The second pawl of the second anti-falling device 8 is always in an extending state when the folding type lift car 1 drives the small guide rail assembly 2 to ascend, and is matched with the second clamping plate in the large guide rail 3, and the second pawl can be locked in one direction due to the structure of the second pawl, so that the anti-falling function is achieved in the ascending process, and when the folding type lift car 1 drives the small guide rail assembly 2 to descend, the second pawl needs to be manually retracted and is in a retracted fixed state.

A large-stroke maintenance elevator based on a folding car is characterized by comprising the folding car, a small guide rail assembly and a large guide rail, wherein the folding car is slidably mounted on the small guide rail assembly, the small guide rail assembly is slidably mounted on the large guide rail, the large guide rail is used for being mounted on equipment to be maintained, stop blocks are mounted on two sides of the upper end and two sides of the lower end of the small guide rail assembly, a plurality of first clamping plates are arranged on the inner side of the small guide rail assembly, first anti-falling devices are mounted on two sides of the folding car, the first anti-falling devices are matched with the first clamping plates, a plurality of second clamping plates are arranged on the inner side of the large guide rail, second anti-falling devices are mounted on two sides of the small guide rail assembly, and the second anti-falling devices are matched with the second clamping plates; the foldable car comprises a platform mounting frame and two side wall limiting devices which are symmetrically arranged, side frames are symmetrically hinged to two sides of the platform mounting frame, a bottom plate is hinged to the bottom of the platform mounting frame, each side frame comprises a sleeve frame, a sliding rod frame and a locking part, the sleeve frames are hinged to the platform mounting frame, the sliding rod frames are sleeved in the sleeve frames, the locking parts are mounted on the sleeve frames, a plurality of tenons are arranged on the bottom plate, and mortises matched with the tenons are formed in the bottom of the sleeve frames; the side wall limiting device comprises a side wall limiting hook and a side wall limiting stop block which are matched in structure, the side wall limiting hook is fixed in the middle of the side face of the sleeve frame, and the side wall limiting stop block is fixed in the middle of the side face of the platform mounting frame; the lower surface of the platform mounting frame is fixed with a pulley shaft, and a pulley is mounted on the pulley shaft.

A folding car based long stroke maintenance elevator according to claim 1, wherein two side door lock parts are provided on the lower surface of the bottom plate, grooves are provided on the slide rod frame, and one side door lock part can be locked with one groove when the folding car is in a folded state.

The folding car based long-stroke maintenance elevator according to claim 2, wherein the locking component comprises a telescopic pin mounting bracket, a telescopic plate, a connecting spring and two telescopic pins, the telescopic pin mounting bracket is fixed on the casing frame, the telescopic plate is arranged between the telescopic pin mounting bracket and the casing frame, the connecting spring is connected with the telescopic pin mounting bracket and the telescopic plate, each telescopic pin respectively penetrates through the telescopic pin mounting bracket and the telescopic plate, the telescopic pins are fixedly connected with the telescopic plate, and the telescopic pins can slide along the telescopic pin mounting bracket; the telescopic rod is characterized in that two first through holes are formed in the sleeve frame, one telescopic pin corresponds to one first through hole, two second through holes are formed in one end, close to the sleeve frame, of the slide rod frame, and the distance between the two second through holes is the same as that between the two first through holes.

The folding car based long stroke maintenance elevator according to claim 3, wherein the small guide rail assembly comprises a small guide rail mounting bracket, a small guide rail bracket, two foot mounting brackets and two feet, the front end of the small guide rail is fixedly mounted on the small guide rail mounting bracket, the rear end of the small guide rail is fixedly mounted on the small guide rail bracket, the two foot mounting brackets are mounted on both sides of the small guide rail bracket, and one foot is mounted on one foot mounting bracket.

The folding car-based long-stroke maintenance elevator as claimed in claim 4, wherein two first guiding devices are mounted on each side of the folding car, the first guiding devices can slide along the small guide rails, each first guiding device comprises a first guide wheel mounting frame, a first vertical guide wheel and two first transverse guide wheels, the first guide wheel mounting frame is fixed on the platform mounting frame, the first vertical guide wheel is rotatably mounted on the top surface or the bottom surface of the first guide wheel mounting frame, and the two first transverse guide wheels are rotatably mounted on the outer side surface of the first guide wheel mounting frame.

The folding car based long travel maintenance elevator according to claim 5, wherein three second guide devices are installed on each side of the small guide rail assembly, the second guide devices can slide along the large guide rail, each second guide device comprises a second guide wheel installation frame, a second vertical guide wheel and two second transverse guide wheels, the second guide wheel installation frame is fixed on the small guide rail assembly, the second vertical guide wheel is rotatably installed on the top surface or the bottom surface of the second guide wheel installation frame, and the two second transverse guide wheels are rotatably installed on the outer side surface of the second guide wheel installation frame.

The folding car based long-stroke maintenance elevator as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first anti-falling device comprises a first pawl mounting bracket, a first pawl, a first spring, a first push rod, two first mounting seats and two first pawl guide wheels, the first pawl mounting bracket is fixed on the bottom surface of the folding car, the two first mounting seats are fixed on the first pawl mounting bracket, the first push rod is penetrated and slidably mounted on the two first mounting seats, the first push rod comprises a first shaft section and a second shaft section, the diameter of the first shaft section is smaller than that of the second shaft section, the first pawl is fixed at one end of the second shaft section, the first pawl extends out from the side surface of the folding car, the two first pawl guide wheels are rotatably mounted on the back of the first pawl, the first spring is sleeved on the first shaft section, and is arranged between the first mounting seat far away from the first pawl and the second shaft section.
