A hidden swimming ladder apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the swimming ladder is provided with a cross tube connecting the armrests at the hinge location, a mandrel is provided in the cross tube, a tubular bearing housing and a tubular bearing with flange edges are provided at the connection of the armrests and the cross tube, the tubular bearing housing and the tubular bearing are positioned between the mandrel and the cross tube, the tubular bearing is matched with the mandrel, and the mandrel is connected with a threaded connecting piece for a mobile vehicle.
