Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺丝,尤指一种旋入速度快与操作省力的螺丝。
背景技术
在包含家具、装潢及建筑等的木质对象上,大量使用木材或是由塑料树脂与木屑掺合加压制成的复合木材。关于木质对象之间的连接通常是通过螺丝来锁合。常用螺丝一般包含一杆体及旋绕在杆体上的一螺纹,通过螺纹旋入二对象内,使得该二对象可被螺丝连接在一起。然而,常用螺丝的螺纹在旋入对象的过程中会与对象接触而产生相当大的摩擦阻力,造成操作上费力且费时。此外,螺纹切削对象所产生的废屑通常无法顺利排出,使得螺丝在旋入对象的过程中会受到废屑阻碍,造成旋入速度慢、操作费力且对象易因挤压而产生龟裂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种螺丝,该螺丝能顺畅地旋入例如木材的对象中,旋入速度高且操作上省力,此外,螺丝在旋入对象的过程中所产生的废屑可顺利排出以降低摩擦阻力。
本发明的螺丝包括一杆体、一第一螺纹、及一第二螺纹。该杆体包含一锥状旋入部、一头部、及位于该旋入部与该头部之间的一直杆部,该旋入部与头部被该杆体的一纵向轴线分隔。该第一螺纹呈螺旋状地绕在该杆体的外周围且包含一上螺纹部及一下螺纹部,该上螺纹部设在该直杆部的外周围,该下螺纹部设在该旋入部的外周围,且该下螺纹部的底端延伸到该旋入部的尖端形成一定位点。该第二螺纹呈螺旋状地设在该杆体外周围且由该杆体的旋入部延伸到该直杆部的底端,该第二螺纹包含多个螺牙,该第二螺纹的螺牙与该第一螺纹的下螺纹部的螺牙相互隔开,且该第二螺纹的相邻二螺牙之间的螺距与该下螺纹部的螺距相等。
在一实施例中,该直杆部包含邻近该旋入部的下段与邻近该头部的上段,该上段的外径略大于该下段的外径,该第一螺纹还包含一中间螺纹部,该中间螺纹部设在该直杆部的下段外周围且连接在该上螺纹部与该下螺纹部之间,该上螺纹部的螺牙外径大于该中间螺纹部的螺牙外径。该上螺纹部与该中间螺纹部分别包含多个不对称螺牙,该上螺纹部的螺牙角度在35-45度之间,该中间螺纹部的螺牙角度在53-57度之间。
最好,该下螺纹部相对该纵向轴线的螺牙斜度在55-65度之间且小于该上螺纹部相对该纵向轴线的螺牙斜度。该第二螺纹的螺牙相对该纵向轴线的斜度与该下螺纹部的螺牙斜度相等。
本发明提供的一种螺丝,可以在旋入过程中将产生的废屑顺利排出,降低摩擦阻力,解决了常用螺丝旋入阻力大、费时费力的问题,达到了轻松、快速地将螺丝旋入到木材等介质中的目的。

