Abstract
一种新型无油涡旋真空泵,机架的特殊结构,保证了真空泵为了适应车辆对于真空泵真径尺寸方面的要求而进行的全新独特设计。为保证真空泵组装时,电机壳体的结构为全新独特设计。将真空压传感器真接接于电机控制器,这是相对于现有车辆上的方案是一个全新的方案,可以节省车辆上的控制继电器成本并提高可靠性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,特别是一种新型无油涡旋真空泵。
背景技术
现在目前市场上额定核载4.5T以下的采用真空助力刹车系统的纯电动物流车及及小型客车,所使用的助力真空泵主要以无油滑片真空泵及活塞泵为主,但此类泵最初设计是以涡轮增压轿车的工况设计的,只适用于纯电动轿车。用在4.5T以下的采用真空助力刹车系统的纯电动物流车及及小型客车时,由于吸气速率偏小并且工作时间短的限制,装车时必须至少装置换2台才能满足要求,成本增高且占用的空间大,并且路况复杂刹车频繁时,故障率较高。
现有的无油滑片真泵及活塞式真空泵,吸气速率较小,工作时间较短,连续工作就会损坏,一般是工作10秒,间隔20秒。且寿命太短,国外产品目前寿命为1200小时,国内的在600小时。这些产品目前只能适用于纯电动轿车。如用于额定核载4.5T以下的采用真空助力刹车系统的纯电动物流车及及小型客车,则存在着成本高,寿命短,可靠性不高的风险。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于额定核载4.5T以下的采用真空助力刹车系统的纯电动物流车及小型客车的新型无油涡旋真空泵。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是按如下方式实现的:一种新型无油涡旋真空泵,包括静盘、动盘、机架、电机壳体、电机后盖、控制器盒、控制器、真空压力传感器、电机后轴承、二次平衡块、电机转子、电机定子、电机前轴承、偏心主曲轴、一次平衡块、主驱动轴承、偏心小曲轴、偏心小曲轴轴承、间隙调整压盖;
所述静盘通过两个销子与所述机架准确定位,用六个螺钉紧固联接,并在端面加装密封圈;
所述三个偏心小曲轴的每一个的偏心轴端装上2个偏心小曲轴轴承及轴承压盖,轴承与偏心小曲轴为过盈配合,压装固定,然后把装好轴承的三个小曲轴塞入所述动盘的三个轴承孔内,用6个螺钉固定好压盖使偏心小曲轴固与动盘固定在一起。再把所述三个偏心小曲轴的同心轴端插入所述机架的轴承孔内的轴承上,另两个偏心小曲轴轴承已提前预压装在机架上,用螺钉固定好。即把所述动盘固定于所述机架上,并用所述间隙调整压盖调整好所述动盘端面与所述机架的端面高差;
将所述电机定子压装进所述电机壳体,将所述电机转子、所述电机前轴承、所述二次平衡块、所述电机后轴承依次压装于所述偏心主曲轴上,再将其穿进所述电机壳体并盖上所述电机后盖,所述电机后盖与所述电机壳体用四个螺钉固定;再将所述一次平衡块用螺钉固定在所述偏心主曲轴上;
将所述真空压力传感器的信号线穿过所述控制器盒上进线孔,焊接在所述控制器的接线端上,然后将所述控制器用三个螺钉固定在所述控制器盒内;再用四个钉螺把组装好的控制器盒及真空压力传感器固定在电机壳体上;
通过两个销子把所述以装好静盘与动盘的机架与所述以装好电机转子及控制器等的电机壳体准确定位,用六个螺钉紧固联接,并在端面加装密封圈。
本发明的积极效果是:
机架的特殊结构,保证了真空泵为了适应车辆对于真空泵真径尺寸方面的要求而进行的全新独特设计。
为保证真空泵组装时,电机壳体的结构为全新独特设计。
将真空压传感器真接接于电机控制器,这是相对于现有车辆上的方案是一个全新的方案,可以节省车辆上的控制继电器成本并提高可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种新型无油涡旋真空泵,包括静盘1、动盘2、机架3、电机壳体4、电机后盖5、控制器盒6、控制器7、真空压力传感器8、电机后轴承9、二次平衡块10、电机转子11、电机定子12、电机前轴承13、偏心主曲轴14、一次平衡块15、主驱动轴承16、偏心小曲轴17、偏心小曲轴轴承18、间隙调整压盖19。
静盘1通过两个销子与机架3准确定位,用六个螺钉紧固联接,并在端面加装密封圈。
动盘通过三个偏心小曲轴17,每个偏心小曲轴17上安装四个偏心小曲轴轴承18,把动盘2固定于机架3上,并用间隙调整压盖19调整好动盘2端面与机架3的端面高差。
将电机定子12压装进电机壳体4,将电机转子11、电机前轴承13、二次平衡块10、电机后轴承9依次压装于偏心主曲轴14上,再将其穿进电机壳体4并盖上电机后盖5,电机后盖5与电机壳体4用四个螺钉固定。再将一次平衡块15用螺钉固定在偏心主曲轴14上。
将真空压力传感器8的信号线穿过控制器盒6上进线孔,焊接在控制器7的接线端上,然后将控制器7用三个螺钉固定在控制器盒6内。再用四个钉螺把组装好的控制器盒6及真空压力传感器8固定在4电机壳体上。
通过两个销子把机架3与电机壳体4准确定位,用六个螺钉紧固联接,并在端面加装密封圈。
本发明的积极效果:与现有的无油滑片式真空泵及活塞泵相比较,吸气速率更高,同样功率下具有更高的吸气量即效率可提高10%以上。工作寿命更长,由于无涡旋真空泵的寿命取决于密封材料及轴承的寿命,密封材料采用特氟龙改性材料,自润滑性好,寿命长。对无油涡旋真泵的结构进行创新,使得外形尺寸小,特别是直径方向,主体直径控制在100mm。更适应于车载布置安装。采用一体式直流无刷电机,效率更高,关键是将真空压力传感器的信号直接接入直流无刷电机控制器,直接根据设定值控制真空泵的启停工作,节省了车辆上的控制继电器,节省了成本并减少故障点,提高可靠性。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本发明相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (1)
1.一种新型无油涡旋真空泵,其特征在于,包括静盘、动盘、机架、电机壳体、电机后盖、控制器盒、控制器、真空压力传感器、电机后轴承、二次平衡块、电机转子、电机定子、电机前轴承、偏心主曲轴、一次平衡块、主驱动轴承、偏心小曲轴、偏心小曲轴轴承、间隙调整压盖;
所述静盘通过两个销子与所述机架准确定位,用六个螺钉紧固联接,并在端面加装密封圈;
所述动盘通过三个所述偏心小曲轴,每个所述偏心小曲轴上安装四个所述偏心小曲轴轴承,把所述动盘固定于所述机架上,并用所述间隙调整压盖调整好所述动盘端面与所述机架的端面高差;
将所述电机定子压装进所述电机壳体,将所述电机转子、所述电机前轴承、所述二次平衡块、所述电机后轴承依次压装于所述偏心主曲轴上,再将其穿进所述电机壳体并盖上所述电机后盖,所述电机后盖与所述电机壳体用四个螺钉固定;再将所述一次平衡块用螺钉固定在所述偏心主曲轴上;
