金钱草：味苦、酸，性凉。入肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。功效：可清利湿热，通淋，消肿。抗炎，热淋，沙淋，排石;治尿涩作痛，黄疸尿赤，痈肿疔疮；慢性胆囊炎，肝胆结石，尿路结石，腹水肿胀。金钱草能清热利尿，《安徽药材》曰： “治膀胱结石。”故本品有通淋消石之功效。
柴胡：性味苦平。归经、入肝、胆经。功能主治：退热、疏肝、解郁、感冒发烧、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞，胸肋胀痛。
枳实：味苦，性寒。入脾、胃经；主要功效：枳实主治胃肠积滞，气滞湿阻，脘腹饱胀，腹痛便秘，泄痢不畅；痰湿内阻，胸腹痞满等病症。
白芍：味苦，酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。主要功效：养血柔肝，缓中止痛，敛阴收汗。治胸腹胁肋疼痛，泻痢腹痛，自汗盗汗，阴虚发热，月经不调，崩漏带下。
龙胆草：味苦寒。归肝胆二经。主治：泻火清热，泻肝胆火，用于肝火头痛、目赤耳聋、胁痛口苦、惊风抽搐等。治肝胆实火之头痛目赤，胁痛口苦；《本草纲目》记载：“性味苦，涩，大寒，无毒。主治骨间寒热、惊病邪气，继绝伤，定五脏，杀虫毒。
郁金：辛，凉。入心肺经、肝经。主要功效：行气解郁，凉血破瘀。治胸腹胁肋诸痛，失心癫狂，热病神昏，吐血，衄血，尿血，血淋，妇女倒经，黄疸。《雷公炮制药性解》：入心、肺二经。
青皮：味苦、辛，性温。归肝、胆、胃经。功能主治：疏肝破气，消积化滞的功效；治肝气郁结，胸胁疼痛，疝气痛，乳胀，乳房结块，乳痈；治胃脘胀痛，消化不良，食积痞满，久疟结癖。
山栀子：性味苦，寒。入心、肝、肺、胃经。功能主治：清热，泻火，凉血。治热病虚烦不眠，黄疸，淋病，消渴，目赤，咽痛，吐血，衄血，血痢，尿血，热毒疮疡，扭伤肿痛。《常用中草药手册》：清热解毒，凉血泻火。
云苓：味甘、淡，平。入心、脾、肾经。主要功效：利水渗湿，健脾和胃，宁心安神。治小便不利，水肿胀满，痰饮咳嗽，食少脘闷，大便泄泻，眩晕，心悸，失眠、梦遗、自浊、小便余沥。
鸡内金：味甘，平。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。主要功效：健胃消食，固精止遗，食积不化，小儿疳积，遗尿遗精，石淋。
芒硝：性味咸、苦，寒。入胃、大肠经。主要功效：泻下通便，润燥软坚，清火消肿。用于实热积滞，腹满胀痛，大便燥结，肠痈肿痛；外治乳痈，痔疮肿痛。
白叩：也称豆蔻，性辛，温。归肺、脾、胃经。主要功效：化湿消痞，行气温中，开胃消食。用于湿浊中阻，不思饮食，湿温初起，胸闷不饥，寒湿呕逆，胸腹胀痛，食积不消。

治愈：按照服药方法治疗4-7个治疗疗程后，各症状及临床体征消失，结石排出体外，已无疼痛感，其他客观检查指标基本正常；
显效：按照服药方法治疗4-7个治疗疗程后，各症状及临床体征减轻，结石部分排出，疼痛感减轻，其他客观检查指标明显改善；
无效：按照服药方法治疗4-7个治疗疗程后，疼痛感没有得到改善。
5.治疗结果：对200 余例行痹患者进行治疗观察，90 例患者取得治愈效果，96 例串者显效效果，14 例患者治疗无效；总治愈率 45%，总显效率 93%，总无效率7%。
典型病例：
病例1：郑某某，女，33岁，家住武威市古浪镇，经过医院检查，确认有胆结石，且上腹疼痛，偶尔低烧，服本中药配方5个疗程，部分结石排出，上腹疼痛感减轻，服用7个疗程后，结石全部排出，治愈。
病例2：赵某，女，38岁，甘肃人，经常性的上腹疼痛，平时不注意，也没有去检查，后在医院拍片，查出有胆结石，结石多，颗粒也较大，服用本配方7个疗程基本治愈。
病例3：崔某，男，32岁，家住河北石家庄市中山路，患有胆结石，工作原因，不能去医院做切除手术，在大夫的指导下服用本配方5个疗程，结石排出，完全治愈。

Claims (3)

1.一种排胆结石的中药，其特征是：由以下重量份原料组成：金钱草25-35，柴胡8-13，黄芩9-12，枳实9-12，白芍7-11，龙胆草8-12，郁金9-11，青皮10-12，山栀子8-12，云苓10-13，鸡内金8-12，芒硝7-11，白叩8-11，木香2-4，半夏7-12，桔梗3-6，甘草4-7；用法：各成分混合碾碎为细末，用水煎服，一日两次，1个疗程7副见效，一副一天。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排胆结石的中药，其特征是：由以下重量份原料组成：金钱草28-32，柴胡9-11，黄芩9-10，枳实10-11，白芍9-11，龙胆草9-10，郁金9-10，青皮10-11，山栀子9-11，云苓10-12，鸡内金9-11，芒硝9-10，白叩9-10，木香3-4，半夏9-11，桔梗4-6，甘草4-5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的排胆结石的中药，其特征是：由以下重量份原料组成：金钱草30，柴胡10，黄芩11，枳实10，白芍10，龙胆草9，郁金10，青皮11，山栀子10，云苓11，鸡内金10，芒硝9，白叩10，木香3，半夏10，桔梗5，甘草5。
