Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性瓷砖粘合剂,包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:丙烯酸丁酯20‑35%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20‑30%、过硫酸铵0.1‑0.5%、二乙烯基苯1‑4%、乳化剂OP‑10 0.1‑0.5%、丙烯酸0.5‑2%、聚甲基丙烯酸钠0.5‑3%、余量为水;本发明水性瓷砖粘合剂的制备工艺简单、易于操作,制得的水性瓷砖粘合剂具有很强的双向渗透性,粘结力强,可有效解决瓷砖、大理石等上墙贴合后造成空鼓、脱落的问题。

Description

一种水性瓷砖粘合剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及粘合剂技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种水性瓷砖粘合剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着建筑业的快速发展,用于粘贴瓷砖、面砖、地砖等装饰材料的瓷砖粘合剂被大量应用于内外墙面、地面、浴室、厨房等建筑的饰面装饰场所。由于现有的瓷砖粘合剂大多属于刚性材料,导致水泥砂浆在成型后与瓷砖之间没有足够的附着力,在外部环境(如温度变化、地基或墙体下沉、裂缝、外力作用等)的影响下产生不同的应力和细微的移动,极易使瓷砖与贴合面之间失去原有的粘结力,导致空鼓甚至瓷砖脱落的现象产生,不仅影响了建筑物的环境美观,还有可能威胁到人们的人身安全,存在严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有强粘结力的水性瓷砖粘合剂,本发明的另一目的在于提供该水性瓷砖粘合剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水性瓷砖粘合剂,包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:
丙烯酸丁酯  20-35%
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 20-30%
二乙烯基苯 1-4%
乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.5%
丙烯酸 0.5-2%
聚甲基丙烯酸钠 0.5-3%
过硫酸铵 0.1-0.5%
水 余量。
本发明还提供了上述水性瓷砖粘合剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比,将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯基苯、乳化剂OP-10、丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸钠与80%重量份的水加入预乳化釜,强力搅拌使单体充分乳化,制得预乳化液,称量出其中的15%作为反应液A备用;
(2)取适量的水将过硫酸铵配制成浓度为10-12%的水溶液,并称量出其中的15%作为反应液B备用;
(3)将反应液A和剩余量的水加入聚合釜,在聚合釜升温至75℃时,向釜内加入反应液B,当料液开始微微发蓝时,表明聚合反应开始;
(4)保持温度在75℃,向釜内同时滴加剩余的预乳化液和过硫酸铵溶液,控制滴加时间为4-5小时,并使过硫酸铵溶液滴加速度慢于预乳化液滴加速度,当过硫酸铵溶液全部滴加完成后,升温至90℃保持1-2小时,降温至40℃以下过滤出料,即得水性瓷砖粘合剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明水性瓷砖粘合剂的优点在于:
1、乳液型粘合剂,具有很强的双向渗透性,粘结力强,可有效预防因墙体轻微蠕动或气候变化造成的瓷砖空鼓、脱落等现象。
2、防水效果好,相比一般的水泥砂浆和现有的瓷砖胶,本发明水性瓷砖粘合剂具有优异的防水性能。
3、耐候性、耐老化、抗冻融,具有良好的与酸、碱性材料的适应性和亲和性。
4、制备方法简单,安全环保,施工方便,5公斤可处理50m2粘贴面积,节约成本。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。

上述各实施例的制备方法均按如下步骤进行:
(1)按配比,将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯基苯、乳化剂OP-10、丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸钠与80%重量份的水加入预乳化釜,强力搅拌使单体充分乳化,制得预乳化液,称量出其中的15%作为反应液A备用;
(2)取适量的水将过硫酸铵配制成浓度为10-12%的水溶液,并称量出其中的15%作为反应液B备用;
(3)将反应液A和剩余量的水加入聚合釜,在聚合釜升温至75℃时,向釜内加入反应液B,当料液开始微微发蓝时,表明聚合反应开始;
(4)保持温度在75℃,向釜内同时滴加剩余的预乳化液和过硫酸铵溶液,控制滴加时间为4-5小时,并使过硫酸铵溶液滴加速度慢于预乳化液滴加速度,当过硫酸铵溶液全部滴加完成后,升温至90℃保持1-2小时,降温至40℃以下过滤出料,即得水性瓷砖粘合剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种水性瓷砖粘合剂,其特征在于:包括以下按重量百分比计的组分:
丙烯酸丁酯  20-35%
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 20-30%
二乙烯基苯 1-4%
乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.5%
丙烯酸 0.5-2%
聚甲基丙烯酸钠 0.5-3%
过硫酸铵 0.1-0.5%
水 余量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的水性瓷砖粘合剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配比,将丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯基苯、乳化剂OP-10、丙烯酸、聚甲基丙烯酸钠与80%重量份的水加入预乳化釜,强力搅拌使单体充分乳化,制得预乳化液,称量出其中的15%作为反应液A备用;
(2)取适量的水将过硫酸铵配制成浓度为10-12%的水溶液,并称量出其中的15%作为反应液B备用;
(3)将反应液A和剩余量的水加入聚合釜,在聚合釜升温至75℃时,向釜内加入反应液B,当料液开始微微发蓝时,表明聚合反应开始;
