本发明公开一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳包括壳体主体,所述壳体主体包括从内往外依次包括钛合金材料层、气凝胶层和导热薄膜层,所述壳体主体背面设有散热孔,壳体主体四周设有固定吸盘,所述导热薄膜层为天然石墨散热膜,所述气凝胶层为陶瓷气凝胶。本发明提供一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,具有壳体耐磨性好、不易出现划痕、可实现手机壳体变色的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳。
背景技术
现在的手机尤其是中低端的手机,其壳体材质大部分为塑料、不锈钢等材质,塑料手机壳耐磨性差,使用一段时间后会出现划痕或者掉色等状况,不锈钢材质虽然具有 耐磨性、抗摔性及装饰性等优点,但是其不足较为明显,重量大,使人们携带不便,无质感,让人感觉档次低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有壳体耐磨性好、不易出现划痕、可实现手机壳体变色优点的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳包括壳体主体,所述壳体主体包括从内往外依次包括钛合金材料层、气凝胶层和导热薄膜层,所述壳体主体背面设有散热孔,壳体主体四周设有固定吸盘,所述导热薄膜层为天然石墨散热膜,所述气凝胶层为陶瓷气凝胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的导热薄膜层的厚度为0.01mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述气凝胶层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
本发明的一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,具有壳体耐磨性好、不易出现划痕、可实现手机壳体变色的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳包括壳体主体,所述壳体主体包括从内往外依次包括钛合金材料层、气凝胶层和导热薄膜层,所述壳体主体背面设有散热孔,壳体主体四周设有固定吸盘,所述导热薄膜层为天然石墨散热膜,所述气凝胶层为陶瓷气凝胶。
进一步说明,所述的导热薄膜层的厚度为0.01mm,所述气凝胶层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
在进一步说明,钛合金手机壳的优点:1.外观有质感,比较有个性:有着众多的工艺,也是很多朋友们喜欢的原因。2.比较耐脏,清洗方便:对于不喜欢花时间来打理自己手机壳的朋友们来说是最好的选择。3.不容易磨损:这样也是金属手机壳使用时间比较长赢得年轻朋友们喜欢的优点。在外壳上喷涂各色油漆,这不仅可以让产品有拥有各种色彩,而且利用油漆特有的质感,以多变的色彩,亮丽的造型来获得更为鲜活的外壳质感。实际上,喷漆工艺在数码产品中都有较为广泛的应用。在金属外壳上进行喷漆工艺就属魅族的五涂五烤工艺比较成功,用于纳米注塑成型的手机金属外壳表面,对其进行5层涂装处理,改善基材表层外观,延长产品使用寿命,起到保护和装饰基材的作用。具有:轻、耐高温、美观、金属光泽华丽的性质。金属机身表面采用的涂层也很特别,既能保持金属的质感,又能带来不完全是金属那种“冰冷”的手感。为了使金属和塑料两者都附着上油漆,并且保证颜色的一致性,首先选择了最好的油漆,在基材一层使用特殊的底漆,提高附着力。然后分别喷涂两次底漆和一次中漆再加上一次PU面漆,每次喷涂后单独烘烤,也就是这样对后盖的五涂五烤工艺处理,保证了手机外壳的品质。五涂五烤工艺具有金属的光泽与触感,性能优异,可通过诸如水煮、耐磨、耐盐雾、抗化学试剂测试。同时可遮盖注塑所产生的瑕疵,避免出现凹痕。在最后一层PU漆时使用了哑光,这样一方面使得产品保持时尚度的同时,外观内敛不张扬,另一方面也增加了手机与手之间的摩擦力,大大减少手机手滑的可能性。本发明提供一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,具有壳体耐磨性好、不易出现划痕、可实现手机壳体变色的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,其特征在于:所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳包括壳体主体,所述壳体主体包括从内往外依次包括钛合金材料层、气凝胶层和导热薄膜层,所述壳体主体背面设有散热孔,壳体主体四周设有固定吸盘,所述导热薄膜层为天然石墨散热膜,所述气凝胶层为陶瓷气凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,其特征在于:所述的导热薄膜层的厚度为0.01mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨性好的钛合金手机壳,其特征在于:所述气凝胶层的厚度为0.2-0.3cm。
