The invention discloses an automatic recognition system for the paint color of an engine, it comprises the following steps: the system comprises an MES server 1, a scanning gun 2, a field industrial personal computer 3, a microprocessor 4, a spray booth 5 and a paint color indicator lamp 6; the scanning gun 2 acquires engine number information, the engine number information is transmitted to the MES server 1 through the site industrial personal computer 3, the MES server 1 processes the number information to obtain color information and transmits the color information to the site industrial personal computer 3, the site industrial personal computer 3 processes the color information and transmits the color information to the microprocessor 4, the microprocessor 4 processes the information and transmits the information to the paint spray booth 5, and finally the engine color information is transmitted to the corresponding paint color indicator 6. The automatic engine paint color recognition system is simple and convenient to operate, does not need a paint operator to look up paper materials, can improve production efficiency, and can avoid the phenomenon of wrong selection of paint colors caused by error of information looking up.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of engine production spraying, in particular to an automatic recognition system for engine spray paint color.
Background
The large and medium engine manufacturers have various engine varieties and engine types, the paint spraying colors of the large and medium engine manufacturers are Kate yellow, dark green bean, fire control red, cast iron, amber, etc., the color varieties are five-flower eight doors, and sometimes the same engine type has different color requirements. At present, the spray paint color identification in the production process of the engine is realized by compiling corresponding engine assembly guidelines in advance by a process staff according to different technical requirements and then issuing the guidelines to an operator for execution, wherein the operator needs to confirm the pre-spray color of the engine by searching a spray paint color summary table of the engine. The mode of obtaining confirmation by consulting a large amount of traditional paper materials not only wastes time and energy of operators, but also can cause color spray errors due to too many files or inconvenient consulting and the like, is unfavorable for setting up brand images of enterprises, and wastes time, manpower and material resources even though post-remediation.

the automatic recognition system for the paint color of the engine is characterized by comprising an MES server, a scanning gun, a field industrial personal computer, a microprocessor, a paint spray booth and a paint color indicator lamp; the scanning gun acquires engine number information, the number information is transmitted to an MES server through the field industrial personal computer, the MES server processes the number information to obtain color information and transmits the color information to the field industrial personal computer, the field industrial personal computer processes the color information transmitted by the MES server and transmits the color information to the microprocessor, the microprocessor processes the information and transmits the information to a paint spray booth, and finally the detected engine color information is transmitted to a corresponding paint color indicator.
Preferably, the MES server stores information of correspondence between engine model numbers and colors, and can be added, deleted and modified.
Preferably, the scanning gun obtains the number information by scanning a bar code of the engine or manually inputting the engine number.
Preferably, the MES server matches the correspondence between engine model and color through the numbering information.
Preferably, when the MES server finds that the matching information is not found or the matching result is not unique, an alarm occurs, the MES server transmits an alarm signal to the field industrial personal computer, and the alarm signal is fed back to an operator through the field industrial personal computer.
Preferably, when the matching result output by the MES server is not unique, the field industrial personal computer will not transmit color information to the microprocessor.
Preferably, the microprocessor can add processing of new color information by software.
Preferably, the paint color indicator is a color indicator light.
Preferably, an interface is reserved in the paint spray booth for accessing a newly added color indicator lamp.

An automatic recognition system for the paint color of an engine comprises an MES server 1, a scanning gun 2, a field industrial personal computer 3, a microprocessor 4, a paint spray booth 5 and a paint color indicator lamp 6; the operator scans the bar code of the engine through the scanning gun 2, the serial number information of the engine is transmitted to the MES server 1 through the site industrial personal computer 3, the MES server 1 stores the corresponding relation information of the engine model and the color, unique color information is obtained after the serial number information is analyzed, processed and matched and is transmitted to the site industrial personal computer 3, the site industrial personal computer 3 processes the color information transmitted by the MES server 1 and transmits the processed color information to the microprocessor 4, the microprocessor 4 transmits the processed information to the paint spray booth 5, finally the searched engine color information is transmitted to the corresponding paint color indicator 6, and the indication lamp of the corresponding color is lightened to prompt the operator of the pre-spraying color of the engine.

when unique color information is obtained after the number information is analyzed, processed and matched, the MES server (1) processes the number information to obtain the color information and transmits the color information to the field industrial personal computer (3), the field industrial personal computer (3) processes the color information transmitted by the MES server (1) and transmits the color information to the microprocessor (4), the microprocessor (4) transmits the information to the paint spray booth (5) after processing, and finally the detected engine color information is transmitted to the corresponding paint color indicator (6);
when the MES server (1) cannot find the matching information or the matching result is not unique, an alarm appears, the MES server (1) transmits an alarm signal to the field industrial personal computer (3), the alarm signal is fed back to an operator through the field industrial personal computer (3), and the field industrial personal computer (3) does not transmit color information to the microprocessor (4).
