯蚓位于50目的筛网中清洗,所述筛网用于收集泥土。
进一步的,所述步骤S3中,通过滤网捞出蚯蚓,同时用大功率吹风机朝向滤网吹风。
进一步的,所述步骤S4中每隔10分钟翻动蚯蚓一次,同时环境温度大于30摄氏度。
进一步的,所述晒床为塑料晒床。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
(1)本方法在制备蚯蚓干的过程中首先将蚯蚓放置在50目的筛网中用高压水枪冲洗,能够收集蚯蚓身体上的泥土,而蚯蚓身上的泥土均为蚯蚓饲料,节省了成本;
(2)本方法通过5%的盐水浸泡蚯蚓,能够将蚯蚓体内的杂质给排除;
(3)本方法通过10%的盐水浸泡蚯蚓,一是能够是的蚯蚓脱水,二是能够是的蚯蚓体内含有盐,在蚯蚓变成蚯蚓干之后,体内的盐能够使得蚯蚓保存较长的时间。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种制备蚯蚓干的方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将蚯蚓与泥土分离,用高压水枪冲洗,得到表面干净的蚯蚓;
S2、将步骤S1得到的蚯蚓放置到5%的盐水中,浸泡1-3分钟,将蚯蚓捞出,待蚯蚓排掉肠道内的杂物后,继续用高压水枪冲洗;
S3、将步骤S2冲洗后的蚯蚓放置到10%的盐水中,持续15-30分钟,然后将蚯蚓捞出,得到脱水后的纯净蚯蚓;
S4:将步骤S3中纯净蚯蚓用干燥的布擦拭后放置到晒床上,一遍晾晒一遍翻动;
S5:检测步骤S4中的蚯蚓含水量,当蚯蚓的含水量低于10%的时候,装袋蚯蚓,并放置到充满氮气的包装袋中。

Claims (5)
1.一种制备蚯蚓干的方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将蚯蚓与泥土分离,用高压水枪冲洗,得到表面干净的蚯蚓;
S2、将步骤S1得到的蚯蚓放置到5%的盐水中,浸泡1-3分钟,将蚯蚓捞出,待蚯蚓排掉肠道内的杂物后,继续用高压水枪冲洗;
S3、将步骤S2冲洗后的蚯蚓放置到10%的盐水中,持续15-30分钟,然后将蚯蚓捞出,得到脱水后的纯净蚯蚓;
S4:将步骤S3中纯净蚯蚓用干燥的布擦拭后放置到晒床上,一遍晾晒一遍翻动;
S5:检测步骤S4中的蚯蚓含水量,当蚯蚓的含水量低于10%的时候,装袋蚯蚓,并放置到充满氮气的包装袋中。
