本发明公开了一种电器面板表面耐磨处理工艺,包括以下步骤:a)清洗;b)磷化;c)吹干;d)压印;e)喷涂防锈层;f)喷涂耐磨层。本发明通过将面板进行磷化处理,使得面板上易于涂上防锈层和耐磨层,同时也能够防止防锈漆和耐磨涂料对面板的侵蚀;防锈层的喷涂使得面板具有很好的防锈性能;耐磨层的喷涂使得面板具有很好的耐磨性能,不易被磨损。

本发明涉及装饰的技术领域,特别是电器面板的技术领域。
【背景技术】
吊顶是一种很常见的装饰用品,现有的吊顶往往会将一些灯具、取暖设备等集成在一起,这些电器往往会形成电器面板,与其他吊顶安装在一起。现有的电器面板表面不够耐磨,在安装过程中容易被划伤。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种电器面板表面耐磨处理工艺,能够使经过处理的电器面板具有很好的耐磨性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种电器面板表面耐磨处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)清洗:将面板放入清洗机中进行除油清洗,再用清水冲洗后吹干后放入酸洗设备中进行酸洗除锈,然后用清水冲洗后吹干;
b)磷化:将面板放入装有磷化液的磷化设备中进行磷化,磷化温度为50-60℃,磷化时间为10-13min,磷化液为由马日夫盐、碳酸铜、磷酸、硝酸锌、氟硼酸钠、硝酸铁、水制得的混合液,磷化液除水外的各组分的质量份数为马日夫盐8-10份、碳酸铜5-7份、磷酸2-3份、硝酸锌0.8-1.5份、氟硼酸钠0.5-0.8份、硝酸铁0.6-1.2份;
c)吹干:将经过磷化的面板用蒸馏水清洗干净后用冷风机吹干;
d)压印:将面板放在专用的压纹设备上进行压印,在面板上印上需要的纹路;e)喷涂防锈层:在面板的表面喷涂上防锈涂料,喷涂完成后进行烘干,烘干温度为30-50℃;
f)喷涂耐磨层:在面板的表面喷涂上一层耐磨涂层胶,耐磨涂层胶由耐磨涂层胶环氧树脂20-40份、玻璃釉料5-6份、氟碳树脂8-12份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、石墨1-3份、陶瓷粉4-7份、乙醇7-10份、水10-20份、颜料1-2份组成,喷涂完成后在常温下风干。
作为优选,所述步骤a)清洗中清洗机为超声波清洗剂,除油清洗使用的洗涤剂为碱性洗涤剂。
作为优选,所述防锈涂料是一种铁红醇酸防锈漆。
作为优选,所述步骤e)喷涂防锈层和f)喷涂耐磨层在完成后均进行抛光作业。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将面板进行磷化处理,使得面板上易于涂上防锈层和耐磨层,同时也能够防止防锈漆和耐磨涂料对面板的侵蚀;防锈层的喷涂使得面板具有很好的防锈性能;耐磨层的喷涂使得面板具有很好的耐磨性能,不易被磨损。

【具体实施方式】
本发明一种电器面板表面耐磨处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)清洗:将面板放入清洗机中进行除油清洗,再用清水冲洗后吹干后放入酸洗设备中进行酸洗除锈,然后用清水冲洗后吹干;
b)磷化:将面板放入装有磷化液的磷化设备中进行磷化,磷化温度为50-60℃,磷化时间为10-13min,磷化液为由马日夫盐、碳酸铜、磷酸、硝酸锌、氟硼酸钠、硝酸铁、水制得的混合液;
c)吹干:将经过磷化的面板用蒸馏水清洗干净后用冷风机吹干;
d)压印:将面板放在专用的压纹设备上进行压印,在面板上印上需要的纹路;
e)喷涂防锈层:在面板的表面喷涂上防锈涂料,喷涂完成后进行烘干,烘干温度为30-50℃;
f)喷涂耐磨层:在面板的表面喷涂上一层耐磨涂层胶,耐磨涂层胶,耐磨涂层胶由环氧树脂、玻璃釉料、氟碳树脂、硅烷偶联剂、石墨烯、陶瓷粉、乙醇、水、颜料组成,喷涂完成后在常温下风干。
所述步骤a)清洗中清洗机为超声波清洗剂,除油清洗使用的洗涤剂为碱性洗涤剂,所述步骤b)磷化中的磷化液除水外的各组分的质量份数为马日夫盐8-10份、碳酸铜5-7份、磷酸2-3份、硝酸锌0.8-1.5份、氟硼酸钠0.5-0.8份、硝酸铁0.6-1.2份,所述f)喷涂耐磨层中耐磨涂层胶各组分的质量份数为耐磨涂层胶由环氧树脂20-40份、玻璃釉料5-6份、氟碳树脂8-12份、硅烷偶联剂3-5份、石墨1-3份、陶瓷粉4-7份、乙醇7-10份、水10-20份、颜料1-2份组成,所述防锈涂料是一种铁红醇酸防锈漆,所述步骤e)喷涂防锈层和f)喷涂耐磨层在完成后均进行抛光作业。

1.一种电器面板表面耐磨处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a)清洗:将面板放入清洗机中进行除油清洗,再用清水冲洗后吹干后放入酸洗设备中进行酸洗除锈,然后用清水冲洗后吹干;
b)磷化:将面板放入装有磷化液的磷化设备中进行磷化,磷化温度为50-60℃,磷化时间为10-13min,磷化液为由马日夫盐、碳酸铜、磷酸、硝酸锌、氟硼酸钠、硝酸铁、水制得的混合液,磷化液除水外的各组分的质量份数为马日夫盐8-10份、碳酸铜5-7份、磷酸2-3份、硝酸锌0.8-1.5份、氟硼酸钠0.5-0.8份、硝酸铁0.6-1.2份;
c)吹干:将经过磷化的面板用蒸馏水清洗干净后用冷风机吹干;
d)压印:将面板放在专用的压纹设备上进行压印,在面板上印上需要的纹路;