具体实施方式
现将仅为例子但非用以限制的具体实施例,并参照所附图示就本发明的较佳结构内容说明如下:
参阅图1至图7,显示依据本发明一实施例构成的螺丝10,该螺丝10包括一杆体12,杆体12包含一旋入部14、一头部16、及位于旋入部14与头部16之间的一直杆部18。旋入部14与头部16被杆体12的一纵向轴线(X)分隔。旋入部14具有尖锥状的断面,其夹角(A)在20-30度之间(见图7),较佳为25度。直杆部18包含邻近旋入部14的下段20与邻近头部16的上段22,在本实施例中,上段22的外径(D1)略大于下段20的外径(D2)。头部16的外径较杆体12的直径大且头部16的上表面具有一承孔24用以提供起子工具(未图示)插入。
螺丝10还包括一第一螺纹26,第一螺纹26呈螺旋状地设在杆体12上。在本实施例中,第一螺纹26包含一上螺纹部28、一下螺纹部30、及一中间螺纹部32,上螺纹部28设在直杆部18的外周围,下螺纹部30设在杆体12的旋入部14外周围,中间螺纹部32设在直杆部18的下段20外周围且连接在上螺纹部28与下螺纹部30之间,使得上螺纹部28、下螺纹部30及中间螺纹部32构成连续的第一螺纹26,且下螺纹部30的底端延伸到旋入部14的尖端形成一切削定位点34。此外,下螺纹部30相对该纵向轴线(X)的螺牙斜度小于上螺纹部28相对该纵向轴线(X)的螺牙斜度,即下螺纹部30的螺牙具有位于旋入侧(即面向旋入部14下端)的一切削面36(见图4),切削面36相对该纵向轴线(X)的斜度(A1)较佳为60±5度,即在55-65度之间。
如图3所示,上螺纹部28的相邻二螺牙之间具有一第一螺距(P1),下螺纹部30的相邻二螺牙之间具有一第二螺距(P2),第二螺距(P2)略大于第一螺距(P1)。此外,如图6所示,上螺纹部28与中间螺纹部32分别包含多个不对称螺牙,其中上螺纹部28的螺牙角度(A2)为40±5度,即在35-45度之间;中间螺纹部32的螺牙角度(A3)为55±2度,即在53-57度之间,此外,上螺纹部28的螺牙外径(T1)略大于中间螺纹部32的螺牙外径(T2)。此外,在邻近旋入部14的中间螺纹部32的螺牙上设有切削齿38,切削齿38呈锯齿状且具有倾斜的螺旋角以提高第一螺纹26的切削力。
螺丝10还包含一第二螺纹40,第二螺纹40是呈螺旋状地设在杆体12外周围且由杆体12的旋入部14延伸到直杆部18的下段20底端。第二螺纹40包含多个螺牙41,第二螺纹40的螺牙41与下螺纹部30的螺牙相互隔开,且相邻二螺牙41之间的螺距与下螺纹部30的螺距(P2)相等,此外,螺牙41相对该纵向轴线(X)的斜度与下螺纹部30的螺牙斜度(A1)相等,如图4所示。在本实施例中,第二螺纹40的底端没有延伸到旋入部14的尖端,因而,杆体12的旋入部14的尖端只有一切削定位点34。
螺丝10还包含多个斜向凸肋42及至少一集屑槽44。凸肋42设在杆体12外周围,在本实施例中,凸肋42设在直杆部18的下段20且位于下螺纹部30与中间螺纹部32的相邻二螺牙之间的牙底部上用以提高排屑功能,且凸肋42凸出牙底部的高度小于第一螺纹26的牙高。集屑槽44设在直杆部18的下段20且邻近旋入部14用以容纳废屑,集屑槽44的两侧个别形成一切削面46,使得集屑槽44具有辅助切削的作用。
本发明的螺丝10在实施上,是以旋入部14下端的切削定位点34插入例如木板的对象内,接着,利用螺丝10的旋入部14的第一螺纹26的下螺纹部30与第二螺纹40旋入物件内。当第一螺纹26与第二螺纹40同时旋入对象内时会切削对象而产生废屑,废屑会被斜向凸肋42导引而向上排除,以降低螺丝10在锁入方向的阻力来提高旋入速度;接着,当直杆部18的中间螺纹部32旋入对象内时,中间螺纹部32上的切削齿40会辅助切削对象,使得操作上省力。此外,被凸肋42挤出的废屑可容纳在集屑槽44内以及第一螺纹26的中间螺纹部32的牙距空间内,使得废屑不会堆积在直杆部18的上段22,因而,螺丝10的上段22能顺利地导入对象中,使得被旋入的对象不会破裂。
本发明的螺丝10具有下列优点:
1、旋入部14设有双螺纹(第一螺纹26的下螺纹部30与第二螺纹40)及一切削定位点34,且下螺纹部30的螺牙斜度小于上螺纹部28的螺牙斜度,使得螺丝10的旋入速度可有效提高。
2、中间螺纹部32的螺牙角度(A3)大于上螺纹部28的螺牙角度(A2),且在中间螺纹部32的螺牙上设有切削齿38,可有效提高螺丝10的切削力。
3、上螺纹部28的螺牙外径(T1)略大于中间螺纹部32的螺牙外径(T2),因而,上螺纹部28的牙顶可对木材等对象产生高强度的咬合力,达到提高连接强度的效果。
4、切削对象产生的废屑可通过凸肋42引导,从集屑槽44与中间螺纹部32的牙底排出,以降低锁入方向的阻力,使得螺丝10的操作更为省力。

Claims (9)

1.一种螺丝,其特征在于,其包括:
一杆体,其包含一锥状旋入部、一头部、及位于该旋入部与该头部之间的一直杆部,该旋入部与头部被该杆体的一纵向轴线分隔;
一第一螺纹,其呈螺旋状地绕在该杆体的外周围且包含一上螺纹部及一下螺纹部,该上螺纹部设在该直杆部的外周围,该下螺纹部设在该旋入部的外周围,且该下螺纹部的底端延伸到该旋入部的尖端形成一定位点;
一第二螺纹,其呈螺旋状地设在该杆体外周围且由该杆体的旋入部延伸到该直杆部的底端,该第二螺纹包含多个螺牙,该第二螺纹的螺牙与该第一螺纹的下螺纹部的螺牙相互隔开,且该第二螺纹的相邻二螺牙之间的螺距与该下螺纹部的螺距相等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该直杆部包含邻近该旋入部的下段与邻近该头部的上段,该上段的外径大于该下段的外径,该第一螺纹还包含一中间螺纹部,该中间螺纹部设在该直杆部的下段外周围且连接在该上螺纹部与该下螺纹部之间,该上螺纹部的螺牙外径大于该中间螺纹部的螺牙外径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该上螺纹部包含多个不对称螺牙,该上螺纹部的螺牙角度在35-45度之间,该中间螺纹部的螺牙角度在53-57度之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于,在中间螺纹部的螺牙上设有切削齿。
5.根据权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于,还包括多个斜向凸肋,该凸肋设在该下螺纹部与该中间螺纹部的相邻二螺牙之间的牙底部上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的螺丝,其特征在于,还包括至少一集屑槽,该至少一集屑槽设在该直杆部的下段且邻近该旋入部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该第二螺纹的底端没有延伸到该杆体的旋入部的尖端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,该下螺纹部相对该纵向轴线的螺牙斜度在55-65度之间且小于该上螺纹部相对该纵向轴线的螺牙斜度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的螺丝,其特征在于,其中该第二螺纹的螺牙相对该纵向轴线的斜度与该下螺纹部的螺牙斜度相等。
