And a special software background in the upper computer 2 establishes a corresponding relation between the specification special number and the product model. The interface of the special software of the upper computer 2 is provided with 10 simulation storage grids 23 which are sequentially coded as A01-A10 from left to right and from top to bottom, and after the model of the product is maintained in a model column 24 of the simulation storage grid 23, a special number is automatically associated in a special number column 25 according to the corresponding relation between the special number and the model of the product in the specification.

The photoelectric switch 44 and the emergency stop switch 47 are connected to the input end of the controller 3, and the indicator light 43 and the three-color alarm light 41 are connected to the output end of the controller 3. The controller 3 controls the states of the indicator lamp 43 and the three-color alarm lamp 41 according to a signal sent by the upper computer 2.

The working process of the invention is as follows:
(1) The product model of the current day is entered in the model name column 22 of the software dedicated to the host computer 2 in advance according to the production plan of the factory.
(2) When an emergency stop switch 47 of the specification tool is pressed down, a yellow lamp of the three-color alarm lamp 41 is on, the upper computer 2 receives a signal of the controller 3, and the interface background of the special software of the upper computer 2 is turned yellow integrally. (3) The product on the assembly line enters the specification placing station, the bar code on the product is collected by the scanning gun 1 and is displayed in a bar code frame 21 of a special software interface of the upper computer 2, the product model is inquired by the upper computer software according to the bar code and is displayed in a model name frame 22, the simulation storage grid 23 maintaining the product model turns blue, meanwhile, the upper computer 2 sends signals to the controller 3, the indicator lamp 43 corresponding to the storage grid 23 is controlled to be turned on by the upper computer software, the specification can be taken out after the specification is stretched into the storage grid according to the hand of an indicating worker (the work can be automatically completed by the worker or by adopting a conventional mechanical device), the indicator lamp 43 is turned off, meanwhile, the upper computer 2 receives a signal fed back by the controller 3, and the color of the simulation storage grid 23 is reset. If do not stretch into other storage grids according to the instruction with the hand, the red light of three-colour alarm lamp 41 lights and buzzes the warning, and host computer 2 receives the corresponding signal of controller 3 simultaneously, and the simulation storage grid 23 background colour that storage grid 45 corresponds becomes red, and the suggestion is taken by mistake, and the green light that the hand left storage grid three-colour alarm lamp 41 is bright, and the simulation storage grid 23 colour resets.
