Abstract

一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其按重量百份比由以下组分组成:(a)染料1-10%;(b)保湿剂10-15%;(c)除垢剂1-5%;(d)杀菌剂0.2-1%;(e)pH值控制剂1-5%;(f)渗透剂0.5-5%;(g)其余量为去离子水。本发明还公开了一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水生产工艺,包括步骤:(A)将染料、保湿剂、除垢剂、杀菌剂、pH值控制剂、渗透剂、去离子水在常温下混合,充分搅拌0.5-1小时,得混合溶液;(B)将混合溶液在温度50-70℃下静置24-48小时熟化,得熟化混合溶液;(C)熟化混合溶液依次经过1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,得到最终产物。本发明中的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,既可以应用在纸张打印中,也可以做为纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水。

纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨墨水及其生产方法,尤其是涉及一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水及其生产工艺。
背景技术
喷墨印花在纺织工业中已经使用多年,该方法能够省去印花网版的制作,因而能够节省大量时间和成本,尤其对于多变的花样造型情况,能够很明显地在更短时间内达到所要求的变化。
将喷墨墨水应用在纺织品工业中,墨水的稳定性、色牢度、水洗牢度、以及水解度都需要满足较高的要求,现有纺织品工业中使用墨水多为活性染料墨水、酸性染料或分散染料,其中活性染料PH值容易升高,在水中易发生水解或醇解,从而降低了纺织品印花的色牢度,一般有效期不超过三个月,过期其色牢度下降,易褪色,墨水容易分解,不能长期保存,另外由于多含有杂质,容易阻塞喷头。
美国专利第5603756号公开了一种纺织品印花的墨水,其包含至少一种反应性染料、一种多元醇、与水,其中该墨水还包括一种由反应性染料和多元醇反应的产物,但由于该纺织品印花的墨水未使用合适的组合物,所以其上色力度和色牢度并不佳。
美国专利第6015454号公开了一种墨水,包含至少一种反应性染料、以及1,2-丙二醇或N-甲基-2-吡咯酮,该专利改善了上色力度和色牢度的问题,但对于长时间保存、不易损害喷头等方面,仍有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的以上不足,提供一种色牢度高、水洗牢度高,储存时间长,不易阻塞喷头的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水的生产工艺。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下方案实现:一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其按重量百份比由以下组分组成:
染料1-10%;
保湿剂10-15%;
除垢剂1-5%;
杀菌剂0.2-1%;
PH值控制剂1-5%;
渗透剂0.5-5%;
其余量为去离子水。
优选地是所述的染料为活性染料。
优选地是所述的保湿剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇、乙醇、PEG中的至少一种。
优选地是所述的除垢剂为异丙醇、2-吡咯烷酮、NMP中的至少一种。
优选地是所述的杀菌剂为D-7。
优选地是所述的PH值控制剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氢氧化胺中的至少一种。
优选地是所述的渗透剂为NP-10、NP-15中的至少一种。
优选地是所述的去离子水为去除铜、铁、铬、锰金属离子和Cl-、SO4 2-后的水。
一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水的生产工艺,包括步骤:
(A)将染料、保湿剂、除垢剂、杀菌剂、PH值控制剂、渗透剂、去离子水在常温下混合,充分搅拌0.5-1小时,得混合溶液;
(B)将混合溶液在温度50-70℃下静置24-48小时熟化,得熟化混合溶液;
(C)熟化混合溶液依次经过1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,得到最终产物。
本发明中提供的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,可应用到微压电、热发泡打印机;所含盐分等杂质少,电导率低,不易损害喷头;而且可以保持一定的PH值,不易发生水解,可长时间储存;其固色率、水洗牢度、日晒牢度均可达到较高技术要求;不含芳香胺等偶氮染料,对人体安全,符合国家标准-GB18401。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
按重量百分比包括以下组分,黑色活性染料8%,活性染料(橙)0.5%,乙二醇10%,NMP2%,D-70.5%,三乙醇咹1.5%,NP-101%,其余为去离子水。
将以上组分混合,充分搅拌0.6小时,得混合溶液,混合溶液在温度55℃下静置24小时熟化,得熟化溶液,将熟化溶液分别用1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,可制得纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水。
实施例2:
活性染料(艳红)3%,丙三醇10%,2-吡咯烷酮5%,异丙醇5%,D-70.5%,三乙醇咹1%,NP-151.5%,其余量为去离子水。
将以上组分混合,充分搅拌0.7小时,得混合溶液,混合溶液在温度60℃下静置30小时熟化,得熟化溶液,将熟化溶液分别用1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,可制得纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水。
实施例3:
活性染料(翠兰)5%,丙三醇15%,异丙醇5%,2-吡咯烷酮1%,二乙醇咹2%,D-70.7%,NP-152%,其余量为去离子水。
将以上组分混合,充分搅拌0.8小时,得混合溶液,混合溶液在温度65℃下静置35小时熟化,得熟化溶液,将熟化溶液分别用1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,可制得纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水。
以上实施例中的各组分,均可通过市场购买获得。

1.一种纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于,按重量百份比由以下组分组成:
(a)染料1-10%;
(b)保湿剂10-15%;
(c)除垢剂1-5%;
(d)杀菌剂0.2-1%;
(e)PH值控制剂1-5%;
(f)渗透剂0.5-5%;
(g)去离子水其余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的染料为活性染料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的保湿剂为乙二醇、二乙二醇、丙三醇、乙醇、PEG中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的除垢剂为异丙醇、2-吡咯烷酮、NMP中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂为D-7。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的PH值控制剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氢氧化胺中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的渗透剂为NP-10、NP-15中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水,其特征在于:所述的去离子水为去除铜、铁、铬、锰金属离子和Cl-、SO4 2-后的水。
9.一种权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花活性染料喷墨墨水的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(A)将染料、保湿剂、除垢剂、杀菌剂、PH值控制剂、渗透剂、去离子水在常温下混合,充分搅拌0.5-1小时,得混合溶液;
(B)将混合溶液在温度50-70℃静置24-48小时熟化,得熟化混合溶液;
(C)熟化混合溶液依次经过1微米、0.5微米、0.22微米滤膜过滤,得到最终产物。
