Abstract
本发明关于一种木刷柄平面双磨机,将砂纸分别粘在两平面轮上,两平面轮垂直安装,两平面轮的面保持平行,转动方向相反,两平面轮之间装有定位支架;只要将两平面轮间的间隙调到所需的位置,将木刷柄从进料放入,出来后木刷柄两表面的毛刺就会被打光,表面的光度可通过改变砂纸细度及电动机的速度来确定,整个结构合理,安全可靠,便于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木刷柄机,尤其是木制刷柄的制造机器。
背景技术
目前市场上木制刷柄已在工业上广泛使用,木制刷柄比塑料刷柄优点在于不污染环境,有利于回收。木制刷柄在制造过程中要进行刨面、纤面、打磨等工艺,现有技术的打磨机是单面平面打磨机,对木制刷柄的打磨是人工将刷柄的一面磨好后再进行另一面打磨,而整个操作过程全部握在手里进行,及不安全,一不小心会将手磨伤,劳动效率得不到提高。
发明内容:
针对现有单面平面打磨机所存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种木刷柄平面双磨机,将砂纸分别粘在两平面轮上,两平面轮垂直安装,两平面轮的面保持平行,转动方向相反,两平面轮之间装有定位支架。
本发明是这样实现的:一种木刷柄平面双磨机,其包括有:机脚(1)、电动机(2)、电动机(21)、平面轮(5)、平面轮(51)、砂纸(6)、砂纸(61)、定位支架(7)、皮带轮(4)、皮带轮(41)、皮带(3)、皮带(31)、进料口(8)组成,其特征在于:所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)平行并留间隙后垂直安装在机脚(1)上,所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别粘有砂纸(6)及砂纸(61),所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别装有皮带轮(4)及皮带轮(41)后通过皮带(3)及皮带(31)由电动机(2)及电动机(21)带动,所述定位支架(7)夹装在平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)之间,定位支架(7)形成一进料口(8),定位支架(7)与机脚(1)固定。
本发明的优点是:只要将两平面轮间的间隙调到所需的位置,将木刷柄从进料放入,出来后木刷柄两表面的毛刺就会被打光,表面的光度可通过改变砂纸细度及电动机的速度来确定,整个结构合理,安全可靠,便于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步详细说明实施方式和工作原理:
参见附图1:平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)平行并留间隙后垂直安装在机脚(1)上,平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别粘有砂纸(6)及砂纸(61),砂纸的粗与细可根据木刷柄的平面要求来选定,平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别装有皮带轮(4)及皮带轮(41)后通过皮带(3)及皮带(31)由电动机(2)及电动机(21)带动,电动机(2)与电动机(21)的转向相反,定位支架(7)夹装在平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)之间,定位支架(7)形成一进料口(8),定位支架(7)与机脚(1)固定,打开电源电动机(2)与电动机(21)相反方向转动,通过皮带轮(4)及皮带轮(41)分别带动平面轮(5)及平面轮(51)相反方向转动,这时将木刷柄由进料口(8)放入,木刷柄两表面的毛刺将被打磨掉,就达到产品加工要求。

1.一种木刷柄平面双磨机,其包括有:机脚(1)、电动机(2)、电动机(21)、平面轮(5)、平面轮(51)、砂纸(6)、砂纸(61)、定位支架(7)、皮带轮(4)、皮带轮(41)、皮带(3)、皮带(31)、进料口(8)组成,其特征在于:所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)平行并留间隙后垂直安装在机脚(1)上,所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别粘有砂纸(6)及砂纸(61),所述平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)分别装有皮带轮(4)及皮带轮(41)后通过皮带(3)及皮带(31)由电动机(2)及电动机(21)带动,所述定位支架(7)夹装在平面轮(5)与平面轮(51)之间,定位支架(7)形成一进料口(8),定位支架(7)与机脚(1)固定。
