Abstract
The invention provides a double-rail parallel type material tracking system of a chip mounter, which comprises a control module, and a bar code gun, a double-rail, a PC and a buzzer which are respectively connected with the control module; the bar code gun is used for scanning bar code information of a board and transmitting the bar code information to the PC; the PC sends a scanning feedback signal of the bar code gun to the control module, and the control module triggers the double-track rail to run and transmits a plate with bar code information read to the next working procedure or triggers the buzzer to alarm; and an MES system is arranged in the PC and is used for real-time matching, inquiry and tracking of the bar code information. The invention can exert the maximum efficiency of the chip mounter equipment, accurately track the material information and ensure the high quality of the product.

At present, the technology development of SMT chip mounters is changed day by day, the operation speed of the chip mounters is faster and faster, but the speed cannot be increased upwards infinitely, otherwise, the quality of the chip mounting is deteriorated beyond a certain upper limit.
