本发明涉及一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋,属于家用洗涤技术领域。
背景技术
各种经过染色后的衣物在洗涤过程中往往会发生掉色的情况,而不同颜色的衣物在混合洗涤后极易发生掉色后混染的情况,尤其是在用洗衣机洗衣的时候,一方面容易发生不同颜色衣物混染,另一方面还容易发生衣物之间搅拧打结的情况,洗后的衣服会出现被染色和被拉扯变形的情况。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋,可减少衣服掉色,并阻止染料进入洗涤体系中,并可防止衣物搅拧。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋,其特征在于,包括吸色无纺布制成的洗衣袋,所述洗衣袋开口处设置有抽绳或拉链,所述吸色无纺布包括依次设置的抗菌层、无纺布层和吸色层,所述吸色层涂布在无纺布层外层,所述抗菌层涂布在吸色层内层。
进一步的,所述无纺布层包括水刺无纺布,所述水刺无纺布上遍布压制成型的网孔。
进一步的,所述吸色层包括活性固体阳离子醚化剂和非水溶性胶粘剂。
进一步的,所述抗菌层包括抗菌剂、成膜剂和水溶性胶粘剂。
进一步的,所述水溶性粘胶剂包括黄原胶。,所述。
进一步的,水刺无纺布在洗衣液成分溶液中经浸渍、甩干、烘干后制得。
进一步的,所述洗衣液成分溶液由以下质量百分比组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%~15%.,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚6%~9%.,羟乙基纤维素3%~5%.,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺20%~30%.,香精油0.3%~0.5%.,余量为水。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为中药抗菌剂,按以下重量份数中药提取脱色,精制制得粉剂:黄芩5%~10%、当归2%~5%、白芷6%~10%、蛇床子5%~10%、黄柏2%~5%、野菊花5%~10%、鱼腥草2%~10%和黄藤3%~10%。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明的提供一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋包括无纺布层、吸色层和抗菌层,无纺布洗衣袋本身可防止不同衣服在洗衣机洗涤过程中发生搅拧的情况;无纺布成本低廉,在洗涤完成后,将衣物从洗衣袋内取出,将洗衣袋丢弃即可,使用方便,因此,本发明所提供的一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋,可有效防止衣物洗涤时的脱色、串色、拉扯变形,并且方便易用;抗菌层具有解毒止痒,杀虫消炎的效果,对于抑制真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌均具有明显的抑制或杀灭作用,使洗衣同时具有杀菌的作用,而且本品无毒、无副作用,不污染环境。

一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋,其特征在于,包括吸色无纺布制成的洗衣袋,所述洗衣袋开口处设置有抽绳或拉链,所述吸色无纺布包括依次设置的抗菌层、无纺布层和吸色层,所述吸色层涂布在无纺布层外层,所述抗菌层涂布在吸色层内层,所述无纺布层包括水刺无纺布,所述水刺无纺布上遍布压制成型的网孔,所述吸色层包括活性固体阳离子醚化剂和非水溶性胶粘剂,所述抗菌层包括抗菌剂、成膜剂和水溶性胶粘剂,所述水溶性粘胶剂包括黄原胶。,所述,水刺无纺布在洗衣液成分溶液中经浸渍、甩干、烘干后制得,所述洗衣液成分溶液由以下质量百分比组成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10%~15%.,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚6%~9%.,羟乙基纤维素3%~5%.,椰油酸单乙醇酰胺20%~30%.,香精油0.3%~0.5%.,余量为水,本配方提高了洗衣袋的洗涤能力。
所述抗菌剂为中药抗菌剂,按以下重量份数中药提取脱色,精制制得粉剂:黄芩5%~10%、当归2%~5%、白芷6%~10%、蛇床子5%~10%、黄柏2%~5%、野菊花5%~10%、鱼腥草2%~10%和黄藤20%~30%,其中黄藤对柯氏表皮癣菌等多种真菌具有不同程度的抑制作用,对白色念珠菌浅部或深部感染均有良好的疗效,对于妇科炎症也有很好的疗效。
本发明的提供一种抗菌吸色洗衣袋包括无纺布层、吸色层和抗菌层,在洗涤时将可能会发生掉色的衣物装入吸色洗衣袋中,再放入洗衣机内进行正常洗涤;洗涤时当水通过无纺布层进入洗衣袋内之后,无纺布层中的洗衣液成分溶液溶出,可以增加洗涤效果,洗的更干净,抗菌层发生溶解,使抗菌剂溶解在水中,并附着在洗衣袋中的衣服上,具有抗菌的作用,吸色层阻止染料进入洗涤体系中,从而减少对洗衣机中其他衣物染色的情况;此外,无纺布洗衣袋本身可防止不同衣服在洗衣机洗涤过程中发生搅拧的情况;无纺布成本低廉,在洗涤完成后,将衣物从洗衣袋内取出,将洗衣袋丢弃即可,使用方便。
