为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种防油性能好、耐高温、耐腐蚀的橡胶。
一种防油橡胶,该防油橡胶包括下述重量份数的组分:氯醇橡胶70-150、氟硅橡胶60-180、纳米氧化锌3-12、硬脂酸2-7炭黑N10013-48、石蜡3-7、古马隆树脂3-18、硫磺1-11、防老剂2-5、碳酸钙2-7、羟基硅油3-6、氢硅油3-5、白炭黑3-5、二甲基硅油4-5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-7、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2-3、2-硫醇基咪唑啉2-7。

1.一种防油橡胶,其特征在于,所述的防油橡胶包括下述重量份数的组分:氯醇橡胶70-150、氟硅橡胶60-180、纳米氧化锌3-12、硬脂酸2-7炭黑N100 13-48、石蜡3-7、古马隆树脂3-18、硫磺1-11、防老剂2-5、碳酸钙2-7、羟基硅油3-6、氢硅油3-5、白炭黑3-5、二甲基硅油4-5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-7、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌2-3、2-硫醇基咪唑啉2-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种防油橡胶,其特征在于,所述的防老剂为N-苯基-1-苯胺、N,N’-二苯基对苯二胺,两者的重量份数比为3∶1;石蜡中包括低熔点石蜡、高熔点石蜡,低熔点石蜡与高熔点石蜡的重量份数比为1∶3。
