一种防脱生发中药喷剂，由下述重量的中药原料制备而成：穿山甲5g-25g，何首乌30g-80g，玉米须5g-25g，冬虫夏草5g-20g，全虫5g-25g，皂角10g-35g，苦楝子10g-35g，侧柏叶50g-100g，松针50g-100g，杜仲10g-75g，紫草5g-25g，大蒜0-150g，女贞子5g-45g，桑叶5g-55g，灵芝5g-25g，人参5g-25g，香附子5g-25g，白鲜皮5g-35g，三七5g-20g，旱莲草5g-55g，黑蚂蚁5g-38g，百部5g-35g，骨碎补50g-100g，薄荷10g-25g，核桃皮10g-35g，肉桂10g-25g，熟地10g-55g，赭石10g-35g，白果仁5g-25g，玉米500g-1000g，丹参5g-45g，红花5g-35g，苦参25g-40g，火炭母30g-50g，枸杞子30g-50g。
进一步地，由下述重量的中药原料制备而成：穿山甲20g，何首乌70g，玉米须15g，冬虫夏草15g，全虫15g，皂角20g，苦楝子20g，侧柏叶90g，松针90g，杜仲60g，紫草15g，大蒜80g，女贞子40g，桑叶30g，灵芝15g，人参15g，香附子15g，白鲜皮25g，三七15g，旱莲草50g，黑蚂蚁20g，百部30g，骨碎补90g，薄荷15g，核桃皮20g，肉桂15g，熟地30g，赭石20g，白果仁15g，玉米900g，丹参25g，红花20g，苦参35g，火炭母40g，枸杞子40g。
如上所述的防脱生发中药喷剂的制备方法，其步骤如下：将各原料药粉碎至30目-60目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃-28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1∶2-1∶4；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡30分钟-2小时，然后在100℃-150℃下高温蒸馏萃取，得萃取液，将所述萃取液灌装瓶即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
进一步地，其步骤如下：将各原料药粉碎至40目-50目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃-28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1∶3；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡50分钟-70分钟，然后在120℃-140℃下高温蒸馏萃取，将提取的萃取液灌装瓶中，即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
本发明的中药喷剂中，消炎杀菌、除虫药物有：苦参，玉米须，皂角，苦楝子，紫草，桑叶，香附子，白鲜皮，旱莲草，百部，核桃皮，肉桂，全虫，白果仁，薄荷，松针，杜仲，女贞子，火炭母；活血化瘀通络药物有：穿山甲，全虫，红花，三七，丹参，骨碎补；补充毛发生长所需营养药物有：何首乌，冬虫夏草，侧柏叶，杜仲，女贞子，灵芝，人参，黑蚂蚁，熟地，赭石，全虫，玉米，白果仁，枸杞子。将上述诸药制成萃取液喷剂，使用时，将喷剂均匀喷射到头部使头部皮肤达到湿润并覆盖整个患处为最佳，每日两到三次。
本发明通过多年的临床研究，结合辩证等多种原则相互补充的思路，以杀菌、除虫为先，活血化瘀为基础，增加头发生长所需要的蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸等多种矿物质为辅助，最终达到固发生发(激活毛囊)的目的，取得了较为理想的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按照下列重量称取原料药：
穿山甲20g，何首乌70g，玉米须15g，冬虫夏草15g，全虫15g，皂角20g，苦楝子20g，侧柏叶90g，松针90g，杜仲60g，紫草15g，大蒜80g，女贞子40g，桑叶30g，灵芝15g，人参15g，香附子15g，白鲜皮25g，三七15g，旱莲草50g，黑蚂蚁20g，百部30g，骨碎补90g，薄荷15g，核桃皮20g，肉桂15g，熟地30g，赭石20g，白果仁15g，玉米900g，丹参25g，红花20g，苦参35g，火炭母40g，枸杞子40g。
制备方法：
将各原料药粉碎至40目或50目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃-28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1∶3；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡1小时，然后在130℃下高温蒸馏萃取，得萃取液，将所述萃取液灌装瓶中，即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
使用方法：
将防脱生发中药喷剂均匀喷射到头部(以头皮湿润并覆盖该患处为最佳)，每天早晚各一次。
实施例2
按照下列重量称取原料药：
穿山甲5g，何首乌30g，玉米须5g，冬虫夏草5g，全虫5g，皂角10g，苦楝子10g，侧柏叶50g，松针50g，杜仲10g，紫草5g，大蒜5g，女贞子5g，桑叶5g，灵芝5g，人参5g，香附子5g，白鲜皮5g，三七5g，旱莲草5g，黑蚂蚁5g，百部5g，骨碎补50g，薄荷10g，核桃皮10g，肉桂10g，熟地10g，赭石10g，白果仁5g，玉米500g，丹参5g，红花5g，苦参25g，火炭母30g，枸杞子30g。
制备方法：

