本发明公开了一种抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，自上而下依次为：抗紫外耐磨层、第一实心PVC层、发泡PVC层和第二实心PVC层，所述抗紫外耐磨层、第一实心PVC层、发泡PVC层和第二实心PVC层采用涂敷工艺和热压工艺生产而成；通过在发泡PVC层的上方设置第一实心PVC层，下方设置第二实心PVC层，利用第一实心PVC层和第二实心PVC层来实现运动地板的防水作用，达到实现运动地板防水和延长运动地板使用寿命的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及运动地板生产领域，具体涉及抗紫外耐磨型运动地板。
背景技术
运动地板是以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料，加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料，在片状连续基材上，经涂敷工艺或经压延、挤出或挤压工艺生产而成的一种地板。现有技术中，运动地板损坏一般都是由渗水造成的，如何防止渗水在运动地板是急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提出了抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，以达到实现运动地板防水的目的。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：
一种抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，自上而下依次为：抗紫外耐磨层、第一实心PVC层、发泡PVC层和第二实心PVC层，所述抗紫外耐磨层、第一实心PVC层、发泡PVC层和第二实心PVC层采用涂敷工艺和热压工艺生产而成。
本发明具有如下优点：
本发明提供了一种抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，通过在发泡PVC层的上方设置第一实心PVC层，下方设置第二实心PVC层，利用第一实心PVC层和第二实心PVC层来实现运动地板的防水作用，达到实现运动地板防水和延长运动地板使用寿命的目的。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明提供了抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，其工作原理是通过在发泡PVC层的上方设置第一实心PVC层，下方设置第二实心PVC层，利用第一实心PVC层和第二实心PVC层来实现运动地板的防水作用，达到实现运动地板防水和延长运动地板使用寿命的目的。
下面结合实施例和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，自上而下依次为：抗紫外耐磨层1、第一实心PVC层2、发泡PVC层3和第二实心PVC层4，所述抗紫外耐磨层、第一实心PVC层、发泡PVC层和第二实心PVC层采用涂敷工艺和热压工艺生产而成。抗紫外耐磨层使运动地板具有抗紫外和抗氧化的作用，延长了运动地板的使用寿命。
通过以上的方式，本发明所提供的抗紫外耐磨型运动地板，通过在发泡PVC层的上方设置第一实心PVC层，下方设置第二实心PVC层，利用第一实心PVC层和第二实心PVC层来实现运动地板的防水作用，达到实现运动地板防水和延长运动地板使用寿命的目的。
以上所述的仅是本发明所公开的抗紫外耐磨型运动地板的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
