Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clothing processing, in particular to a method and a template for transferring a female dress forebreast.
Background
In the batch production of clothing, the paper pattern template is a necessary step, and a master template needs to process new clothing pictures designed by a clothing designer into paper templates which can be directly applied by a cutting master through the design and manufacturing work of the paper templates.
Because of the specificity of human body construction, especially female chest, fabric redundancy easily occurs, which results in far difference between the upper body effect of the garment and the design effect of a garment designer. To solve the problem, half of clothing manufacturers use a pad master with abundant experience to design and manufacture complex paper templates by themselves according to the plan provided by a designer, so that the cutting master can cut out stereoscopic clothing meeting the needs of human bodies according to the templates.
Therefore, the working experience of the master clapper becomes a key in the clothing production process. In the current society of free choice, personnel flow frequently, and the clothing production progress is easily influenced by a master clapper who is rich in experience to culture again and use. Therefore, a simple and easy-to-use board forming process and template need to be developed and designed, so that a worker can quickly master the board forming work, the work and production efficiency are improved, adverse effects are reduced, and the design target of a clothing designer is guaranteed to be better achieved.

The invention mainly aims to provide a method and a template for transferring a female dress forebreast, which aim to solve the problem that the traditional template making process is complex and is difficult for staff to master.

setting a first conversion point, a second conversion point and a third conversion point on the loop wire, the shoulder seam and the collar nest wire in sequence;
the first conversion point, the second conversion point and the third conversion point are respectively connected with the BP point to form a first provincial channel, a second provincial channel and a third provincial channel in sequence, and the provincial channels are cut off in sequence;
rotating right side parts of the first province channel, the second province channel and the third province channel leftwards by taking the BP point as a center respectively;
and respectively closing the included angle, the first province channel, the second province channel and the third province channel.
Preferably, if the side length of the chest dart near the loop line is N, the moving distances of the first, second and third transformation points are N/10, 3N/20 and N/8, respectively.

as shown in fig. 1, the left half part of the front piece of the women's dress is divided into a shoulder front part 1, a chest upper part 2 and a chest lower part 3 from top to bottom, wherein the upper edge of the shoulder front part 1 is a shoulder seam 11, the right side edge is a fossa line 12, a chest point line 21 is arranged between the chest upper part 2 and the chest lower part 3, and the left side edges of the shoulder front part 1 and the chest upper part 2 are a clamping ring line 13;
as shown in fig. 2, the midpoint of the chest line 21 is taken as a BP point 211, the BP point 211 is taken as a vertex, and a triangle chest province 4 is cut off on the left side of the BP point 211 to form an included angle;
as shown in fig. 3, a first conversion point, a second conversion point and a third conversion point are set in this order on the loop wire 13, the shoulder seam 11 and the socket wire 12;
as shown in fig. 4, the first conversion point, the second conversion point and the third conversion point are respectively connected with the BP point 211 to form a first provincial way 5, a second provincial way 6 and a third provincial way 7 in sequence, and the provincial ways are sequentially cut off;

The triangular chest dart 4 forms a slightly larger empty included angle after being sheared, if two sides of the included angle are directly closed, a protruding part is easily formed at the position, and the finished garment is not attractive, so that the method provided by the invention utilizes the A, B, C three areas to rotate a certain angle respectively to share the angle formed by the included angles, and the garment sheared according to the template is more comfortable and attractive.
The invention provides a simple transfer method for transferring chest provinces, which is specially used for solving the most complex difficulty in the chest plating process of women's clothing, namely the chest province 4 transfer, simplifies the chest transfer process of women's clothing, enables inexperienced staff to quickly master the chest transfer process, does not depend on the work experience of a plating master any more, and improves the work and production efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment, if the side of the chest part 4 near the loop line 13 is N, the moving distances of the first, second and third transformation points are N/10, 3N/20 and N/8, respectively. I.e. A, B, C the displacement of the three regions to the left, which refers to the distance moved by the conversion point to the left of the three regions, is N/10, 3N/20 and N/8, respectively. The women in each country have different statures, so the value standard of N in each country is changed, but the displacement of the three areas A, B, C can be calculated by referring to the ratio, and the ratio is applicable to all women's forechest. the midpoint of the chest line 21 is a BP point 211;
as shown in fig. 3, the chest-transferring template is provided with a first province channel 5, a second province channel 6 and a third province channel 7; two ends of the first province road 5 are respectively positioned on the clamping ring line 13 and the BP point 211, two ends of the second province road 6 are respectively positioned on the shoulder seam 11 and the BP point 211, and two ends of the third province road 7 are respectively positioned on the fossa line 12 and the BP point 211;
as shown in fig. 2, the device further comprises a triangular chest dart 4 near one side of the loop wire 13, wherein the right vertex of the chest dart 4 is the BP point 211; the chest dart 4 is a part which needs to be cut off.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the end point of the first province path 5 located on the looped wire 13 is located at one third of the bottom to the top of the looped wire 13; the end point of the second province channel 6 on the shoulder seam 11 is the midpoint of the shoulder seam 11; the end point of the third province channel 7 located on the fossa line 12 is the midpoint of the fossa line 12. The design is calculated according to human body structure, and the garment cut according to the design is more comfortable.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first province path 5, the second province path 6 and the third province path 7 are used for opening after the chest province 4 is cut, and rotate left and close around the BP point 211 to scatter the opening angle of the chest province 4.

dividing the left half part of a front piece of the female dress into a shoulder front part, a chest upper part and a chest lower part in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the upper edge of the shoulder front part is a shoulder seam, the right side edge is a collar line, a chest point line is arranged between the chest upper part and the chest lower part, and the left side edges of the shoulder front part and the chest upper part are clamping ring lines;
taking the midpoint of the chest line as a BP point, taking the BP point as a vertex, and cutting off a triangle chest province at the left side of the BP point to form an included angle;
setting a first conversion point, a second conversion point and a third conversion point on the loop wire, the shoulder seam and the collar nest wire in sequence;
the first conversion point, the second conversion point and the third conversion point are respectively connected with the BP point to form a first provincial channel, a second provincial channel and a third provincial channel in sequence, and the provincial channels are cut off in sequence;
rotating right side parts of the first province channel, the second province channel and the third province channel leftwards by taking the BP point as a center respectively;
respectively closing the included angle, the first province channel, the second province channel and the third province channel;
and if the side length of the chest dart, which is close to one side of the loop wire, is N, the moving distances of the first conversion point, the second conversion point and the third conversion point are N/10, 3N/20 and N/8 respectively.
2. A method of transferring a female garment to a chest as claimed in claim 1 wherein N is 3.5 cm.
3. A method of transferring a female garment to a chest as claimed in claim 1 wherein said first transfer point is located in a third of the bottom to top of said loop wire.
4. A method of converting a female garment chest according to claim 1, wherein said second conversion point and said third conversion point are located at the midpoints of said shoulder seam and said fossa line, respectively.
5. A method of transferring a female garment to a chest as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: and after the included angle and the three provincial channels are closed, trimming the dislocated corners on the clamping ring line, the shoulder seam and the collar nest line to smooth the edges.