按照下列重量称取原料药：
穿山甲25g，何首乌80g，玉米须25g，冬虫夏草20g，全虫25g，皂角35g，苦楝子35g，侧柏叶100g，松针100g，杜仲75g，紫草25g，大蒜150g，女贞子45g，桑叶55g，灵芝25g，人参25g，香附子25g，白鲜皮35g，三七20g，旱莲草55g，黑蚂蚁38g，百部35g，骨碎补100g，薄荷25g，核桃皮35g，肉桂25g，熟地55g，赭石35g，白果仁25g，玉米1000g，丹参45g，红花35g，苦参40g，火炭母50g，枸杞子50g。
制备方法：将各原料药粉碎至60目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃-28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1∶4；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡2小时，然后在150℃下高温蒸馏萃取，得萃取液，将所述萃取液灌装瓶中，即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
使用方法：
将防脱生发中药喷剂均匀喷射到头部(以头皮湿润并覆盖该患处为最佳)，每天早晚各一次。
实施例3
按照下列重量称取原料药：
穿山甲5g，何首乌30g，玉米须5g，冬虫夏草5g，全虫5g，皂角10g，苦楝子10g，侧柏叶50g，松针50g，杜仲10g，紫草5g，大蒜5g，女贞子5g，桑叶5g，灵芝5g，人参5g，香附子5g，白鲜皮5g，三七5g，旱莲草5g，黑蚂蚁5g，百部5g，骨碎补50g，薄荷10g，核桃皮10g，肉桂10g，熟地10g，赭石10g，白果仁5g，玉米500g，丹参5g，红花5g，苦参25g，火炭母30g，枸杞子30g。

将防脱生发中药喷剂均匀喷射到头部(以头皮湿润并覆盖该患处为最佳)，每天早中晚各一次。
对比实验：
试验例：选取200例遗传性脱发患者，随机分为三组治疗组各50例和对照组50例。治疗组中男75例，女75例；年龄19～55岁，平均37岁，治疗前脱发区域毛囊40％闭合或阻塞。对照组中男26例，女24例；年龄20～61岁，平均39岁；治疗前脱发区域毛囊55％闭合、阻塞或者感染。治疗组1采用实施例1的中药喷剂治疗，治疗组2采用实施例2的中药喷剂治疗，治疗组3采用实施例3的中药喷剂治疗，对照组采用市售的某厂家生产的中药擦剂治疗。
治疗方法：使用前用温水将脱发处的皮肤洗净(后期可以正常2-3天洗头一次)，再将该中药喷剂均匀喷于患处(以头皮湿润并覆盖该患处为最佳)，每日早晚各一次，持续使用一个月为一个疗程。
观察方法：每周观察并详细记录患者脱发区域毛囊变化和头发生长情况，同时记录患者的不良反应情况，3个月后统计结果。
疗效标准：参照WEISS等提出的疗效标准，痊愈：闭合毛囊90％打开或有打开趋向，阻塞毛囊90％疏通，毛囊感染90％结痂脱落，成为正常毛囊。新发全部长出，分布密度、毛发粗细、色泽同正常头发，轻拉试验阴性。显效：闭合毛囊70％打开或有打开趋向，阻塞毛囊80％疏通，新发生长50％以上，有较多毳毛变为终毛，轻拉试验阴性。有效：闭合毛囊50％打开或有打开趋向，阻塞毛囊50％疏通，新发生长10％以上(包括毳毛)，但生长缓慢，轻拉试验阴性或阳性。无效：无新发生长或新发生长低于10％或边生长边脱落。
结果：治疗组与对照组疗效比较详见列表

不良反应：三组治疗组患者在治疗过程中均未见不良反应，并在治疗前、治疗结束时查血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能均未发现异常。
从上述试验中可以得出结论：本发明对头皮削、头皮瘙痒、断发、脱发、头癣、脂溢性脱发、物理性脱发、营养性脱发、神经性脱发、感染性脱发、内分泌脱发、斑秃、遗传性脱发，具有显著的效果，具有很好生发育发滋养毛发的活性，对皮肤刺激性小，对人体无毒性。

1.一种防脱生发中药喷剂，其特征是：由下述重量的中药原料制备而成：穿山甲5g-25g，何首乌30g-80g，玉米须5g-25g，冬虫夏草5g-20g，全虫5g-25g，皂角10g-35g，苦楝子10g-35g，侧柏叶50g-100g，松针50g-100g，杜仲10g-75g，紫草5g-25g，大蒜0-150g，女贞子5g-45g，桑叶5g-55g，灵芝5g-25g，人参5g-25g，香附子5g-25g，白鲜皮5g-35g，三七5g-20g，旱莲草5g-55g，黑蚂蚁5g-38g，百部5g-35g，骨碎补50g-100g，薄荷10g-25g，核桃皮10g-35g，肉桂10g-25g，熟地10g-55g，赭石10g-35g，白果仁5g-25g，玉米500g-1000g，丹参5g-45g，红花5g-35g，苦参25g-40g，火炭母30g-50g，枸杞子30g-50g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱生发中药喷剂，其特征是：由下述重量的中药原料制备而成：穿山甲20g，何首乌70g，玉米须15g，冬虫夏草15g，全虫15g，皂角20g，苦楝子20g，侧柏叶90g，松针90g，杜仲60g，紫草15g，大蒜80g，女贞子40g，桑叶30g，灵芝15g，人参15g，香附子15g，白鲜皮25g，三七15g，旱莲草50g，黑蚂蚁20g，百部30g，骨碎补90g，薄荷15g，核桃皮20g，肉桂15g，熟地30g，赭石20g，白果仁15g，玉米900g，丹参25g，红花20g，苦参35g，火炭母40g，枸杞子40g。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的防脱生发中药喷剂的制备方法，其特征是：步骤如下：将各原料药粉碎至30目－60目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃－28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1：2－1：4；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡30分钟－2小时，然后在100℃－150℃下高温蒸馏萃取，得萃取液，将所述萃取液灌装瓶即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防脱生发中药喷剂的制备方法，其特征是：其步骤如下：将各原料药粉碎至40目－50目，粉碎后的玉米加水在25℃－28℃下发酵，所述玉米与水的重量比1：3；15天后将其余原料药与发酵完成的玉米发酵液混合浸泡50分钟－70分钟，然后在120℃－140℃下高温蒸馏萃取，将提取的萃取液灌装瓶中，即得防脱生发中药喷剂。
