本发明公开了一种波纹管与接管去应力连接接头,设置在波纹管直边段与接管之间;波纹管直边段同轴套装在接管端部,波纹管直边段外壁上同轴套装环圈,环圈、波纹管直边段和接管外壁采用角焊缝焊接连接,形成强化接头;接管外壁上角焊缝外侧设有环槽;进一步改进在于:环槽为圆弧槽。本发明能显著减少波纹管与接管连接接头处焊接应力产生的变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接接头,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种波纹管与接管连接接头。
背景技术
波纹管补偿器由于补偿量大,因此被广泛应用于工业管网中。现有波纹管补偿器的波纹管直边段与接管采用焊接连接,使用时,波纹管与接管连接接头处的焊接应力容易使波纹管补偿器产生变形,影响波纹管补偿器的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著减少波纹管与接管连接接头处焊接应力产生变形的波纹管与接管去应力连接接头。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
波纹管与接管去应力连接接头,设置在波纹管直边段与接管之间;所述波纹管直边段同轴套装在接管端部,波纹管直边段外壁上同轴套装环圈,环圈、波纹管直边段和接管外壁采用角焊缝焊接连接,形成强化接头;其改进之处在于:所述接管外壁上角焊缝外侧设有环槽。
上述结构中,所述环槽为圆弧槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、接管外壁上角焊缝外侧设有环槽,显著减少焊接应力的传递,显著减少波纹管与接管连接接头处焊接应力产生变形。
2、环槽为圆弧槽,进一步减少波纹管与接管连接接头处焊接应力产生变形。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的波纹管与接管去应力连接接头,设置在波纹管3直边段与接管1之间;波纹管3直边段同轴套装在接管1端部,波纹管3直边段外壁上同轴套装环圈6,环圈6、波纹管3直边段和接管1外壁采用角焊缝4焊接连接,形成强化接头;接管1外壁上角焊缝4外侧设有环槽5,本实施例中,环槽5为圆弧槽。

1.一种波纹管与接管去应力连接接头,设置在波纹管(3)直边段与接管(1)之间;所述波纹管(3)直边段同轴套装在接管(1)端部,波纹管(3)直边段外壁上同轴套装环圈(6),环圈(6)、波纹管(3)直边段和接管(1)外壁采用角焊缝(4)焊接连接,形成强化接头;其特征在于:所述接管(1)外壁上角焊缝(4)外侧设有环槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波纹管与接管去应力连接接头,其特征在于:所述环槽(5)为圆弧槽。
