本发明提出了一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶40~60份、水分散型醇酸树脂20~30份、纳米纤维素凝胶2~6份、铟锡负载银杀菌剂3~6份、分散剂1~2份、流平剂3~6份、增稠剂5~10份、消泡剂0.5~2份及去离子水40~60份,其中,铟锡负载银杀菌剂主要由硝酸银、氯化铟与四氯化锡制备而成。该涂料抗菌性能优异、环保无毒、附着力强、柔韧性优异、耐磨性好及耐化学介质性优异。

Description

环保型抗菌水性木器涂料
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,涉及一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料。
背景技术
2015年5月国家出台了史上最严环保法——《木质家具制造业大气污染物排放标准》,其中针对木质家具制造业大气污染物排放的控制要求,并于7月1日进入标准规定的第一阶段。新标准规定木质家具中所含苯颗粒物最高允许排放浓度的规定限值要大幅降低。如果家具企业不对生产线进行改造,仍然使用油性漆,而不使用污染物排放水平更低的水性漆,则其产品很难符合新标准的要求,最终导致无法在市场上销售。
中国涂料工业协会公布的数据显示,中国涂装业每年向大气排放的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)总量约计430万吨,其中油性漆占比约为98%,水性漆占比约为2%,由此可见,水性漆的环保优势明显。进一步,国家提出用2-3年时间内要求油改水,水性涂料将全面取代溶剂型涂料。深圳相继出台了全面禁售严重危害市民身体健康的溶剂型涂料。相信,水性环保涂料迎来了它的春天。与油性漆相比,水性漆是以水进行分散,稀释的涂料,特点是环保无毒,不易燃烧,不含苯甲醛等致癌物质和重金属。
然而,聚氨酯具有较高的拉伸强度和抗冲击强度以及优异的耐磨性,但水性聚氨酯具有许多亲水基团,因而耐水性差,而且成本高。环氧树脂具有优异的基材粘附性、耐化学腐蚀性,但具有耐候性、性脆的缺陷。这些单一的水性树脂研制的水性木器涂料无法达到人们对高品质的要求。
发明内容
本发明提出一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,该涂料抗菌性能优异、环保无毒、附着力强、柔韧性优异、耐磨性好及耐化学介质性优异。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶40~60份、水分散型醇酸树脂20~30份、纳米纤维素凝胶2~6份、铟锡负载银杀菌剂3~6份、分散剂1~2份、流平剂3~6份、增稠剂5~10份、消泡剂0.5~2份及去离子水40~60份,其中,铟锡负载银杀菌剂主要由硝酸银、氯化铟与四氯化锡制备而成。
优选地,所述铟锡负载银杀菌剂的制备方法为:
将硝酸银溶于的水中,然后滴加三氯化铟溶液与四氯化锡溶液,搅拌均匀后,加入尿素,逐步升温至60℃~80℃进行沉淀,沉淀结束后进行水洗,然后再以20~30℃/h升温至500~600℃,保温30~50min,再以80~100℃/h升温至700~900℃,保温3~5小时,即可获得铟锡负载银杀菌剂。
进一步,三氯化铟溶液的浓度为100~150g/L,四氯化锡的浓度为100~150g/L。
优选地,所述分散剂选自为月桂醇硫酸钠、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠与甘胆酸钠中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷与聚酯改性有机硅氧烷中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类非离子缔合型增稠剂。
优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅的乳液。
本发明的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)称取丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶、水分散型醇酸树脂与铟锡负载银杀菌剂混合搅拌均匀,50~80℃,反应30~60min,最后降温至室温,出料得到混合物A;
2)将分散剂及纳米纤维素凝胶加入到混合物A中搅拌均匀得到混合物B;
3)将流平剂、增稠剂、消泡剂及去离子水加入到混合物B中充分搅拌均匀,过筛网过滤,即得环保型抗菌水性木器涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料选用丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶与水分散型醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,既具有丙烯酸酯的快干、附着力好、光稳定性优异的特点,又具有环氧树脂的附着力优异以及耐腐蚀性优异的优点,还具有聚氨酯漆膜的硬度、丰满度、耐磨性及耐化学品性强以及与颜填料的相容性好的特点。最为重要的是该成膜物质与铟锡负载银杀菌剂在50~80℃作用下,提高了其抗菌性及隔热性能。抗菌效果好,耐高温,并对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌值都大于4,抗菌率达到96.5%。硬度高,耐划擦,甲醛含量低(小于1.5ppm)。
具体实施方式
实施例1
铟锡负载银杀菌剂的制备方法为:
将10g硝酸银溶于的200g水中,然后滴加150g/L三氯化铟溶液与100g/L四氯化锡溶液,搅拌均匀后,加入尿素,逐步升温至60℃进行沉淀,沉淀结束后进行水洗,然后再以20℃/h升温至500℃,保温50min,再以80℃/h升温至700℃,保温5小时,即可获得铟锡负载银杀菌剂。
实施例2
铟锡负载银杀菌剂的制备方法为:
将10g硝酸银溶于的150g水中,然后滴加100g/L三氯化铟溶液与150g/L四氯化锡溶液,搅拌均匀后,加入尿素,逐步升温至80℃进行沉淀,沉淀结束后进行水洗,然后再以30℃/h升温至600℃,保温30min,再以100℃/h升温至900℃,保温3小时,即可获得铟锡负载银杀菌剂。
实施例3
一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
有机硅改性丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶52份、水分散型醇酸树脂24份、纳米纤维素凝胶4份、实施例1的铟锡负载银杀菌剂4份、月桂醇硫酸钠1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、聚氨酯类非离子缔合型增稠剂7份及去离子水50份。
实施例4
一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
环氧改性丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶40份、水分散型醇酸树脂30份、纳米纤维素凝胶2份、实施例2的铟锡负载银杀菌剂3份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠2份、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷3份、聚氨酯类非离子缔合型增稠剂5份及去离子水60份。
实施例5
一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
芳香族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶60份、水分散型醇酸树脂20份、纳米纤维素凝胶6份、实施例2的铟锡负载银杀菌剂4份、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷6份、聚氨酯类非离子缔合型增稠剂10份及去离子水40份。
试验例
将实施例3~5的涂料进行性能检测,结果如下:

Claims (7)

1.一种环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下组分:
丙烯酸酯接枝环氧聚氨酯乳胶40~60份、水分散型醇酸树脂20~30份、纳米纤维素凝胶2~6份、铟锡负载银杀菌剂3~6份、分散剂1~2份、流平剂3~6份、增稠剂5~10份、消泡剂0.5~2份及去离子水40~60份,其中,铟锡负载银杀菌剂主要由硝酸银、氯化铟与四氯化锡制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述铟锡负载银杀菌剂的制备方法为:
将硝酸银溶于的水中,然后滴加三氯化铟溶液与四氯化锡溶液,搅拌均匀后,加入尿素,逐步升温至60℃~80℃进行沉淀,沉淀结束后进行水洗,然后再以20~30℃/h升温至500~600℃,保温30~50min,再以80~100℃/h升温至700~900℃,保温3~5小时,即可获得铟锡负载银杀菌剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,三氯化铟溶液的浓度为100~150g/L,四氯化锡的浓度为100~150g/L。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自为月桂醇硫酸钠、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸钠与甘胆酸钠中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷与聚酯改性有机硅氧烷中的一种或者多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类非离子缔合型增稠剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型抗菌水性木器涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅的乳液。
